The condo was as advertised. Very comfortable. Plenty of dishes. Glasses and cooking pots. Perfect location. There is a hose to rinse off beach sand, making it easier to keep the condo clean. We loved being able to bring our dog. We had a wonderful time and hope to book again for next year! Thank you.

Fantastic host. Everything you could possibly need or want for a beach vacation was available, from beach chairs to a cooler. The place was perfect and spotless. There is construction on the street in front of the house but since we were there for a weekend it wasn’t a big deal. I wish we could’ve stayed longer.

The condo is perfect. The view is amazing and it’s quiet even when a full building. Laura was a great communicator and answered any questions quickly.

This was our second time back! Jennifer is an amazing host - super responsive, friendly and she shared some fun events going on the weekend we were there. Plus the house is super cute inside, very clean and close to restaurants and the beach. We can’t wait to visit again!!

The BEST Airbnb experience we’ve ever had! The house was immaculately clean and comfortable! Directly across the street from a beautiful, well maintained beach. Our favorite part was sitting on the porch listening to the ocean. The hosts; Willie & his beautiful wife were amazingly kind and helpful!! They gave us delicious local restaurant recommendations! If we could stay forever we would! It felt like being with family! Private parking & walking distance to so many restaurants and shops! There is a ton to do and there’s so much to see! Five star experience hands down! If we could leave more stars we would!!

this place is better than advertised. excellent location, footsteps to the beach and pool. lots of great restaurants around. very convenient unit! the hosts were very responsive and were extremely flexible on check in/out times. i highly recommend this location

this place was perfect for our group of four! walkable to everything and right on the beach. The space was clean and private and exactly what the pictures showed. We couldn't have been happier. Staley was also super nice and responsive and had great recommendations for places to eat in her welcome book. We definitely will stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! The location on the beach was perfect and the condo truly had everything you would need. There was plenty of room for our group of five. There are a lot of steps in the condo and no bathroom on the main floor--not a concern for our group, but could be if a guest has any mobility issues. Overall, a wonderful place to stay!

Great unit, very spacious, looks just like the pictures. Loved the easy access to the beach and quiet location. Hosts were super responsive and easy to work with ( including last minute rebooking because of the Oct hurricane). Would definitely recommend.

William is an excellent host and was very responsive to our questions before and after the rental. This condo was directly on the beach with great views and a private porch. The beds and bedding were the most comfortable we've had the pleasure of using during an airbnb stay. He provided every item necessary for use in the kitchen. He doesn't skimp on towels, we had more than enough for use in the condo as well as the beach. Very easy access to entering the condo and the beach with our own marked parking space. Our only negative was after a few days the condo directly above us was rented with two small dogs that barked alot. We could hear them at night through our ceiling. The remainder of the stay was very pleasant. Also want to note that in the original listing description it states the shared outdoor pool is heated. It was not : ( I would recommend to others staying here for a nice beach getaway! Thank you William, as we enjoyed our stay very much.

A wonderful condo. Very clean and updated. Close to pool and beach access. Lots of great restaurants and shops on the Omni property or just a short drive to downtown Fernadina Beach. Our pre-teens walked all over the property and enjoyed the amenities. Will definitely stay here again for our next trip to Amelia Island.

A great beach retreat for our family! The home was clean, check-in and check-out were seamless, and it was just a short walk to the beach. Our host was friendly, easy to communicate with, and the views were absolutely perfect.

Unit was clean, kitchen and bathrooms were updated and clean, beds/linens very nice. Location very convenient to the pool and tennis court.

An absolutely perfect stay in a perfect house in a perfect location…so - pretty much perfect! This is a lovely cottage in an idyllic ocean front setting, with absolutely everything you could need during your stay. Truly a home away from home. They nailed the VRBO thing and we’ll be back! We had a great time ! The location was prefect , The House has lots of kitchen cooking items which was nice. There were lots of bath towel's and even beach towels ! There were lots of beach chairs and boogie boards and sand toys for the kids very thankful for that ! Thank you !

The house was perfect for two families with kids: big table for lunches and dinner, cute bedrooms for the kids and plenty of room otherwise. The best is the direct access to the beach, with all the amenities (shower/towels/ beach toys). The kids spent their days there and loved it! There is a lot to do around like hiking, fine dining and visiting St Augustine. We would come back!

Ashley's beach house is absolutely perfect!!! Its beautiful inside and the deck looking out to the ocean wonderful. Its huge! We slept like babies. She has the most comfortable mattress and pillows. We loved the cozy couch as well. There are plenty of towels. The shower in the primary bath is huge and in the second bath the is a great soaking tub/shower combo. Kitchen has everything you need. The location is close to everything. And being right on the beach means everything to us. We were there 10 days and found 280 sharks teeth!!! We can't wait to come back next year! Thanks Ashley!

Perfect stay! Very dog friendly! Great location!!! Would definitely stay here again! Chris thought of everything- even baby gate for front porch so pup could relax on the porch with us out front and back is fenced in. Beach is so close and not over populated! Lots to do within walking distance!
