Ferizaj : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Velmi pěkný moderní a prostorný být v okrajové části Skopje, kde se člověk cítí bezpečně. Dostupnost do centra je dobrá, ubytování se nachází v blízkosti několika linek městských autobusů. Je zde možnost bezpečně zaparkovat. Ubytování odpovídá fotkám a popisu, byt je prostornější, než vypadá na fotkách. Je zde moderní nábytek, pohodlná a vybavená koupelna. Byl jsem v apartmánu v zimě a bylo zde stále teplo, neboť je zde centrální topení. V létě přijde vhod klimatizace. Apartmán je vhodný i pro dlouhodobé pobyty, je zde dostatek náhradních ručníků, povlečení, hodně čistících prostředků. Na dlouhodobý pobyt jsme byli dostatečně vybaveni a nemuseli jsme kupovat téměř žádné dodatečné čistící a hygienické a kosmetické prostředky. Kuchyň je prostorná, je zde spoustu spotřebičů a na menší vaření plně postačuje. Apartmán má i velký balkon, kde se dá sedět a jsou z něho krásné výhledy do okolí. Hostitel byl velmi nápomocný, pravidelně se o nás zajímal a když nám něco chybělo, snažil se pomoci.

I recently stayed at Cevahir Sky City, and it was an amazing experience! The apartment, owned by Viktor, was absolutely perfect. It was spotless, modern, and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel is fantastic, offering stunning views and easy access to everything I wanted to explore. Viktor was an exceptional host—friendly, responsive, and genuinely committed to making my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area. I’ll definitely choose Viktor’s apartment at Cevahir Sky City again for my next visit!

Everything was perfect, there was everythinh that you could need in an apartment. Everything was perdect. If I ever come to Ferizaj I would definitely stay in one of Uran's apartments. Thank you for your kind hospitality.

Everything was perfect! Most beautiful apartment I ever stayed in with space for at least 3 people and suitable for longer stays. It’s in a very recognizable and easy to find building close to many bars and restaurants and within walking distance of everywhere in the center.

Breg konaklamamız süresince yardımsever, nazik, cana yakın, misafirperver, kendi evimizde gibi hissettiren bir ev sahibiydi. Her sorumuza sıkılmadan ve çok kısa sürede cevap vererek biz yardımcı oldu. Rezervasyonumuzda bebek olduğunu görerek biz gelmeden önce bebek yatağı aldı ve bu konaklamamız süresince rahat etmemizi sağladı. ❤️ Bize atıştırmalık ve kahve kapsülleri bırakmıştı, uçak yolculuğu sonrası bu harika oldu. :) Ve bize bir çok öneride bulundu, hepsi harikaydı. Evde geçirdiğimiz süreler çok konforluydu, yatak ve yastıklar çok rahattı. Evin konumu gitmek istediğimiz çoğu yere yürüme mesafesindeydi. Manzarası için gelip görmeniz gerek, gündüz ve gecesi ayrı güzellikte. Avm’ye yakın olması çok avantajlı bir konum. Üsküp’ü ileriki zamanlarda tekrar ziyaret etmeyi düşünüyoruz. Konaklama için yine tercihimiz burası olacak. Kalpten teşekkür.

Borjan è stato un host disponibile e ci ha aiutato per qualsiasi cosa. La casa è comoda perché è vicina all’aeroporto e nelle vicinanze ci sono supermercati e ristoranti. Tutto ottimo!

Mila's place is perfect both for short and long stays. It's extremely comfortable, clean, tidy and very well equipped for any kind of preferences. Kitchen is fully equipped both for actual cooking or preparing only small meals, plus there was coffee/tea and sugar provided, plus cooking oil. Moreover, ironing equipment is there, making it as practical as possible, while being as welcoming as possible. Communicating with Mila is super easy and friendly. She is highly responsive and available for any questions or requests.

Wonderful hosts and an ideal location if you have any early flight out the following morning!

5 gece 6 gün konakladık. Kendi ve kocası bize her konuda çok yardımcı oldular. Özellikle kocası hem ev konusunda hem şehirde ihtiyacımız olan her şeyde bize tavsiye verdi ve farklı ülkeler de görebilmemizi sağladı. Ev gayet sıcaktı. Odalar çok rahattı. Çevre çok sakindi hiç insan etkileşimi kurmadık. Merkeze yürüyerek 20 dk sürdü ve hiç otobüse binmemize gerek kalmadı hep geze geze yürüdük.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt bei Merita. Wir hatten als kleine Familie viel Platz, unser Sohn hat Obst und Gemüse aus dem schönen Garten bekommen und wir konnten unseren Aufenthalt flexibel verlängern. Es war zudem sehr ruhig gelegen.

Our stay was truly amazing. The house was very clean and extremely comfortable. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, down to the smallest details. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They greeted us warmly, helped us with everything we needed, and made us feel like we had known them for a long time. Thanks to their kindness and attention, our stay was even more enjoyable. We’re so happy to have had such a great experience. I highly recommend this place to everyone, and we can’t wait to come back!

Milos’s place was exactly what we needed. Clean and cosy , good internet and with an extra fees and discounts great 2 restaurants and spa facilities which was wonderful . Bus stop is just across the street which will take you to the centre/ slopes . Thanks Milos for having us .

I had a wonderful stay at Fleta's Apartment in Skopje! The place was cozy, comfortable, and in a great location, making it easy to explore the city. Fleta was incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. The apartment was well-equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. I had a fantastic stay at Vasko's place, friendly, responsive and all around great host. Apartment was clean and very close to a number of restaurants and literally around the corner from a well stocked grocery store. About a 30 minute walk into all the attractions of the city center as well. Definetly recommend a short or long stay with Vasko! Thanks again!

Genel olarak çok memnun kaldım.Evin konumu hem çarşıya hem de avmye yakındı havalimanından servis ile indiğinizde 10-15 dk bir yürüme mesafesi vardı.Ev içinde her şey düşünülmüş gayet temiz,ferah ve rahattı.Mesajlarıma da anında cevap verdiler bir sonraki tatilimde kesinlikle tekrardan tercih edeceğim😊
