Kelly and Bob have a great place that is very close to Route A1A in Ponte Vedra Beach, retail stores, restaurants, and the beach. We had the added bonus of being within a mile of family. The condo was very spacious and well-appointed. Everything was as we imagined it, and more. We hope to have the opportunity for a return stay in the not-too-distant future. Mark

Where do I begin! We stayed in Jacksonville Beach for our daughter’s senior spring break. Our Condo was more like a tranquil, peace of home. There were so many extras we only had to bring food and ourselves. Hillary was so responsive, always there if we needed a recommendation for good restaurant or shopping. The condo had everything we needed for the beach. Beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable beds, so much space, quiet, kitchen had everything you could possibly need. We felt safe, easy walk to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Hillary was one of the BEST hosts we have rented from. Thank you for sharing your place with us. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lauren’s place stands out in the villas at Ponte Vedra Beach. We stayed in 4 Summer Place villas this year. Casita by the Sea was the best—well appointed, great ocean/beach view and access, offered a variety of supplies, large tv, furnishings/linens/towels of excellent quality. Although in a condo complex this unit’s patio just seemed the most private and had good furniture. We were very comfortable. Definitely returning to Lauren’s place.

Waking up to the sound of the ocean surf and to the sunrise, looking directly at the beach, and being able to walk right onto the beach right from the apartment is unbeatable. The apartment was well equipped with lots of little amenities, very comfortable, and exactly like described. The personal welcome note was a lovely touch. We loved our stay and will be very happy to come back and recommend Bruce and Pamela's apartment.

We enjoyed our stay! We did a lot of walking, cooking and relaxing, and found Kim spot perfect. It is a great location, very close to so many things we like to do. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and appreciated the little things like laundry detergent, coffee, and snacks provided for us. Kim was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Exactly what we expected from the listing! Very clean, spacious, and convenient. Easy access to the beach with a newly renovated private walkway. The space had beach towels, beach chairs, toys for the beach, cleaning supplies, and clear instructions on what was expected. The slight downside is that they kept messaging to check in and make sure we were doing ok and reminding us that we check out on Sunday, etc. Was always pleasant, but felt like it was a tad excessive. You text the number with questions and they get back quickly! Very nice home for our first stay in Fernandina Beach!

We loved our two night stay here. The host was friendly and responsive. The unit was pristine, comfortable and adorable. I’m very sensitive to bed comfort, and the bed was awesome. The unit has everything you might need, and lots that you won’t, but is uncluttered and peaceful. We loved the location, one block from the beach and a 10 minute drive to the historic district. The street the unit is on is very quiet which was a plus. We would definitely stay again.

Cheryl was a very kind, responsive host. She was flexible with our check in and check out. Her home is beautiful and well appointed…lots of towels, beach supplies, kitchen supplies, etc. If you are visiting for a wedding at The Amelia Island Club, this condo is the perfect spot, as it’s a less than a 2 min drive. We would definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area.

The condo was as advertised. Very comfortable. Plenty of dishes. Glasses and cooking pots. Perfect location. There is a hose to rinse off beach sand, making it easier to keep the condo clean. We loved being able to bring our dog. We had a wonderful time and hope to book again for next year! Thank you.

We had an amazing stay at Casa Cruz. The location was perfect – close to everything we wanted to explore. It felt like staying in a hotel but with the added bonus of being well-stocked and incredibly homey. The space was beautifully decorated that made it extra welcoming yet modern . Deb, the host, was fantastic – very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We absolutely loved our time here and can't wait to come back! Highly recommend!

We were very comfortable in the Courtside villa; the unit was very well stocked. The check-in instructions were thorough and helpful. It was so convenient to have our dog there. We enjoyed the ten-minute walk to the beach. Be aware there are two sets of steps up to the door to the unit, which we didn't mind (but might be a consideration if you need something ground-level). We would stay again!

Michael was an excellent host and I now have a new place to stay when I come to Jacksonville. The beach front views are perfect and relaxing. My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay. Best, Jelani

Host was very nice and flexible allowing us to check in slightly early so we could make it to our baseball ⚾️ game on time.

this place was perfect for our group of four! walkable to everything and right on the beach. The space was clean and private and exactly what the pictures showed. We couldn't have been happier. Staley was also super nice and responsive and had great recommendations for places to eat in her welcome book. We definitely will stay here again!

I had an amazing stay at Staylah of Northeast Florida. The unit looks exactly like the photos. The beach is a very short walk across the street. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This place was a lovely stay. The host was super communicative and also left me a lil surprise on the counter (yummy snacks) kitchen has everything you would ever need. Bed was comfy!

The place was exactly as described and we loved being so scolds to the beach.

The place was exactly like the photos. It was super clean and clutter free. We had plenty of room. It took no time to walk to the beach. The pool was close by and easy to access. Any questions I had, I always got a quick response. I highly recommend this place. My family said they would love to come back.

We would highly recommend this condo for anyone who is looking for a relaxing vacation right on the beach. William is a great host and was very proactive in answering all of our questions. We love the views and hearing the ocean while we slept. We will definitely book this property again.

This is hands down one of the best Air BNBs I have ever rented. Jacksonville Beach is actually my home town (I don’t live there anymore) so I knew my way around. But Rob & Nancy constantly made themselves available just in case we needed ANYTHING!!! The apartment was pristine and just so relaxing. We loved every minute and will definitely stay here again. Immaculate condo right on the beach. Beautiful sunrises right from the balcony. We enjoyed our stay.
