Was a beautiful stay, lots of space and decorated so tastefully, host was amazing response time was so quick and clear instructions, so peaceful and relaxing would definitely recommend and stay again!

Fantastic cottage for a family get together, it suited our needs perfectly! Lia, was always at the end of the phone and was very proactive, it was a fantastic accommodation and would not hesitate to stay there again, even Lemon, Pepper and Raspberry looked after us too, giving us fresh eggs 😀 xx

We had such a lovely stay at Sandra’s place. The cottage was beautiful and hot tub was a great addition. It was set up and ready for us when we got there! Everything we needed was there including a Bose speaker and some extra goodies! Sandra was great with communication and all instructions to get in etc were very helpful and easy to follow. The place was so peaceful and secure and we loved daisy the cow! Thank you so much, we look forward to coming back soon! Would definitely recommend.

We had a absolutely fantastic time, it was just the tranquil, peaceful break my partner and I needed. The location of the property is beautiful and we were really fortunate with the weather. The property was clean, cozy and Wayne and Dave made us feel right at home. In the home everything was thought of which made checking in effortless. With a short drive you have access to local amenities. We would highly recommend this place and would definitely return in the future.

From the moment we booked Amber has proven to be an amazing Host with clear and precise instructions along with the feel that nothing would be too much trouble. The welcome feel we got when we entered the property was amazing. Beautiful log fire burning away, underfloor heating and a beautiful welcome pack of goodies were all waiting for us. The property is out of this world and the quality shone all around. We also ventured out to the nearby Griffin Pub which was superb and well worth a visit. We had a fabulous stay in Tibshelf! The photos did not do the accommodation justice, it was absolutely beautiful! We did lots of hiking and everywhere we went was within an hour of Tibshelf. The hot tub was a lovely treat at the end of the day :)

What a beautiful location, it was perfect for a chilled girls weekend. The hot tub was ready and waiting for when we arrived and Simon and Denise were great hosts. Thank you for a great weekend and we will definitely be back.

Blossom Farm is ideal for our family get togethers, location is spot on, very well equipped with do much attention to detail! Salford Warren is definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for a good place to walk the dog!

We wanted a last minute getaway and reached out to a couple of hosts and Mel responded quickest! The place is lovely and homely. You need to use the What Three Words App to find the premises as postcode would not have been specific enough and it is set all by itself and you could easily drive past, but that was all well explained in advance. The cottage is nicely located equally between the beautiful city of Lincoln and the stunning eastern coastline. There was just the two of us but would be great for two couples as both bedrooms have en-suites. We would come again.

This is our second stay at the Cow Shed and as before it was comfy and immaculate! Very quiet and peaceful with everything you need for a relaxing stay

I recently stayed at clematis cottage it has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The cottage is a great place to unwind after a day of muddy walks in the beautiful surrounding countryside. The cottage was well-equipped and maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. I couldn't fault anything during my time there it was simply delightful! Highly recommend it for anyone looking to escape into nature and enjoy a peaceful retreat.

This is a great base to explore Lincoln, Newark and Sherwood Forest. Lots of walks and history in the area. Philip recommended 2 great pubs, Prince Rupert in Newark and Hare & Hounds in Fulbeck. We also really enjoyed the Alpacca Farm and Doddington House. Philip lives close by and came to greet us on arrival. He is very friendly and helpful. The hot tub was great and accommodation very clean.

A lovely overnight stay at Daphne’s Cottage which is comfortable, cosy, clean and very well equipped. The kitchen especially has everything you need with plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The dishwasher came in very useful after dinner. Plenty of tea, coffee and sugar with a fresh pint of milk waiting in the fridge. Also special mention must be made of the shower cubicle with a very powerful shower. Elizabeth greeted us on arrival and made sure we could get in then came to see us off ensuring we had enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. Although it was only an overnight stay this time wouldn’t hesitate to stay longer if in the area again

We stopped at Laura’s place for the weekend and will definitely be stopping again. The cottage is cosy but spacious and you feel right at home. Laura also left information about local walks, pubs and attractions, somethings for the whole family.

Wow, if you are looking for a home from home experience this is the place for you! The cottage was cosy, comfy and warm. Pubs and restaurants were just a few minutes walking distance. Loughborough uni was just 15 minute drive ( we were visiting our daughter at uni) It was so lovely to have a comfortable space to return to at the end of the day. I will definitely be back! Lovely cottage with plenty of room for 5 guests. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a cosy, country getaway but still within a close driving distance to the city. Thank you Jill!

Another fantastic easy stay at Kirsty’s cottage. I was competing at Arena UK and our 3.5tn lorry fits in the car park. Great location and only a few minutes back to the venue. Cottage warm and tidy with nice touches. Hopefully be back again next year!

Little Walk Cottage is perfect for a relaxing break. The views from the conservatory are lovely. The house is warm and cosy even on the coldest nights. The bedrooms are spacious. The lounge and kitchen are well equipped and comfortable. Very highly recommended.

This cottage (& Nicola) were an absolute DREAM! Beautiful touches (like welcome cake, wine, doggy welcome pack!). The place was tastefully decorated for Christmas. We were so happy there and would love to return! 😊

Katherine made us feel so welcome, and was at hand to help with any questions we had. The Hideaway was the perfect base for us to go and visit friends who lived nearby.

Stunning quirky Airbnb with excellent fixtures and fittings; huge feature lounge with day beds if needed and private garden / courtyard. Louise was brilliant with queries and even popped round to sort the coffee machine! The little touches and extras made sure it delivered on its luxury status. Nettleham is beautiful but if you’re staying longer or want a restaurant type meal, Lincoln is easy to get too
