Had a great stay at Flop Houze, already looking forward to my return. Took a dip in the pool, an afternoon nap in the hammock and listened to tunes on vinyl while relaxing by the campfire. Loved the decor and attention to detail. Matt was super easy to work with, as I had to change my reservation and quick to respond. We even made friends with the barn kitty 😻. Truly delightful stay!

From the beautiful surroundings to the stunning sunset it was all around a great experience. Nigel was especially a great host and was very helpful/gracious accommodating us. We will definitely return and recommend it to others looking for a fun get away.

Such a cool place. The unit was so cozy and comfortable and nicely decorated. A change of weather in middle of stay required the use of air conditioning and heating. Both worked beautifully. The private deck was perfect place to unwind and get fresh air and enjoy a coffee and some beers.

The bunkhouse is a great rustic experience in the middle of a picturesque landscape of rolling hills and beautiful huge oaks. Our hosts were extremely responsive to our needs and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. I would highly recommend staying here.

Top notch for our several day visit. enjoyed the property immensely. container was extremely nice for us, a/c's kept up in the heat of the day and super quiet & peaceful at night. enjoyed the container pool as the sun heated up the outdoors. headed in to town for some great drinks & food. would highly recommend and ready to come back!

The stay at this place was great! I honestly think it feels bigger in person than it does in the pictures. It’s a great size for a weekend getaway for a couple or a small family. The Airbnb is on the same property as the host home but is separated a good bit and is facing away so it still feels very private. It was wide open fields all around and was very peaceful and quiet. We even got to see some cows come up to the fence. Jackie was very friendly when we met to get the key from her. It was a very cozy and comfortable stay. We stayed in November and the 2 wall A/C units did well but I could see how in the warmer months those 2 units may not be able to keep up if you like it cold, even with the provided fans.

Great location for Roundtop Antique show! Comfy beds and a nice place to hang out. I will go back! Only drawback- the A/C makes a strange noise. With ear plugs it would have been perfect.

We had a great time staying here! We explored the land around the houses and pond, we enjoyed walks down the road to see the neighbors’ chickens, turkeys, horses, etc. The hosts stocked the house with everything we needed! Access was easy, the place was very clean, and it was comfortable. We’ll be back!

This place had everything I needed. Definitely enough space for a solo guest or maybe two people who love each other very much! Beautiful location on the river with cow pasture nearby. Very comfortable bed and big spacious shower. Clean and comfortable stay.

Super sweet place to stay. Immaculate and well planned. Pretty countryside. Would definitely stay again! Juliana is prompt with the communications as well!

Place was awesome! Secluded but there is a main road by the house that is quite busy. But it wasn’t unbearable. House was clean and had the things we needed. I do wish that the yard/property was mowed more for the dogs to run wild, but it was big for the most part. Definitely will be back for another weekend getaway!

Great location close to restaurants. Very comfortable mattress. Quick walk to a coffee shop and we enjoyed sitting on our porch in the morning. Only complaint was noise. So charming but not an insulated space. I recommend a sound machine. Would stay again!

Great location for a small group!

if you need a country getaway free from city lights and distractions, this is the place for you. Been awhile since I have seen that many stars! Loved it and we hope to return again.

Me and my grandchildren really enjoyed our stay! The property is beautiful with its pastures, the pond, the swimming pool/hot tub, and the pavilion. The house was very clean, and so cute with its farmhouse and cow decor. The kids loved fishing, swimming, and swinging on the tree swing, and I enjoyed the peace and relaxation after a day of shopping. I look forward to staying there again when we visit Round Top!

Perfect place for the Round Top Antique winter show. It was cold and we didn’t have water the first day. The host was very accommodating and was in constant communication about the situation. They handled the situation well. Very cool property on a good chunk of land. Felt very close but private. It was our first time to round top and we will be back. Thanks for the hospitality!

Overall the Perfect getaway! The trees and privacy fence made the area feel secluded yet close enough for an evening stroll to the local cornerstore for a beverage after a long days work!

Valerie's Airbnb was exceptional, warm, comfortable and inviting. Her response to any of our questions was quick making our first trip to Carmine incredibly stress free. I would definitely return and stay with her in her lovely place.

Amazing time, beautiful experience. Felt like home and I definitely wasn’t ready to leave. Very private and I would definitely recommend to everyone.
