Cute place, very well appointed. Convenient downtown location. Had everything we needed. Really appreciated the drinks in the frig when we arrived . Hosts were very responsive. Happy to stay here if we come to Lexington again. Recommend!

My wife and I very much enjoyed staying here! The location is great - an easy walk to shops and restaurants in a nice old neighborhood and a short drive to just about anything in Lexington. The house itself is charming, well kept, and beautifully furnished and decorated. We felt right at home from the start, and the hosts’ communication was excellent. I would say that our stay met or exceeded all our expectations, and we felt it was a great deal for the price. We would’ve gladly stayed longer if we could have, and would happily stay here again! I would recommend the Kenwick Pied-a-terre to anyone looking to visit Lexington.

Sable, my beloved black lab, and I were absolutely captivated by the amenities, the breathtaking surroundings, and the warmth of Rachel’s humble abode. Every moment we spent there was a true delight! Thank you Rachel and Airbnb!

Was a very spacious and beautiful place to stay. Loved the comfortable bed and fantastic warm shower! Had what we needed for 3 nights and owner was quick and responsive to a request we made. Would stay there again. Highly recommend this air bnb.

We stayed at this Airbnb for a wedding we were attending at the castle. It was in a wonderful location to walk downtown restaurants and bars. The shuttle for wedding was one block away so perfect location. It was very clean and comfortable for the four of us. I was worried the beds would be uncomfortable but they were extremely comfortable!!! We all got great sleep! Jonathan sent me a very detailed video and text message on how to enter the building. I will definitely stay here again!

It was overall a good place. The description was a bit off the a/c control was upstairs the floor was pretty thin so you could hear a lot upstairs. The sofa in the den was amazingly comfortable perfect for a late night movie!

We were in town for the NCAA tournament. Location was great as it was only a 10 min walk to Rupp and close to restaurants and downtown. The loft was clean and comfortable and just as advertised. We would stay again.

Camille's place was just perfect for us! She had everything we needed and more. The bed was super comfy and the space was very tidy. Also, Southern Glazed Doughnuts is a hidden gem. Just a 1 min drive from the place.

We had a great time in Lexington. Close to restaurants and coffee shops.

As advertised. Nora is responsive and helpful but not pushy. The house and stay was exactly right for us! If we have more to do in the area in the future, will book again. :)

We had a great time at this location. There was this great place down the road with shops, eateries, a lovely coffee place. It was in walking distance. The beds were very comfortable , and we felt right a home. There was even a small porch with a table and chairs.

Carrera’s place is exactly as described. It was perfect for our 3 night stay and located literally no more than a 15 minute walk to everywhere we needed to go downtown and even places that were a bit further was an easy walk or an inexpensive Uber. Bed was comfy and nice bathroom essentials. Carrera was great to communicate with and even checked in half way through to see if we needed any more towels or anything else. So kind and generous!

Shania was.a terrific host, and her Kentucky Charm location is perfect for any individual or couple looking to stay near Lexington. Georgetown is a fantastic community with several restaurants and shops within walking distance.

What an amazing place and host. Had a fantastic weekend, in a beautiful neighborhood in Lexington. The accommodations were spectacular, clean and neat. It was located in a great area on Chevy Chase. Walkable to great restaurants. The host was wonderful. Couldn’t ask for a better stay! I will stay here anytime it’s available when traveling to the Lexington area!

Susan was incredibly responsive, very kind, and accomodating for arriving at a late time in the middle of a drive from NY to Georgia! She provided clear instructions, and was available when needed. The linens all smelled wonderful, were freshly cleaned, and the place was well organized and spotless. The location is close to many amenities, but I had a nice quiet, comfortable night with no distractions! I highly recommend others to stay here!

Had a very nice stay at Joel’s Airbnb. Close to town and an easy drive into Lexington and Georgetown. Joel was very responsive to questions.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate a birthday than Craig’s charming spot in downtown Frankfort. Nestled amidst vibrant shops, eateries, and coffee spots, the location felt like home and brought back nostalgic memories with its historic charm. The convenience of being steps away from bourbon tastings and delightful confections added so much surprise and delight to our stay. Craig’s unique space was both cozy and serendipitous, making our celebration truly special. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable stay in Frankfort!

Had a wonderful stay. Perfect location to get around to all of the different places we wanted to visit. Sarah was very helpful with information on everything from the weather to local restaurants and establishments that might be of interest to us during our time here. It is a very comfortable and spacious apartment. Quiet area for good rest and relaxing. Definitely could see us booking with Sarah again when visiting the area.

Stayed here several times and never had a complaint. Sarah is a great host and would recommend staying here!

This is my second stay. This place is in a great historic neighborhood, central to Lexington and walkable to restaurants and shops. It has a lot of space to relax or for remote work. Laura is a very hospitable and responsive host.

As in my other stays here, it was wonderful and a great place for me to stay when visiting family. Thank you so much!
