Modern Two-Bedroom Cottage in the Woods, Near Lake

We booked the cottage for a one night stay and we fell in love with it! It was so peaceful and relaxing and felt like home. We would've loved to have been able to use the fire ring and beautiful chairs but Mother Nature had others and rained on us so we had a family fun night indoors playing with the games that were provided. We highly recommend and can't wait to plan another trip.

Small Town Charm

This charming 1887 home is newly remodeled and very comfortable to stay in. The kitchen was well stocked with basics like plastic bags, foil, coffee and creamer and the bathrooms had everything you need too. It was walking distance from a few nice restaurants. I loved the front porch swing and all the other charming old houses on the street, as well as all the lion statues throughout town. The grocery store Kroger is very well stocked and has everything and anything you could possibly need. Just a very charming small town! We had a great time.

Had a wonderful stay at Mark and Kristen’s place. It felt very homey and comfortable, and the pinball and arcade games were much enjoyed! Kristen responded quickly whenever I messaged her. Would love to stay again!

I was in Hagerstown for work and needed a comfortable place to stay for two nights. Michelle‘s place was perfect. There is not much there and I was happy to find her comfortable cleaning apartment. It was very quiet and comfortable. In appreciated having the coffee! I can highly recommend Michelle ‘s place.

Stephanie's cabin is so cozy and charming :) My family and I enjoyed our stay! It is private and peaceful ❤️ Stephanie is great at communicating and was flexible with accommodations. We truly enjoyed our time and highly recommend this location.

Prime Location & Dog-Friendly "Scholars' Cottage"

Mara is a great communicator, providing detailed instructions about the house as well as suggestions for local restaurants, activities and places to walk our pup. The house was great home base for our visit to see family in Richmond. We had everything we needed and the house was comfortable and very cute. We thought it was a great value and would be happy to stay again.

Andrea's property in Brownsville was immaculate. My three friends and I thoroughly enjoyed the home. It was clean, neat, comfortable and very tastefully furnished. A great value, we look forward to coming back next year.

Copper Dream Cottage near lake

This place was absolutely adorable! The hosts make sure that you feel right at home. There isn't a need for ANYTHING other than food. The location was VERY quite and peaceful. Hosts were super accommodating had a welcome note on the board along with a delicious pastry. We were lucky to have met both resident cats although the one wouldn't come near us he was very interested in us. Mr Brody was so loving. We would definitely stay again in the future to try out the local lake.

Brigitte was very friendly and genuinely a warm person. What a great place. Loved the little local bar. Beautiful area with incredible beauty in this fall season. Great place! Great host!

Rustic River Retreat

Abby’s Airbnb was a extremely beautiful and cozy home, it was beyond perfect for a few of us working in the area. It might be a little farther from shopping and things but the peacefulness of the location and the gigantic space lends for a amazing stay, especially if you want to “get away”. It’s a fisherman’s dream off the river, huge kitchen for cooking for an army, and a great TV for movie night! Everyone loved the location! Abby was very accommodating and is a great host! Will save it for future trips in the area.

Came for the eclipse! Beverly wasnt jacking up her prices like everyone else. Big plus! Wanted small town atmosphere and friendly people. Thats exactly what we got! Nice area, pretty scenery, quiet town, good food, friendly people. Stayed 2 nights. House is clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for 4-5 people. Would highly recommend!
