Amazing spaces indoor and out. The Airbnb pictures don’t do it justice. 3 bedroom, 3 bath, pullout couch. Sleeps 8 adults (willing to share beds) and 4 children (pullout couch and blow up mattress). Plenty of room for cooking, dining, well-equipped kitchen w/ air fryer, 2 coffee makers, crock pot and more. Great location 20 minutes from anything. Walked to stores (1.5 miles each way). Games and puzzles. Great master suite. Takes a few minutes to get hot water to back bathrooms, but be patient, it’s worth it. This could be a repeat for us!

Truly a wonderful place and area to stay at. Would definitely recommend and stay atxagain in the future. Perfect for our family of 5.

Great condo all the amenities you could want - nice wide balcony with a beautiful view. We spent lots of time there from early morning to late at night - we did not cook at night but if you wanted the kitchen was equipped with everything you might need. Convenient to beach restaurants. Pool was nice. Other condo guests were friendly. Highly recommended

My wife and I have stayed at Brigid's place a number of times and we always enjoy our stay! The location, the views, the accommodations, and the amenities are all top-notch! We will definitely come back and stay in the future!

We had an amazing time at David’s home. Everything was conveniently labeled and clean. The home is beautiful and located very close to downtown and the beach. David was responsive with any questions or concerns we had and was extremely nice. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a beautiful place and we had an an amazing week. It Had everything there that we Needed. Only suggestion I would make would Be to supply a beach umbrella . I. Would definitely have recommend staying here.

Booked this location for a golf team training trip and it was perfect to fit my entire team and provided lots of activities within the Airbnb to do in their downtime that allows great bonding time experiences. Will definitely be booking here again for future training trips if it is available!

Great stay for me and 6 friends. The directions to the gate were spot on and really helped us get there. Some followed the address of the condo and that did not work well. It was clean and we had plenty of room for the 7 of us. Beds were comfortable and we had all we needed to make our coffee and breakfast before we were out the door. Unit is on the second floor and elevator was great! The unit has 3 floors, so for some that was tough on old knees but we knew that going in! Beach was just a walk away! Gopher tortoises and bunny rabbits were an added treat! Great Stay! Thanks!

Simple, clean, private home just a block from the marina. We appreciated being able to walk our dogs down to the marina for a sweet view of downtown JAX. Very easy to check in and had all the amenities we needed to feel comfortable and at home. We felt safe the entire stay.

Clean and roomy home in a quiet residential neighborhood, loved the area for a 2 week stay with our dog. I will definitely try booking again next time we visit our daughters. Great communication with the host too! Overall an excellent experience!

Tyson and his place were awesome ! Tyson was easy to communicate with and the unit was huge (it was only my wife and me). The neighborhood is very safe and walkable and there were many, many bars and restaurants a short distance away. We recommend Tyson’s property and will surely try to stay there again the next time we are in town.

Amy is awesome. Her response time is extremely quick. I liked the place. You can tell it’s a up and coming neighborhood as is all golf that area of Jacksonville. I definitely felt safe. Overall, very satisfied

I have never had a harder time leaving a rental home than I did when we had to say goodbye to this one. Between the charm and comfort of the house and the beautiful setting, our family had a truly magical stay. We were mesmerized by the marsh and the wildlife, birds, etc. We had an incredible time paddleboarding the marsh right from the home's dock during times of the day of higher tide. The house has fantastic decor, space, and comfortable beds and furniture. Everything about the property is lovely. What a great location to explore St Augustine, which is our favorite town in Florida, and the surrounding area. It was so nice to have a quiet, peaceful haven to call home base for the week. Thank you again Patricia for sharing this heavenly place!

The house was in a perfect location and exactly what we wanted. We had no issues during our stay and I know if we had, Mary would’ve addressed it immediately. She was an incredible host and I would absolutely stay here again. 10/10 recommendation if you want a relaxing, stress free stay literally right on the beach!

We had an absolutely idyllic stay at Richard’s! We were greeted with a sweet treat and hand written note when we arrived, making us truly feel welcomed and at home from the start. We had so much fun learning about the history of the building and taking in all of the intricate details and artwork. We all felt like we were staying in museum. We spent our mornings and evenings on the two porches on the back of the house, enjoying the scenery and birdwatching. The house was stocked with more than enough toiletries and conveniences for our stay. The neighborhood felt safe and we enjoyed the shops and restaurants within walking distance. We look forward to returning and would recommend to anyone staying in the area!

this place was perfect for our group of four! walkable to everything and right on the beach. The space was clean and private and exactly what the pictures showed. We couldn't have been happier. Staley was also super nice and responsive and had great recommendations for places to eat in her welcome book. We definitely will stay here again!

John was friendly. He responded quickly to any issue we had, and wee had very few. The water pressure was low. I was unhappy with the neighborhood, which was on its way to becoming a slum. But John was the BEST host ever. He always responded almost immediately. It was too cool to use the pool. We were close to our friends and Church. I would rent from him again.

The condo was so convenient to the beach and walkable to restaurants. The sunrises from the balcony were spectacular!

Our stay at this beachfront condo was nothing short of perfect! The ocean views are stunning, and the location next to the Ritz-Carlton is unbeatable. The condo is beautifully decorated, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying our mornings on the balcony. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful, providing everything from beach gear to local tips. We can't wait to return to this little slice of paradise!

Wonderful condo in a very convenient location. Close to restaurants, shopping and historic district. It is worth mentioning, although this is a lovey ground floor unit there are a few stairs to reach the front entrance. Hosts are responsive and helpful.

This condo is an absolute gem and the hosts are simply wonderful. The location is incredible, quiet and peaceful and the unit is very spacious for a 2/2. The small courtyard grass area is such a wonderful area, especially with children. Max and Sara were extremely responsive and literally have everything you could possibly need at this unit. I will only stay here when visiting Jax beach for now on. Thank you Max and Sara for the wonderful trip!
