Beautiful home, well kept with little unique vintage peices of furnitue and decor, my favorite was the Mancala side table(gorge!) All the amenities you would need in a home away from home. My husband and I nabbed the mater suite...shower water pressure AMAZIN G! Awesome pool for the Arizona heat, plenty of room, 5 adults in the house everyone had their own space. Jen and Vlad are amazing hosts, very responsive and flexible. We were given clear instructions on how to get in the very private home (it has a locked gate entrance, so secure!). They're was even clear closing the home instructions. Every text sent was replied to in a timely manner, great hosts. We haf a wonderful experience with them. Thank you helping make our stay fantastic

Had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly communicative and proactive, even going the extra mile to change batteries before we even noticed it was needed, truly on the ball! The space was spotless, cozy, and felt like home. Highly recommend staying here for anyone looking for a clean, well-maintained, and welcoming place with a thoughtful host. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed here in Yuma to celebrate my son’s surprise 21st !! We flew from KY to Yuma, I have traveled to Yuma multiple times, as my son is stationed there! The home was immaculate and exceeded all of our expectations- it was perfect for hosting a party! The pool was gorgeous and the games out side- led us to have fun and competing against each other in corn hole!! I will be back and this home is a definitely a must stay! Thank you again for making his birthday special ❤️

I travel for work, I live in air b n bs. asa far as host's go, Maria is the cream of the crop!!!!! anything that comes up, she's got it covered....

Marcia's was very nice and let us check in a little early. Nice and quiet place.

Good neighborhood, easy to locate, spacious condo, comfortable beds, could have used softer sleeping pillows, and couldn't find extra blankets as I was a bit cold, other than that the place was clean and served our purpose of a place to lay our heads for the night. Nice to have a parking stall included with lodging. I would stay here again next time I fly in to see family.

We were down there to check on family her house was less than a mile away. Clean neighborhood friendly people can walk around with no issues would rent again if needed in Yuma.

This is our third stay at Maria’s place. We love staying here when we come to visit Yuma! It is always comfortable and feels like home. Thank you for another excellent stay!
