Beautiful historic home - we had 3 couples that shared the upstairs and even with one bathroom (plus half bath downstairs) we thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the beds were very comfortable and we all commented on how comfy even the pillows were - having a small tv room to share was nice at the end of the day. Well stocked with coffee and cream:) allowed us to linger in the am before finding breakfast - the neighborhood was charming and quiet - thank you for hosting a fantastic fall weekend!!

Absolute perfect experience & stay for us! Awesome & efficient communication, easy & clear check-in instructions, gorgeous property & surroundings, & loved how they had the Airbnb set up. When our travels take us around/to Lexington again, Pam & Jay’s place will be at the top of the list for spots we look at stay at! Pam was very conversational & showed us her horse & some of the property. Jay was traveling so we didn’t get a chance to meet him- gives us a perfect reason to go visit again! 😂 beyond appreciative of them opening up their home & being such great hosts.

This place was great to stay in and very affordable. It was super close to lots of great places to eat and we absolutely loved it.

This home is very cute. It is on a quite and secluded part of the lake. No wakes, and nearly no boats coming and going. It was very quite and peaceful. The dock was beautiful and they had everything well stocked.. towels, life jackets very well stocked for all ages, and floats. I would recommend this place to friends.

I had a great stay at this property. The check-in process was very easy. This home is very well stocked, cute, quaint and cozy. The bed was very comfortable and resulted in a great night sleep!

Conveniently located downtown. Very well equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare Christmas dinner and host our family. Very clean.

Fantastic location. Incredible view. Very private. Hosts were very helpful, proactive and went above to help accommodate during bad weather. Highly recommend if staying in Frankfort.

Very peaceful and quiet Airbnb tucked into a cute neighborhood. The space is large, and we loved the patio on the side. We took advantage of the beautiful weather Lexington had while we were visiting and enjoyed sitting outside! The directions/pictures provided to get inside and where to park were extremely helpful! Would definitely stay here again!

This is a great place to stay! It's located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, and I would definitely book it again.

We were never so glad to reach a destination after a 6 hour weather delay. Larry was kind enough to leave the porch light on so we could see his house number. It was also great he had a motion light at the back of his house so we could see what we were doing and knew we were in the right place from the pictures online. The cute basement space was clean and smelled good, bed was comfy. The walk-in closet had plenty of space to unpack our clothes. Since we were there for a week we bought a few groceries and utilized the fridge, toaster and microwave. He supplied plenty of coffee and creamer for the coffee maker and also so some snacks. It was a perfect location for us for all the things we were doing that week. Besides location the other reason I chose Larry's place was price, if I could pay more than $100 a night I would just stay at a hotel. We would absolutely stay at Larry's again, he is also a great communicator.

The host is the best I have ever had! I wish it were a rental house for me. Haha. They are very friendly and easy to converse with. They warned me that bad weather was coming. I would go back to this place again.
