Loved our stay. It’s in walking distance to the beach and to Navarre Pier. You have access to a dock on the sound side for fishing and it’s really pretty. There is two bedrooms upstairs and bunk beds behind a private door with a washer and dryer and a half bath that has a sink and toilet down stairs right off the kitchen. That was handy for our older family members that couldn’t climb the stairs as easily. We got to bring our fur baby, too! They have things in the storage room to take to the beach, chairs, beach toys, and they have a few bikes, too. Hammock and hammock swings outside and three balconies! Our family created wonderful memories here. Hope to stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Anne’s airbnb. The location to the beach and restaurants for the price can’t be beat. Anne was friendly and readily accommodated our check-in time. We would gladly stay here again.

Her place is beautiful and super clean! It is a very short walk to the beach and just a quick drive to the area's restaurants and shops. Would 100% recommend staying here!

This was our second time staying here. It's clean and spacious. I love how close it is to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked and we were able to have a couple home cooked meals and even did a little baking! Beautiful place and another wonderful time with the family.

Sugar Beach G35 was exactly as described. Clean, easy entry and all amenities as described. The shinning star was Donna’s excellent service, she answered all our questions….quickly and provided so many suggestions. What a beautiful location! It is so easy to get to the beach…… THE BEACH… beautiful sand, quiet and so very peaceful! Thank you Donna!

We had a great week here for Spring Break!!!! The directions were a little off saying the office was located across the street and we never did get codes to any of the doors - however, we lived!:). We would love to stay here again! Thank you!

We had a good time, the premises are good. But for four adults and a child, there is not enough space. Good for a family holiday husband wife and child. Lots of good entertainment in the area very close to the beach.

Lauren’s place was great! It felt like home. She communicated with us, checked in to make sure everything was good. Location was perfect! Beds were comfy and house was decorated very nice. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay. The location was very convenient to UWF and to the highways tobdowntown and Pensacola beach. Check in and check out was very easy. Communication was great. The house provided everything that we needed while in Pensacola.

Our family had a great stay. The residence was squeaky clean. The queen bed upstairs and full bed downstairs were very comfortable. Every type of pan and utensil needed to cook family meals was provided, and the 5-cup coffee maker was perfect for my wife and I. The television includes a Roku so you can login to all of your streaming accounts. The place is about three well-lit blocks to the shops and restaurants of Palafox Street, so perfect for going out at night and walking home. Tracy was very responsive. When we ran out of an item during our long stay, Tracy had supplies shipped to the house immediately. We would definitely stay here again.

Mark’s place was absolutely stunning! We booked this for ourselves and our daughter’s family. Having four bedrooms including two bedrooms with king sized beds is what sold us. We were pleasantly surprised to find a bottom “garage” type floor with a grill, shower, hose, and plenty of beach toys! The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed and more. Of course the gorgeous view of the gulf and being steps away from the beach was spectacular! We look forward to making this a family tradition. See you next year!

The place was exactly as pictured and very clean. We enjoyed having the big pac man video game, it was a big hit with our family!! Jackie was very kind and responded quickly. it was also a nice surprise to have snacks left for us to share and extra surprise!! Thank you. 💚

We had a wonderful stay in Pensacola. Kyle was helpful and responsive, and he made sure that all our needs and wishes were met. The condo was clean, neat and well supplied. The location was very convenient for us, and the pool was a nice amenity. We would stay here again anytime.

My family and I enjoyed our stay! We found things for the kids to do and a lot of awesome restaurants! Our host was extremely responsive!

We had the greatest vacation and loved our time in this condo. Janelle had everything we needed for a fabulous spring break with my 3 sons. The condo came supplied with a portable crib, pack n play, booster seat, sand toys, life jackets, even a paddle board and bikes. Janelle had great recommendations of restaurants and things to do and the condo was so clean and tidy with tons of room to sleep lots of guests. She has taken lots of pride in her home and you feel that while staying. We loved the view of the sound from the porch in back, the access to the dock to take morning and evening strolls. We loved being on the sound side as well because the water was calm and you even have a little beach and area to paddle board. It was my son’s birthday while there and the host sent a birthday gift on his special day- a perfect reflection of how she goes above and beyond in every way. We loved our time in Navarre and will be back for sure!

This listing was just as listed. The home was clean and provided detail instructions for check-in, during our stay, and check out. This home had necessary items to cook meals when we did not want to go out. The host reached out to be sure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. There is available parking close to the condo. I traveled for spring break with my daughters and they had a great time. We enjoyed Johnson State Park Beach that was less than 5 minute drive from the home. You do pay for parking at the beach but it’s worth it to have the space away from crowds of people. Along with the quick beach access, this home was located right outside the resort style pool on the property, so it made it easy access to and from the pool. The pool area was never crowded. Right next to the pool is two sand volleyball courts. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend anyone coming to the Pensacola area. Best of wishes to our host and Thank You!

We loved our stay! The location is central to all things Pensacola. The home was very clean and we had all the basic supplies provided. The beds were comfy and there was lots of storage for clothing. We made almost all our meals in the kitchen and found it was stocked with the basics for making our meals. The wifi was fast and we streamed all our TV content on their 2 TVs (living room, master bedroom). Near the end of our stay we noticed the AC had stopped working. We let Rhonda now and within an hour she had an HVAC tech out to the home and it was fixed. Awesome customer service! Our hosts were always polite and timely with their communication. We would definitely recommend staying here if your travel plans take you to Pensacola.

From booking to the end of our stay, Anthony was proactive in communicating with us down to every little detail. When we had an issue and accidentally locked ourselves out, he went out of his way to help us and had us back in within minutes without us being inconvenienced at all, even though it was our fault. He was nothing but helpful the entire trip. The house was spotless and so spacious for our family of six! If we are ever back in the area, this is where we will come back to!

Adrian was the definition of a “SuperHost” ! He stayed in contact with us until we made it and got into his property! He was very friendly and attractive! His property actually exceeded our expectations! I’m very OCD and for me to walk in and fell comfortable without breaking out my cleaning supplies speaks volume!! I was shocked!! It was very clean, the area was very quiet! I loved the decor ! It was just a very Beachy vibe !! We will definitely be back ! Thank Adrian for opening your home up to us !!

This is a stunning townhome in a prime location, easily walkable to downtown, museums, and restaurants. It is easy to find and there's private parking for your vehicle. It is located in the Seville Historic District and is surrounded with lovely old homes and upscale newer homes, all well cared for. This rental has three outdoor areas -- by the front door, outside the master bedroom, and in the back yard. All feature comfy seating. The interior features upscale furnishings, bedding, and linens. Nice big fluffy towels in the bathrooms can't be beat. The kitchen is tricked out for anything and everything you want to cook. The hostess is extremely proactive in reaching out and always answered questions promptly. This is one of the nicest short term rentals my husband and I have stayed in. If it's available, jump on it. You won't be sorry.
