Beautiful house! We enjoyed the large open spaces with plenty of amenities. It was nice that each of the bedrooms had a very large king bed and bathroom, so we all had our on private retreat. The spa was clean, functioned perfectly and the coloured spa lights were a nice touch. Very peaceful, with not a neighbor insight making it very relaxing.

Beautiful place! No need to worry about forgetting anything because the house had everything you could possibly need! Reid was very responsive, answered all our questions and took care of any issues we had. My kids loved the pool, hot tub, fishing and kayaking! We had a great time and will definitely be back!

We stayed here for a family function and everyone was very happy with this booking. They had everything you needed to cook with. Lots of room so you dont feel like your cramped. The outdoor spaces was the highlight for us. The pool and hottub were a huge hit. The large garage that had games snd cornhole was used by the whole family. . We would definitely book the house again. The family has already asked about planning another trip to stay here.

We loved our stay! Booked the ranch for a weekend trip as an organization rewarding our top members. The house was beautiful, the game room was awesome, loved the hot tub, had a great time fishing and spent a lot of time at the pool. Andy, the ranch manager, was very welcoming, helpful, and hospitable! Would definitely recommend.

We had such a wonderful stay at the farmhouse! The amenities were perfect and plentiful. The kitchen is well stocked. Ground coffee was provided which was very appreciated!! Views are lovely! The house is so spacious and well laid out which gave us the ability to visit in many living spaces but then the bedrooms provided space and privacy when needed. Elroy was helpful and communicative. And of course Scout (and Max) were fantastic greeters! I highly recommend this relaxing retreat!

Home was perfect for our needs… We were celebrating my retirement and spending time with my son and daughter in-law..it had anything you would need or could need if you had forgotten anything. This made it a great trip. We would return again!

What a unique place to stay! The home is so beautifully renovated, yet has all the character of an early 1900’s home. It was very clean, easy to find and check into, and the host had excellent communication. There is a train that runs through Smithville so bring ear plugs or a noise machine if you are a light sleeper. The town itself is really quaint with little restaurants and a farmer’s market on the weekend. Be aware that many restaurants in walking distance have random hours so check online first. This house felt very safe. We could see a police station from the house. The pool was fabulous, and the spa was massive. We had a wonderful stay!

Our group of ladies enjoyed our stay at the Fayetteville Belle! We were there for Round Top antiques show, which is an easy 15 min drive. The house was very comfortable, clean and peaceful. A wonderful place to return after a day of shopping! The beds are all comfy and plenty of hot water for showers. We also loved the small town of Fayetteville, and you can easily walk to downtown through this lovely neighborhood. We had a wonderful breakfast at Orsak’s cafe and wished we had tried other places there….less crowded and just as good as Round Top. Overall, a wonderful stay!

This is my second stay with Leanne and it was just as clean and comfortable as the first time. Each of us had our own room and the place is so peaceful with a great layout. We will be booking with her every time we head to the area.

Our stay at Ramona House in Smithville was wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were charmed by its beautifully renovated, minimalist design. It was the perfect escape from the city, offering plenty of space to relax and gather with family. The location is fantastic—within walking distance of great antique shops and a short drive to Bastrop and Buescher State Parks. The house is stylish yet cozy, with spacious bedrooms, comfy beds, and modern, roomy bathrooms. We loved cooking and grilling together, unwinding by the fire pit, and soaking in the cowboy hot tub. Grayson and Brooke are fantastic hosts who have created a welcoming retreat. If you’re visiting Round Top or the surrounding area, Ramona House is the perfect place to stay. You’ll feel right at home in this charming, historic gem!

We had an amazing stay at the Gresham House! The home was incredibly relaxing, with stunning vintage charm that made it feel so special. I slept better than ever and truly enjoyed the beautiful neighborhood. I’ll definitely be returning!

Peaceful neighborhood and very spacious, clean house. We stayed in for a much needed rest and quiet weekend of visiting. Loved the back porch, privacy and views of nothing but trees.

Beautiful property! We loved the space! It included everything we needed for a peaceful and fun family weekend. Lots to explore. Wish we had more time to enjoy it all. Brent was very responsive and was a great host. We will be back!

John's house was great. Very neat, clean, and well layed out. Its was very well equipped. We appreciated the coffee and our young kids loved having smores by the fire in the evening. The hot tub was great! Its was big enough our kids could play in, because the pool was still a little chilly for swimming. John also had life vests available for the kids. He had some great local recommendations for the area. He was very easy to contact with questions and always answered promptly. The location was very quiet and peaceful. It had a huge yard for the kids to run around and burn off energy. It borders a pasture so cattle and deer were regularly seen. The patio area was very large and spacious. Overall couldn't ask for a better place or host. We will definitely be back!

Kathleen and Troy's home in Smithville is lovely. The two-floor layout allows for the family members to be spread out if they choose; and, the family spaces provide plenty of options for together time, also. The kitchen is well stocked with essentials. The home, originally built about 1928, has been beautifully maintained and artfully updated, while retaining it's 100-year old charm in the historic neighborhood. The hosts were responsive, and we enjoyed our stay.
