Thank you for our lovely stay. Place is as described, small but perfect for what we needed. Clean, essentials catered for and road noise really not as bad as the reviews suggest!! Would highly recommend :)

This is the second time we've stayed at The Pretty Fox, and we loved it--again! It's a very cosy house that has many historic features, and Wanda and Tom make you feel completely "at home." It's also a perfect place for walking into Diss, which is a great little town. We highly recommend this home.

We had a great weekend in Diss, would recommend. The house is full of character, with beams, nice wooden floors, lots of art on the walls, a wood-burning fire. The location is an easy 5-10 minute walk to the center of Diss, with multiple pubs, restaurants and shops.

We were 3 families with small children and we stayed for a 40th birthday. The house was ideal, a spacious communal kitchen, dining and living area, and a separate snug room for watching the rugby/a film. the children loved the covered walkway where they could play with their toys. It was a 9 minute drive to Dunwich beach and we lucked out with sunny blue skies. I wish we had longer to explore the area more! Lyndsay was super responsive and provided lots of local recommendations.

Stable barn is a lovely place to stay and highly recommended. Very spacious with 4 good sized bedrooms. Lovely setting opposite a paddock with horses. Short distance to Ixworth house and a couple of pubs near by too. Host is friendly and super responsive.

Very responsive owner, great and clear instructions for arrival. Super cute house, with lovely courtyard garden and parking space to add. Central to Woodbridge and all of its amenities, from the estuary to the bars and restaurants in the centre. Good value for our short stay. Thanks

Amazing stay for an amazing price. Such a cozy home with beautiful views and land. Extremely good hosts that before arrival shared information about the local area and activities to do, really clear instructions on where to go and easy to find and check into (especially as they kindly put on the outdoor light). As it snowed whilst we were visiting they provided extra wood for the fireplace which was very thoughtful and overall loved our stay in a great cottage. Couldn’t ask for more.

Annie was a fantastic host. Check in and out was flexible and she made us feel very welcome and at ease. The property itself was AMAZING. The photos really don't do it justice. It was the perfect place to spend NYE with a group of friends. Kitchen was very well equipped and beds/bedrooms very comfortable. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. The flat is really close to the beach and looks even better in reality than the pictures. And Barbara is a fabulous host- very responsive, and she was really helpful about a couple of matters.

Everything as described is accurate and the parking space is an added bonus. Stuart was helpful and replied very quickly to a couple of pre arrival questions we had. Would highly recommend a stay here if you are in the area.

Such a wonderful place! The view from the kitchen\living area would make a great jigsaw puzzle. The house is lovely and extremely clean and well maintained. When you first approach the building, it looks like a business rather than a house, but that's soon forgotten when you go up the exterior stairs and into the house. I do wish shampoo was provided--such a pain for international visitors like us, who have to buy shampoo that we then don't need for any other place we stay. I'd rather have shampoo than Prosecco, though the flowers and Prosecco were lovely. Regardless, we will happily stay here again next time we're in the area.

Lovely spacious flat with a mix of modern and vintage furniture and an open working fireplace that gives this home great character and a lovely atmosphere. Very quiet but with the beach and the centre of the town right on your doorstep. Very quick responses to our questions with great communication. Would highly recommend this lovely family owned flat and hope to visit again.

Julia’s place is a lovely find, so nice and quiet in beautiful surroundings. The apartment was plenty big enough for 4 of us using the sofa bed. Nice and clean with a well equipped kitchen. Julia was great at communicating all throughout and was very accommodating when we had to change dates. We will definitely be back again when we next visit family in the area.

This place was stunning! Very luxurious and comfortable- felt like a luxury holiday as well as a second home! Would 10/10 recommend for anyone looking for a romantic trip away. Thankyou host :)

We really enjoyed our stay at Robert and Lorraine's house. The flat is right opposite the beach which is amazing. The flat was very clean. Beds were comfortable. There were plenty of clean towels which was very handy. overall a very positive experience.

The house is located in a beautiful spot with many things to do in the near area. We stayed 2 weeks and never got bored. Anna is a great host with lots of good advice and help for us when we had a question.

We had a lovely stay in West Mersea this weekend. The airbnb is in a perfect location, with a short walk down to the beach. The property is beautiful and spacious and the projector is incredible! Tony and Mas were wonderful hosts and were easily contactable throughout our stay. Highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were in Suffolk for a 3 day wedding as an extended family group and the house was the perfect base. The house is very comfortable- especially the beds - and everything has been thought of. It is also very very clean. The courtyard is beautiful. We would thoroughly recommend!

Fabulous house in a beautiful area. House was incredibly well equipped and everything was a really high quality. Loads of essentials in the fridges and high end toiletries in all bathrooms. Cant recommend Jacqui enough as a wonderful host. And really dog friendly.
