My family loved!! their stay at this location, the host is amazing, very welcoming, pays attention to details and all her visitors needs. I and my family felt very well taken care of and the house was even better than the photos, loved the privacy and amenities. My host was amiable, helpful, and super responsive. I enjoyed my stay except for a few unpleasant bugs flying into my face, waking me up. It was immediately addressed. My commute to central was a bit of a stretch, but adding on an onsite vehicle and driver made it less stressful. Wifi was on full blast, making it easy to work and watch YouTube and Netflix. I will stay again.

Francisca was amazing and so sweet and Mr timothy was very helpful. There was issues with the power cause of the national grid but Francisca did everything to make sure it wasn’t a big problem and to feel as close to home for me and my boyfriend as humanly possible and would recommend anyone stay in her home🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾🥰🥰🥰

Our stay was amazing! The house is beautiful, spacious and was super clean. Well cared for and maintained. I could tell the management puts thought into the people staying. The kitchen was stocked and user friendly. Toilet paper, shower gel, toothpaste, towels, and water were provided. Stanley was super responsive within a small time of us messaging. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay or to put family and friends there. My biggest things when staying somewhere in Nigeria are: Mattresses -many places have brick hard mattresses that are impossible to sleep on. The mattresses at this house were SUPER comfortable! Electricity – the house has an inverter! So when lights go off, there’s still electricity. The inverter doesn’t cover air conditioning and the hot water heater. The generator covers those and works for 7 hours on, 5 hours off. Safety and sound – was quiet and felt safe in the neighborhood within the gate. Cleanliness – very clean Service – Great timely response!

Susan is a fantastic host… attentive, caring, and always a step ahead of my needs. She made me feel welcome from the start, driving me to a restaurant and supermarket while helping me get familiar with the area. The internet, electricity, and water were all stable, which made my stay comfortable and hassle-free. As a major introvert, I found the space cozy and just right for me. Highly recommend staying here!

While there were a couple of minor issues during my stay, I was impressed with how quickly they were addressed. The management responded ASAP, and everything was resolved without delay. This has to be one the most comfortable apartment I’ve stayed in, I felt really at home… it’s soo cozy and when you’re inside , you wouldn’t even want to go anywhere.. I’ll definitely be staying here when I’m back to town

Great host and clean apartment

Emekas place was just as shown in the pictures. Amenities were in good shape and the host was responsive on all needs. The security guards around were helpful, the wifi was fast, the TV had all the options and the house was properly ventilated.

I had an excellent 10-day stay at Abubakar’s place in Cosgrove Smart Estate, Wuye, with my family. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and accommodating. The apartment was exactly as advertised—clean, modern, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and homely atmosphere for my family. Abubakar’s attention to detail and prompt communication made our stay smooth and enjoyable. He was always available to assist whenever needed, ensuring we had everything we required.
