Fes-Boulemane : locations de vacances dans des riads

nous avons passé un très beau séjour .les commentaires précédents sont justifiés.Mes petites filles évoquait un palais cathédral vu la hauteur des plafonds! l'accueil de Youssef est précieux. tout était parfait. Juste un point d'attention: comme dans d'autres riads, les escaliers ne sont pas adaptés aux personnes à mobilité réduite, les marches ne sont pas régulières. Mais une chambre est disponible au rez de chaussé.

Hicham was a great host and very helpful. he set up tours, answered many questions, and helped with taxi rides. the house is a great location. the only downside is there was a small smell in the house, but we were out exploring all day so it wasn't a big problem

We had an amazing stay at Karim’s Riad. He was very helpful and flexible during check in. We did both dinner and breakfast at the Riad and it was amazing, definitely worth a try. We booked the walking tour though the Medina and it was really nice and a good experience to learn the local history. We would definitely recommend Karim’s Riad!

Stunning Riad with gardens that not only look beautiful but sound and smell beautiful. A great location offering a spot of tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of he city. It was lovely to met Samae who cooked us an absolutely delicious meal, kindly catering for a vegan and children as well. Fully recommend.

The house is just perfect: location is ideal, (in the center of the medina, but quiet nevertheless), super clean and beautiful! Breakfast was top. Zarha is super friendly. She even gave us a birthday cake at breakfast as a surprise for our son who turned 17. I recommend 100%!!

El Dar de Mohamed es un verdadero palacio una experiencia maravillosa. Todo impecable y limpio lo disfrutamos mucho. gracias por todo y bendiciones

De host, Imane, is fantastisch. Ze spreekt vloeiend Engels. We kregen iedere ochtend een zalig en steeds gevarieerd ontbijt. Ze is heel open en toegankelijk. Het huis is prachtig en liefdevol gerestaureerd. En van alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijke douche en heerlijke bedden. Het dakterras biedt een schitterend uitzicht over Fez. Fijne plek om tot rust te komen in deze hectische stad. Ook de buitendouche is een leuk detail als het erg warm is. Het huis zit vol met smalle trappen, dus is niet geschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn.

Le logement correspond aux photos et est placé en plein cœur de la Medina. Je remercie Zakaria qui nous a très bien accueilli. Il est de très bons conseils et n hésite pas à nous dépanner si on est perdu ou si on a besoin de quelque chose. Je recommande très vivement de prendre les petits déjeuners ainsi que les repas qui sont faits sur place par Zineb. Les repas sont excellents et très très copieux. Nous étions 5 et sommes très heureux de notre séjour

We had an amazing 2 night stay here and wish it had been longer. A stunning building which exceeded expectations. Rachid was so helpful and friendly and I would recommend the breakfast and dinner options at least once during the stay. It is in the heart of the old medina which is a bit of a maze but Rachid was very helpful with directions and instructions. If we go back to Fes we wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

Un excellent Riad et d’excellents hôtes !! L’accueil a été chaleureux et très professionnel, ils sont aux petits soins pour chacune de vos demandes. Leurs recommandations sont excellentes et le lieu est magique, calme et paisible. Nous y sommes allés pendant l’hiver mais les chambres sont bien chauffées, les infrastructures sont neuves et de qualités (hammam, jacuzzi…). La terrasse donne une vue sur toute la médina et est très bien arborée (jasmin, oliviers…) Nous ne voulions plus partir Merci encore Abdelali, Omar et toute l’équipe !! À très vite inchallah !

Ein Traum! Das Riad ist ruhig gelegen und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eigerichtet! Die Schlafzimmer erstrecken sich über drei Etagen, tolles Licht im Haus! Ganz oben: Dachterasse mit phantastischem Blick über Fès. Was man wissen sollte: es ist ein altes Haus, natürlich müffelt es etwas. Die Heizmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend, es bleibt aber kühl im Haus. Das Treppenhaus ist schmal, man sollte mobil sein. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, das Frühstück war typisch Marokkanisch und sehr sehr lecker! Die Kommunikation mit Zackarias war hervorragend, vor Ort trafen wir Yasin: super Typ! Wir haben jede Sekunde genossen!

