Die Unterkunft war eins unser Highlights im dreiwöchigen Marokkourlaub, absolut zu empfehlen-ein Juwel in der geschichtsträchtigen Medina von Fès. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll, mit dem Blick fürs Detail eingerichtet und hat alles, was man braucht: Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, fast wie Zuhause. Sie liegt mitten in der Altstadt von Fès, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen und es hat Spaß gemacht, sich in den Gassen zu verlieren und immer etwas Spannendes zu entdecken. Sie liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe von tollen Restaurant, und es ist trotzdem ruhig. Wir konnten uns jederzeit an Khadoudja, John und Amine wenden. Sie haben super schnell Tipps gegeben. Vielen Dank für den fabelhaften Aufenthalt-nicht zu verpassen, wenn ihr nach Fès reist.

Apartamento muy bien situado,tranquilo y acogedor. Cerca de parada de taxis y a 10 minutos de la medina. Hay cafeterías y restaurantes en la zona. La acogida y comunicación con los anfitriones ha sido perfecta.

Asmae was so nice and responsive. She helped us check-in super late at night and made sure we had everything. The place is very close to the train station and walkable to many cafes. The place was spacious and comfortable. I would recommend staying here to anyone!!

We were speechless when the doors swung open, and we saw our palatial accommodations. Dounia's mother welcomed us into suite with its intricate carvings, the high roof suffused with oxygen, the lanterns, the patterned couches and the opulent bedroom. The bedding is lovely, the small terrace charming for breakfast or aperitif that gives onto the patio. It feels very grand, and you feel a lucky part of history, even if a tourist! Fes requires a fair amount of walking, starting with negotiating the driveway up towards the edge of the labyrinth of the medina. The kitchen is adequate, useful if understocked; there was a heater in the room for chilly nights and some rain. Upper stories of the building are being restored. Dounia + mother were responsive for ordering taxis, knowing local customs, personalizing the culture. A beautiful stay.

Äusserst grosse und schön eingerichtete Wohnung. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Netter Kontakt mit Amine und Ansprechpersonen vor Ort. Parkplatz direkt vor Hauseingang. Für Gruppen und Familien sehr empfehlenswert.

Un excellent Riad et d’excellents hôtes !! L’accueil a été chaleureux et très professionnel, ils sont aux petits soins pour chacune de vos demandes. Leurs recommandations sont excellentes et le lieu est magique, calme et paisible. Nous y sommes allés pendant l’hiver mais les chambres sont bien chauffées, les infrastructures sont neuves et de qualités (hammam, jacuzzi…). La terrasse donne une vue sur toute la médina et est très bien arborée (jasmin, oliviers…) Nous ne voulions plus partir Merci encore Abdelali, Omar et toute l’équipe !! À très vite inchallah !

Ein Traum! Das Riad ist ruhig gelegen und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eigerichtet! Die Schlafzimmer erstrecken sich über drei Etagen, tolles Licht im Haus! Ganz oben: Dachterasse mit phantastischem Blick über Fès. Was man wissen sollte: es ist ein altes Haus, natürlich müffelt es etwas. Die Heizmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend, es bleibt aber kühl im Haus. Das Treppenhaus ist schmal, man sollte mobil sein. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, das Frühstück war typisch Marokkanisch und sehr sehr lecker! Die Kommunikation mit Zackarias war hervorragend, vor Ort trafen wir Yasin: super Typ! Wir haben jede Sekunde genossen!

Siamo state in 10 amiche nel Riad . Tutto è andato benissimo, tranquillo, camere comode, le piccole meglio per 1 persona, le 2 molto grandi anche per 3 persone . Bravissima per la colazione Fatima che prepara buoni manicaretti. Ottimo, da consigliare .

Thank you Samira for a great stay and making us feel so welcomed. It was amazing to stay in such a beautiful, historic house in such a convenient location in the Medina. The rooftop is especially nice (even in the rain we had on our visit). We really enjoyed exploring the souks and local restaurants. Was a brilliant place for us as a family with young kids.

Apartment was really spacious and well kept. Everything you need was there and everything was really clean. The building is new and in a good neighborhood. Communication with Imane was easy and proactive. She helped us finding the way to the apartment and was really flexible. Would definitely recommend.

As a solo traveller, it's perfectly fine for me. It's clean generally, with a comfortable bed and enough blankets (could get quite chilly in sleep hours). Bathroom is quite small but I'm okay with it (could be a problem for tall guys though). Sebastian is also a very friendly and responsive host, with clear instructions he made check-in easy. I found the value impeccable for its price.

Appartement moderne très propre et très bien équipé. De nombreux commerces et restaurants/cafés à proximité. La place de parking pour la voiture est vraiment un plus et la présence des gardiens ainsi que des digicodes est très rassurant.

All excellent, maybe a bottle of water would have been good but if that is the only complain one should be very happy with the accommodation

Adorable welcoming by Mr. Badr's representative (Mrs. Loubna) to a very clean and charming apartment. ● Smooth & flexible check IN/Out to the apartment ● The host is very responsive and helpful who is experienced in customer service, he was taking care of very small things to assure our comfort. ● The neighborhood is safe and surrounded by a lot of shops, cafes and restaurants, same is 5 min far from Carrefour supermarket. ● I highly recommend Mr. Badr's place and will definitely come back again

Un séjour parfait à Prestigia Fès ! L’appartement est tout simplement magnifique : décoré avec goût, parfaitement propre et très bien équipé. Chaque détail est soigné, on s’y sent immédiatement comme chez soi. L’emplacement est idéal, au calme tout en étant proche de tout. Ouadie est un hôte exceptionnel, disponible, chaleureux et très professionnel. Merci pour cette belle expérience, c’est certain, nous reviendrons.
