Lovely stay in Abergavenny right in the heart of the town and a cosy cottage

Gorgeous house and lovely location. Drive is tight but we have a big car and managed it absolutely fine. We had a lovely relaxing weekend there, we did some walks directly from the house and relaxed in front of the fire, which was exactly what we went to do! House was exactly as described and felt huge! The living room was very cosy, and it was great having the two log burners, and all bedrooms were very comfortable.

Hannah was a great host and we really enjoyed staying at her lovely cottage. Lots of great walks available in the surrounding hills and a nice peaceful nights sleep to recharge your batteries. Would 100% stay again

What can I say, an absolutely stunning place set in beautiful and secluded surroundings. My 2.5-year old son particularly loved having sheep as next door neighbours and lots of space to play and run around in. The building itself is just amazing and Ellie was lovely and kind enough to make fairy cakes for us! I would stay here again in a heartbeat - in fact I will 100% come again this year. A perfect, relaxing and private escape.

An absolute gem - peaceful remote location on a farm. Really homely with everything you could need - well equipped kitchen, lots of books, games, puzzles etc - super warm and cosy too. There is a lovely balcony where we were lucky enough to have perfect conditions for star gazing in the evening, whilst listening to owls hooting around us. Antonia and her mum & dad were really friendly, sharing local knowledge and best places to go. Check in / check out was easy and relaxed with great instructions provided. Plenty of parking close by. Approximately 20 mins from Brecon where there are supermarkets and takeaways/ restaurants. Approx 40 mins to start Penny-Fann horseshoe walk. Thankyou Antonia for making us feel so welcome 😊

One of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed. Beautiful location and the hosts had thought of everything from a little hamper with eggs milk and bread, to shower gel, toothbrush and sanitary products. Could not fault the place. The alpacas were great and Gav let us help with feeding them in the evening. They are super friendly (even if one of them spat food in my partners face!) and by the end of our stay we were petting them like they were are own. Will 100% stay again, thank you Gav and co host for a great stay!

The house was absolutely perfect for a quiet weekend away with family, with so much just a short drive away. It had everything we needed and was just a beautiful place to stay. Cathy was an amazing host. Would 100% recommend and would stay again

Cheryl and Charly were lovely hosts. We were made to feel very welcome and also very accommodating about us having a 4 month old with us, which we feel you could never get with a hotel stay! We would definitely return!

We had a fabulous stay at Sue’s place in Malvern Wells. The flat is cosy and comfortable, with a super comfortable bed. Sue was a great host and kind enough to leave us some eggs, milk, fresh bread and lots more! There are two parking spaces and a lovely garden that has the sun almost all day, including a beautiful view. The location is so serene and just a 5 minute drive from Malvern. There are so many fantastic walks, we were spoilt for choice! Such a nice area of the UK and a perfectly convenient spot to stay for a few days whilst you explore the area.

Peaceful location and clean, cosy accommodation. Ideal for our purpose which was researching properties in Chepstow. There is no kitchen so be prepared to travel to eat and the location is off the beaten track so use the what3words reference for accurate sat nav especially in the dark.

We had a lovely break away, the accommodation had everything we wanted and as described. It was easy and quick to walk into Bath centre while being in a very quiet street. Would recommend.

The flat at Camp Hill Crest was perfect for our night on the Offa’s Dyke path. Plenty of space, comfortable beds and Corinna provided us with good and cheap vegetarian meals for dinner, breakfast and a packed lunch.

Everything was perfect! Richard is an absolute gem and I would highly recommend staying here. The decor is wonderful, the kitchen was well equipped with herbs and spices, hot tub was amazing, comfy beds, couldn’t say a single bad thing! Amazing place, nice to go off grid and relax. Easy to get into town for a lovely meal and a walk around. Very quiet and nice surroundings, hosts were friendly and you have to try the perfumes from the hosts perfumery, absolutely stunning

We had a lovely time staying in Clive and Debra's beautiful lodge. It was so peaceful and so relaxing. We was surrounded by the singing birds and nature. The views were spectacular and you really are on top of the mountains and it was amazing. Clive was very helpful and met us at the libary and guided us up to the lodge. The drive isn't for the faint hearted but Clive was very helpful with guiding us up the track to the lodge and I felt very comfortable with the driving. We were greeted by their lovely dog Maddie who was so happy to see us and wanted extra attention. Clive gave us very helpful information about the walks we can go on, the near by restaurants and pubs we can visit. We definitely would come and stay again it was lovely. We highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a phenomenal weekend at Cuckoo Cabin in Wales! If you're looking for a peaceful getaway by the river, this is the place to be. The log burner was absolutely incredible, providing the perfect ambiance as we relaxed and enjoyed our time together away from the rat race. It was so nice to cozy up in the middle of nowhere, listening to the soothing sound of the water while the fire crackled. Our dogs had a fantastic time exploring the area too! David was an exceptional host, ensuring our stay was comfortable and memorable. Thank you for everything you have an amazing property. Kate & Phil (and the terriers) x

We had an amazing stay with Victoria, the cabin had everything you could need and all the logs to keep the hot tub going all weekend. The pizza oven was a lovely addition and the pellets needed were all supplied. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful and very peaceful. I wish we could have stayed longer! Lara & Jeff really helped make our time in the Gower very special. We had amazing weather but the accommodation they’ve created is also really special: Internally everything was spotlessly clean and very well equipped, with a quality mattress in the bedroom and a nice sofa bed downstairs for the kids. Outside, the pizza oven, fire pit and heated seating area are all really nicely done, feel private, and helped make the evenings there really fun. Our hosts were also very welcoming with plenty of good tips on getting the best out of their beautiful local area.

We enjoyed a fantastic 3 night stay in April and couldnt have asked for more - the cabin was easy to find and absolutely stunning. Such peaceful, beautiful surroundings and extremely thoughtful design and amenities, from a lovely welcome basket to everything you could need and more in a compact but beautiful cabin. We really appreciated Katie's help beforehand in making a local pub booking for us at the Boat Inn, and highly recommend a take away from the Pig & Apple, which we enjoyed sitting outside the cabin in the sunshine. Tip - bookings open a month ahead and fill up fast! The hot tub was wonderful, easy and clear instructions for use and stayed hot once we got it to temperature. Very welcome to ease sore muscles after a day of mountain biking at tye Forest of Dean! We will definitely be back, thank you so much for a relaxing break surrounded by nature.