Our stay was great!! The place looked exactly like the photos and Akram was extremely hospitable and responsive to us! The place was beautiful and provided us with an authentic Moroccan home experience plus more. Akram also provided us with a home-made breakfast the next morning which was absolutely delicious! Definitely stay here and I see why it was listed as a rare find! 10/10

We were speechless when the doors swung open, and we saw our palatial accommodations. Dounia's mother welcomed us into suite with its intricate carvings, the high roof suffused with oxygen, the lanterns, the patterned couches and the opulent bedroom. The bedding is lovely, the small terrace charming for breakfast or aperitif that gives onto the patio. It feels very grand, and you feel a lucky part of history, even if a tourist! Fes requires a fair amount of walking, starting with negotiating the driveway up towards the edge of the labyrinth of the medina. The kitchen is adequate, useful if understocked; there was a heater in the room for chilly nights and some rain. Upper stories of the building are being restored. Dounia + mother were responsive for ordering taxis, knowing local customs, personalizing the culture. A beautiful stay.

My stay at Fatima Zahra’s Airbnb in Fes was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, she welcomed me with such warmth and genuine hospitality that I immediately felt at home. The space itself was beautifully maintained—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged with authentic Moroccan touches that made the experience even more special. What truly sets this stay apart, though, is Fatima Zahra herself. She went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, offering helpful tips about the city, recommending hidden gems, and always being available if I needed anything. Her kindness, generosity, and attention to detail made my time in Fes unforgettable. If you’re looking for a truly authentic and heartwarming experience in Fes, I can’t recommend her place enough. Ich wollte zum Ende meiner Reise durch Marokko noch etwas Lokalkolorit und Hausmannskost genießen - und zu diesem Zweck war die Unterkunft ideal. Die Lage ist herrlich labyrinthisch (es geht sieben Mal ums Eck, die Gasse wird immer enger...). Gut, dass der Gast bei der Anreise am Bab Boujeloud, dem blauen Tor, abgeholt wird. Zineb selbst lebt in den USA und organisiert Dinge wie Touren und Transfers (zum Beispiel zum Flughafen) zuverlässig "aus der Ferne"; man wohnt bei der supernetten vierköpfigen Familie ihres Bruders. Frühstück und das Abendessen, das ich während meines Aufenthalts dazugebucht hatte, werden auf die Minute pünktlich auf der Dachterrasse serviert und sind sehr lecker. Wenn ich Arabisch oder Französisch sprechen würde, hätte ich mich liebend gern häufiger in den Innenhof gesetzt, um mit der Familie zu plaudern.

Hôte extrêmement accueillant. Le Riad est magnifique, avec une piscine fraîche extrêmement appréciable quand il fait 45°C, paisible, un solarium avec vu sur la Médina (très proche). Les petits déjeuners peuvent être pris à n'importe quelle heure de la matinée et ils sont très copieux. Un vrai cadeau ! Le tout au meilleur prix. Points qui pourraient être améliorés : confort de la literie et sèche cheveux, vraiment secondaires compte tenu de tous les points positifs du riad ! Encore merci.

Ce logement permet de voyager a travers la culture marocaine, le lieu, le personnel et la décoration sont parfaite. Nous recommandons ce lieu pour les couples, famille et amis !

Our stay at Rachid’s place was great. The entire staff were very nice, helpful, and easy to talk to. Everything smelled good and the building was clean, with the rooms in neat order. The breakfast provided was tasty and left us full in to the afternoon. And finally, both inside the building and outside was always very quiet with the bed being really comfortable! I’d highly recommend staying here if choosing to stay in the Medina.

Beautiful Riad! Just outside of Fes. Amine arranged a driver for us to take us into Fes Medina late at night without any problem. Had the most amazing tour of the Medina. Our stay was perfect. Big room with entrance to the swimming pool. Definitely recommend to book this AirBnB.

We enjoyed it a lot in this beautiful Riad. Really really friendly team, beautiful rooms and in the middle of the old town!
