Beautiful place! Looks as good as the photos. We particularly liked the activities (spa, pool, private yard space, tennis court) and facilities (big living room, BBQ, off-street parking, well-stocked kitchen). The pool and tennis court are shared with others from nearby accommodation, but the spa is just for the house. Plenty of hand wash, shampoo/conditioner and laundry liquid was provided. It is conveniently close to Queenstown, as well as the historic little town of Arrowtown. Overall, it was a gorgeous house and a very comfortable stay.

We had 5 days in paradise at Kath’s place. The views were amazing! We appreciated Kath’s friendly welcome and offer of produce from her garden. She provided great hiking tips and suggestions for things to do in the area. Kath’s, place was clean and very comfortable. We always looked forward to coming back after a busy day to cook a meal and stare out the window at the gorgeous mountains. We really hope to return for another memorable stay.

Anita and Clint’s place is absolutely stunning! The views are breathtaking - from the living room, bedroom, terrace, and especially the hot tub. The scenery constantly shifts with the weather - sunshine or rain, it’s always beautiful. The flat is super cosy, stylish, and thoughtfully furnished with lovely details. It truly feels like a piece of paradise - just WOW! Definitely one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed at. Anita and Clint were also incredibly lovely and communicative. I needed a bit of assistance during my stay, and they responded right away with help and kindness. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone. You won’t regret it! I only wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Keren’s place was a lovely quieter spot to enjoy Queenstown. Views were incredible and the house was well stocked. Keren was wonderful and helpful as host. Thankyou!

Thanks for the wonderful but short stay. Nice property in a beautiful setting walkable distance to Millbrook and close to Ayrburn and Arrowtown. Very well stocked house with everything you need.

The views are to die for, such an amazing location, you won't be disappointed at all. house was large enough for 10 of us and we all had our own space without running into each other. Rooms are located using stairs so if you have anyone not able to use stairs maybe contact them and they might be able to work out something for you. nothing seemed a problem at all and very responsive when asked a question. We will definitely be back again. Thank you for an amazing family holiday 🙏✨️

Lovely large house - probably 70s so not super-modern. Bathrooms recently renovated, loved the crisp linen and fresh white towells. Was there with my four adult children (18 to 23). We all loved it as it wasn't "precious" - we all felt right at home very quickly. Kitchen is large with enough appliances to make cooking simple - keeping it tidy was easy because of the space. A bar and dining table so a few options on where to sit. Open fire downstairs most nights. The internet was great - I could work quite happily while the guys went for a ski. Location was better than we realised - half way between Queenstown and Frankton meant we avoided the traffic jams into Queenstown (who would have thought a small country town would have constant traffic jams as skiers return every afternoon!) and could easily shop at Frankton - much cheaper and more choice. Only 10 minutes to the airport and multiple buses run both up and down the lake with a stop just a few metres down the hill.

Arriving at Tess's home was an absolute delight! The property is simply breathtaking with its modern design and stunning views of the hills and river valley below. This charming rural home boasts four bedrooms, a beautiful living room that connects to the fully equipped kitchen stocked with all the essentials you could need. The beds were incredibly comfortable with luxurious linens, making it hard to get up on some mornings with the fresh air flowing through the open sliding door. We had a blast doing yoga on the well-maintained lawn and sipping drinks on bean bags while watching the sunset. Queenstown is a dream destination with so much to offer - from wineries and bike rides in Arrowtown to thrilling activities like jet boating, funyaking, bungy jumping, and zip-lining. The gondola ride and luge were a blast, and the bush walks, especially Bobs Cove, were unforgettable. Not to mention the fantastic dining options, with Amisfield being a standout. Very nice lake view and rooms. Spacious for family of 7 people and relax for the whole day. Decoration & furniture are a bit old but it wont affect much on the leisure of stay. Reaction to request is fast on replacement of the toaster and fan.

We had a wonderful time, the home was absolutely gorgeous and comfortable. It’s a quiet and secluded spot a little bit outside of town, with incredible views, and was very convenient for our visit to Queenstown and Glenorchy. Bella the cat was a cute addition to our stay and we enjoyed watching the stars from the hot tub. The hosts were responsive and left clear instructions. We would absolutely stay again!

We can’t say enough good things about this place, it is very nice. The house was even better than the photos, spotless in all aspects. The modern style and decorations match perfectly with the house style. But the best was the balcony and the lake and mountains view, fascinating! Kitchen was very well provisioned, bathrooms and bedrooms sheets and pillows were clean and comfortable. Close to downtown and the airport. I am looking for the opportunity to be back and highly recommend this place.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay here! Place was exactly what we hoped for! Good walkable distance to town and the lake. Loved having the deck and lawn out the back for a bit more space to relax. The weekend we stayed was incredibly hot so was glad to find out the aircon worked well! Overall our stay was great! The one and only downside (not sure if our fault for not looking hard enough or not) but we were only left with 3 toilet rolls- for a 2 night stay at 7 of us it went pretty quick but luckily one of us had brought some of our own to use.

My friends and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Tessa's. It was a beautiful home with all the amenities you could want, located in stunning surrounds and very peaceful. It so close to the lake which provided for some lovely early morning walks as well as easy access to the ferry which was a lovely way to get into Queenstown. Tessa was a delightful host and went above and beyond with local recommendations and even helped me locate local business for some special events I wanted to plan for my 50th. It was such a great place my friends are keen to make it an annual trip! Thank you Tessa for helping me make my 50th that bit extra special.
