Better than expected. Fantastic and well-stocked kitchen - everything we needed for a full Thanksgiving feast. So many thoughtful details for a comfortable stay. Hot tub and backyard were awesome. Nice walkable neighborhood. Close to all things horses and handy to downtown. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again when in town.

It was a real home not the usual stuff you see on the apps. 2 fireplaces , huge outdoors and clean as could be. It was a perfect space inside and outside especially for the holidays. Definitely worth it.

We would definitely stay here again. The place was beautiful, and had everything you could want or need.

Overall, a great 2-week stay! Sherrie was friendly, responsive and helpful. The unit was spacious, comfortable and beautiful...home-like, tidy and well-decorated. It was a little challenging to work with the unusual "kitchen" setup for the duration of my time, but I was able to make it work with Sherrie's help. (there is a full-sized fridge, a mini fridge, 2 microwaves and a well-functioning hot plate...there is just no kitchen sink... Sherrie helped me by doing my dishes for me a number of times and was very easygoing about offering that help). This place is very cute and comfortable - NOT bare-bones, like you sometimes get on here. Definitely would recommend and would stay here again!

Great place. Convenient to all sort of things. The place was clean and well supplied. Very comfortable and quite roomy. The check out process was so easy!

Our stay at Anne’s was perfect! She was very responsive and accommodating from the moment we booked, through check out. The property was exactly as described.; cozy and comfy! The location was ideal for our family to stay during opening weekend of Keenland. Short drive to the track and town. The country setting is gorgeous and very private. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend! We will definitely return.

We absolutely loved staying at Amy’s place. The location is wonderful because you are near so many restaurants and fun places. The house is very comfortable and very clean. My husband, my four boys, and myself felt right at home. Amy is also extremely friendly and responsive. We look forward to hopefully staying at her place sometime in the near future.

Beautiful home, very clean. The bedroom/bathroom locations work great for our family (older ladies on 1st floor and younger ladies in the basement). Quiet neighborhood made sitting on the back patio a fun ending to the evening.

We enjoyed our stay! Our family of three plus our dog stayed for several days. We loved how close we were to all of the restaurants and breweries/distilleries in the Distillery district as well as McConnell Springs. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the welcome basket with water and snacks. So few Airbnb hosts do that now. Would stay here again!

Cathy The Great! This is how we felt the moment we entered saw the lights on the Christmas Tree and immediately saw and felt the Holiday Spirit that matched our own. Our bedrooms were warm and comfortable with ample electrical outlets to charge phones(of course) and fan/lights to accommodate our individual body comfort. We were here in Lexington for our daughter’s University of Kentucky graduation but found much joy at Cathy’s place..especially the kitchen where she has everything you need to create a meal for yourself or your family. So much open space for family to sit and enjoy each others company with lovely appointed bathrooms near by. Again we came to Lexington for a graduation but we will return to Lexington to stay at Cathy The Great’s ArBnB

Super clean, nice location for walking to restaurants, bars, shopping etc..

Great hosts- very responsive and helpful. Our original weekend plans were cancelled due to weather but Jason gave great recommendations for things to do conveniently located around the town. The house looks exactly like the pictures and we were pleasantly surprised to find so many board games and cards located in the house. Also really loved the neighborhood- great walking trails and park.

Sherry's home was very comfortable, close to major shopping center and to a major highway but very private and no noise at all. The house was perfect for our stay. Exactly as described with 0 issues during our stay. We rented this house to go see University of KY and it is close enough for a short commute but still very private. I highly recommend this house. Sherry was always available to answer any questions. House was super clean with extra amenities. House is excellent when traveling solo or with family. We will definitely use this property in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at Angela's Red, White, and Bluegrass Airbnb. We were in town for Road to the Horse at the Kentucky Horse Park. It was about a 10 minute drive to the Horse Park. It was a very quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable. The house was clean and welcoming. It is three bedrooms, but the third bedroom is an open loft accessed via a spiral staircase. I would stay there again.

Kim and Rick were excellent hosts. They were always so responsive to anything we needed. The house was perfect!! Clean, comfortable and in a great location. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at their place.

This was my first time booking with Airbnb and my family and I couldn’t be happier with the turnout. Matt and his team were great hosts. We stayed in Kentucky for almost 3 weeks and this place felt like home, we were comfortable through out our entire stay.

Debbie’s place was great for our stay in Lexington! Great backyard with direct access to the park and walking trail was perfect for my kids to play and burn some energy. Would definitely stay again.

Brian’s house was AMAZING. My group felt so lucky to find it. We had to change plans last minute after the flood in Asheville and this house was the perfect spot for our get together. We had 6 couples and everyone loved the house with the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen area was really nicely updated and the back deck was perfect for sitting outside together. The house is also in an amazing location. We were able to walk to almost everything and Keeneland was a quick 15 minute drive. Brian was also easy to communicate with and made our stay so easy. I would definitely book this place again!

Quirky, fun older home that has been remodeled to retain the wonderful character, but yet upgraded for comfort and convenience.

We had just the best stay at this beautiful home. It was beautiful, lovely furnishings and the most comfortable beds! It is 2 separate house side by side and 2 proper bedrooms in each house. It does have additional sleeping areas in both houses if you had lots of people! Each house has a fabulous kitchen and living spaces so for all our grown up children and spouses coming it could not have been more perfect. Easy walking to the bars and restaurants and easy road access to drive to wherever you are going. Our host could not have been more helpful and accommodating. A beyond perfect place for families to gather. Thank you so much Avena

This place is amazing! If you’re in town for the bourbon trail , railbird, bourbon and beyond, louder than life or whatever this is the place. It has a massive dining area and huge kitchen. The hot tub , huge outdoor chess board and hottub are amazing amenities. Not to mention the outdoor room w an additional lounge area w ping pong , tv and an arcade game! Perfect for a huge group or big family!
