Notre court séjour chez Massimo était un moment de vrai bonheur. Les lits étaient extrêmement confortables et nous avons dormi comme des bébés. Tutto perfetto! L'esperienza è stata bellissima, la casa e l'area circostante sono ancora più belle dal vivo di quanto mi aspettassi, dentro c'era tutto il necessario e anche di più. Ma soprattutto gli host sono stati impeccabili dal primo momento all'ultimo. Velocissimi nelle risposte, proattivi, disponibilissimi, gentilissimi e molto pazienti nonostante il nostro grande ritardo sull'orario che avevamo richiesto per il check-in. Non potrei consigliarlo di più.

Maria e Riccardo sono stati molto ospitali e cordiali, fornendoci molte indicazioni utili per il soggiorno a Senigallia. La casa era pulita e con tutto il necessario: abbiamo apprezzato lo spazio all'aperto a noi dedicato e il grande giardino in cui il nostro cane ha potuto muoversi in tranquillità. La zona è molto tranquilla, semi collinare e quindi serve la macchina per scendere in centro, andare in spiaggia o fare altri escursioni nei dintorni. Sicuramente da consigliare

Wij hebben zo ontzettend genoten. Renata is een geweldige gastvrouw. Ze is ontzettend vriendelijk en doet er alles aan om het haar gasten naar de zin te maken. Ze reageerde heel snel op onze vragen. De locatie is geweldig, het appartement zit aan het woonhuis van Renata maar toch heb je echt een soort privé locatie. Ook enorm aan te raden voor een gezin met kind(eren). Wij komen zeker nog eens terug.

La casa di Lucio è stata perfetta per la nostra vacanza tra mare e passeggiate in collina e nei boschi,lo spazio esterno ottimo per noi e soprattutto per i nostri 5 cani,che Lucio è stato così carino da ospitare con noi. La casa è bellissima e curata,il giardino un'oasi di pace da cui ammirare il tramonto.Lucio è stato anche gentilissimo e solerte nel risolvere piccoli inconvenienti dovuti alla pioggia e al freddo dei primi giorni.Bellissima vacanza

L'appartamento di Michela è accogliente e caldo. Lo spazio esterno è sicuramente il punto forte, terrazzino incantevole in cui godersi del silenzio della zona. La casa è estremamente attrezzata. Sicuramente un posto in cui tornare!

Eine wundervolle Wohnung in einem antiken und liebevoll renovierten Gebäude . Das Apartment ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und man fühlt sich direkt wie zu Hause. Als jemand, der die Gegend seit Jahren kennt, kann ich sagen, dass dies der perfekte Ort ist, wenn man zwischen dem Meer und den Bergen eine schöne Unterkunft sucht. Die Lage ist ideal, und die Umgebung hat viel zu bieten. Die Kommunikation mit Teresa war ebenfalls super. Sie ist eine sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Gastgeberin, die stets bereit war, Fragen zu beantworten und hilfreiche Tipps zu geben.

La mansarda è veramente carina, ampia e super attrezzata. Pur stando sulla costa rimane un ottimo punto di appoggio per girare le Marche anche all'interno. E' vicino a supermercati e pompe di benzina e ai tanti ristoranti e bar di Porto San Giorgio e Porto Sant'Elpidio, in una piazzetta tranquilla, a pochi passi dalla SS Adriatica, dove è facile trovare parcheggio. Sabrina è stata un'ottima host con i suoi consigli e la sua presenza mai invadente. Lo consigliamo per visitare dei splendidi territori.

host gentilissimo Andrea una persona alla mano e disponibile x qualsiasi necessità. io giro molto lavoro ho trovato l'appartamento bello comodo e pulito, ristrutturato a nuovo e provisto di ogni necessità . quello che pensavi che ti servisse c'era. Sono stato benissimo .

Very nice apartment, very close to supermarket, town centre. Clean and very well presented. Milco was really helpful with instructions and showed an interest for me to enjoy my stay. I loved this place and would definitely return here

Silke was WONDERFUL! She was extremely responsive and helped with incredible recommendations and even made reservations for our group. She was friendly and was around to assist to however not intrusive. Our time there would not have been the same without her there! The views were stunning, even with the rain we had plenty to do and places to spend time. We spent many nights with great memories made on the veranda! Her house was magical and she was a joy! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem großen und schönen Haus. Katja und ihr Mann waren sehr hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation lief super. Es wurde sogar in den oberen Schlafzimmern noch eine Klimaanlage eingebaut, die uns angenehme Temperaturen während der Nacht beschert hat. Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr gut ausgestattet und für eine größere Familie sehr gut geeignet. Die Altstadt von Montefiore ist sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Insgesamt haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Unterkunft für einen Urlaub mit zwei Familien. Ausreichend Schlafplätze, eine tolle Küche … und natürlich der Pool … waren einfach wunderbar. Bei Fragen gab es schnelle und kompetente Rückmeldungen und Lösungen. Es gab viele Mücken, aber dank der Fliegengitter an einigen Fenstern, ließ es sich halbwegs kontrollieren. Das Haus könnte einige kleine Renovierungen vertragen … das hat aber unseren Aufenthalt nicht beeinträchtigt. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Vielen Dank

As grandparents, my wife and I were looking for a place to spend quality time with our adult children, their spouses, and our grandchildren ages 8-14, and at the same time experience Italy from a rural perspective before going to Rome. Our stay in Massa Fermana was full of great experiences: truffle hunting, Italian cooking class and dinner for the entire family with our cook and her husband in their rural home, wineries, restaurants, gelaterias, seaside visit, travel to historic sites. and much more. Since it was the beginning of Olive harvest, we picked olives from the olive trees on our hosts property and although we were not able to have the olives pressed for oil due to time constraints, Fabrizio gave us a bottle of fresh pressed olive oil from the first harvest of the area.

Laura war eine wirklich extrem zuvorkommende Gastgeberin ! Alles hat hervorragend geklappt und immer wenn wir Fragen hatten, war Laura gut erreichbar und hat uns geholfen . Das Haus ist weitläufig und wir auf den Fotos. Draußen ist viel Platz und die Umgebung ist wunderbar.

Bellissima villa rustica, immersa nel verde; la casa è ben disposta ed arredata con gusto, ed offre tutto il necessario per una permanenza confortevole. Ampia area living e cucina fornita di tutto il necessario compreso un ampio frigo, una cantina vini e una macchina per fare il ghiaccio. Un biliardino dà la possibilità di trascorrere serate in compagnia di amici e familiari. La piscina, di dimensioni generose, si affaccia sullo splendido panorama delle colline circostanti. Simon è stato molto premuroso e disponibile. Ottima esperienza.

The house was right next to the beach, it was a great choice and had everything one needs for cooking and relaxing. Highly recommended.
