Wonderful stay for a family event (four adults) in Roseville. The house is lovely, and everyone agreed it would be a great home to return to in the future. This home would be great for a family with children.

Renee’s place was so cute and cozy. It is attached to the main house but feels like you’re in your own hotel suite But better! I it is stocked with anything you would need. I took my kids and they also loved it. I was hesitant on taking my kids to a shared house but her reviews were great. I’m glad I did! We spent the days at my sister’s house on the ranch so it was nice to come back to a clean house with 2 cozy beds and a great shower. Next time I visit again I’m staying with Renee again!

I'm a repeat guest and very much like all of Ashley's properties that I have stayed in. This one is no different. Free of clutter, very clean and stocked with the basics. The beds are all different to ensure everyone has exactly the one they need. The house is spacious and the water pressure in the front bath is fantastic. It was the perfect place for us.

The house was as advertised and a great stay. The host provided very clear driving directions, which were helpful. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub after a day of playing in the snow. Overall, a good experience

Our group had a wonderful stay at Lindsey’s home—she was super responsive but the house was also clean, well stocked, well taken care of so we didn’t need to reach out for anything during our stay. The sauna, hot tub and cold pool were amazing. Plenty of space, two options for dining areas—the weather was perfect and we dined outside a few times. The sound of the creek running through was also so peaceful. You could hear birds chirping in the mornings too! A beautiful escape from the city.

Stayed here for 4 nights while visiting family and it was perfect! Eve was so helpful with all questions I had which made it that much better. Would stay again! :)

We stayed Dec 18-23 in 2024 as we were visiting family and Kathryn's place was only a 4 min drive from our family's home. It was more than I expected. We will definitely be going back when we visit our family in the summer. Kathryn has many little notes around her place, so you rarely need to ask a question. There was trail mix and almonds for a snack in the kitchen unit that we enjoyed and plenty of coffee/tea provided, which we did not use but still appreciated the effort. We did not take advantage of the hot tub, and the pool was not in season, but we will be sure to use it when we return in the summer. Kathryn went above and beyond as I received a notice after we had checked out that I had left my Fitbit cord in the bedroom. She even mailed in to me! I can't say enough good things about this place. :)

a couple friends and i were looking for somehwere to chill for the weekend and rashads place seemed the perfect match we were 4 people so we preferred a bed for each person and rashad had 4 rooms!! which was perfect all rooms were super clean the master bedroom was the best the backyard was pretty the hot tub was cool it had color changing lights ,, everything that was listed worked and was there neighborhood was really quiet which we liked and the location was relatively close to most places for entertainment will definitely be booking again if we visit.

Tyler’s place was clean and comfortable. The pool and spa were super nice. The house is lived in but comfortable (meaning some stains on the couch and some on the sheets) but still felt things were clean. Was super comfortable for 8 adults. Doesn’t leave the spa on but if you text him he can turn it on and it wasn’t a problem!

We had 3 couples from our family and 6 children, ranging from 2 to 11. There was plenty of room for all and we had a great visit. The kids loved the pool. The adults liked it also. This home is up to date and we'll equipped. We would definitely come here again. The host was extremely helpful and great to work with.
