Good place to stay, cold in the winter but well priced for a nice place. If it was summer it would have been even better but it was still nice and peaceful. The only problem wasn’t the host’s fault but I wouldn’t come during Ramadan since no restaurants are open until later at night, even in a touristy place like Ifrane

Karim was there for us to show the Apt, helpful and always reply to our questions, good person, convenient location from CTM BUS or Train station, say if TAXI will use meter it is about 7 to 10 Derham With out meter Max you should pay 20D From CTM OR TRAIN.. Nice and safe area. lots of Taxi out side the Building, Grocery store (Marjan super market) right in front of the building Exit , you can buy Meat, Chicken, veg too. .Lots of fast food restaurant on walking distance . We were speechless when the doors swung open, and we saw our palatial accommodations. Dounia's mother welcomed us into suite with its intricate carvings, the high roof suffused with oxygen, the lanterns, the patterned couches and the opulent bedroom. The bedding is lovely, the small terrace charming for breakfast or aperitif that gives onto the patio. It feels very grand, and you feel a lucky part of history, even if a tourist! Fes requires a fair amount of walking, starting with negotiating the driveway up towards the edge of the labyrinth of the medina. The kitchen is adequate, useful if understocked; there was a heater in the room for chilly nights and some rain. Upper stories of the building are being restored. Dounia + mother were responsive for ordering taxis, knowing local customs, personalizing the culture. A beautiful stay.

Nice appartement good location easy the fond Driss and he's wife was helpful . But all the bedding haven't been changed before our arrival so we had the change them all and the drain of the sink in the kitchen was blocked The last night and on the morning when we leaving the lift doesn't work so we had the walk on the stairs the baby and our baggage

We booked two nights at the Painter’s House and had an amazing experience. Yousra, the host, and Khadija, the co-host, were both fantastic. Khadija, in particular, is a very welcoming and helpful person. Her comprehensive guidebook was a great help and I highly recommend taking a look at it. The area is very quiet and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax. The location is also ideal, with all essential facilities nearby. I highly recommend visiting this lovely place!

Nabil était extrêmement disponible et réactif. Le logement était très beau, très propre dans une résidence privé avec gardien, ce qui est très rassurant. Bref, je recommande vivement le logement de Nabil.

Majid est un hôte très accueillant, serviable, la maison est très bien équipée et contient tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un très bon séjour à El hajeb.

Ein Traum! Das Riad ist ruhig gelegen und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eigerichtet! Die Schlafzimmer erstrecken sich über drei Etagen, tolles Licht im Haus! Ganz oben: Dachterasse mit phantastischem Blick über Fès. Was man wissen sollte: es ist ein altes Haus, natürlich müffelt es etwas. Die Heizmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend, es bleibt aber kühl im Haus. Das Treppenhaus ist schmal, man sollte mobil sein. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, das Frühstück war typisch Marokkanisch und sehr sehr lecker! Die Kommunikation mit Zackarias war hervorragend, vor Ort trafen wir Yasin: super Typ! Wir haben jede Sekunde genossen!

Siamo state in 10 amiche nel Riad . Tutto è andato benissimo, tranquillo, camere comode, le piccole meglio per 1 persona, le 2 molto grandi anche per 3 persone . Bravissima per la colazione Fatima che prepara buoni manicaretti. Ottimo, da consigliare .

I didn’t want to leave Suzanna’s place! This is the only way to visit Fez — staying in an authentic riad. The beauty really can’t be quantified in photos or in a review. It was perfect. A couple of points: 1) Another review mentioned stairs being steep but I did not find this to be true. There are stairs, like in any riad, but they weren’t as numerous or as steep as most other places in Morocco, in my opinion. 2) This is not “hotel perfect” — and you wouldn’t want it to be. The home breathes history… things like worn tiles are the quirks that convey its long rich life. It is a privilege to stay in a place like this. 3) If offered, get the breakfast! It was really nice to have that. I’d stay a thousand more times. Don’t hesitate!

Apartment was really spacious and well kept. Everything you need was there and everything was really clean. The building is new and in a good neighborhood. Communication with Imane was easy and proactive. She helped us finding the way to the apartment and was really flexible. Would definitely recommend.

As a solo traveller, it's perfectly fine for me. It's clean generally, with a comfortable bed and enough blankets (could get quite chilly in sleep hours). Bathroom is quite small but I'm okay with it (could be a problem for tall guys though). Sebastian is also a very friendly and responsive host, with clear instructions he made check-in easy. I found the value impeccable for its price.

All excellent, maybe a bottle of water would have been good but if that is the only complain one should be very happy with the accommodation

This place is clean, spacious, well equipped, comfortable, quiet, well located. Ahmed is very friendly, helpful and responsive. I can highly recommend it, except for one minor inconvenience, namely WiFi (weak).
