Youssef est très réactif et nous a fourni de bons conseils. Le salon est impressionnant typique du Maroc avec pleins de banquettes et coussins. Petite terrasse au calme pour le café du matin. Je recommande vivement.

Excellent host, very flexible and accommodating. My sister wasn’t feeling well, Dounia’s mother made her delicious Harira soup which helped with her symptoms. Will return when I visit Morocco next.

Nice appartement good location easy the fond Driss and he's wife was helpful . But all the bedding haven't been changed before our arrival so we had the change them all and the drain of the sink in the kitchen was blocked The last night and on the morning when we leaving the lift doesn't work so we had the walk on the stairs the baby and our baggage

Attentive host, best location in Fes across road from medina gate & Royal Palace on corner, 10mins to main old medina & 10mins other way to modern shopping mall & carrefour supermarket & continue walking further to new town. Had small maintenance issue that host rectified the next day. comfy bed & lounges, small kitchen, no microwave as advertised. Everything you need for a private space close but away from hustle & bustle.

Excellent very spacious apartment with all necessary amenities. It looks like in the pictures. The host is friendly and very helpful. The neighbourhood is quiet with a supermarket within a walking distance. Everything was fine and I really enjoyed my stay.

Appartement en tout point conforme a la description, l'oncle de Kamal qui nous a accueilli a été très sympathique et réactif , il nous a même permis de récupérer nos bagages plus tard dans la location alors que le checkout était fait. je recommande vivement cette location.

Nous mettons 5 étoiles pour la communication /les conseils/recommandations pour les visites même si nous n’avons pu voyager a cause de problème de dernière minute. Merci a Aicha d’avoir fait preuve de compréhension suite a ce désagrément. Nous comptons revenir des que possible 😉

Ryad magnifiquement rénové avec de très belles suites et une vue époustouflante sur la médina. Quel plaisir de prendre le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse ! Hôte très accueillant avec des bons plans et des contacts locaux. Ryad très bien situé pour découvrir la médina merci à Youssef

If you’re not Moroccan, or have not spent much time in the country, be ready for a unique experience. It’s as riad as it gets with all its quirkiness - but all to yourself. It was an authentic experience for the two of us in our party. If getting lost in the alleys of fez intimidates you, this may not be the place for you. Jawad, the caretaker, is exceptionally attentive and helpful. Always ready not just with recommendations but also to walk you out if you need directions. Kitchen has all the appliances, wifi is surprisingly strong, hot water is aplenty. Bathroom situation is unique. The one full western-style bathroom is four flights up so beware of that. (There is a squatty potty on the ground level.) The rooftop terrace has nice open views.

Our stay at Lidia’s was phenomenal, Lidia was prompt in her response and very accommodating! the home is simply breathtaking … it is like stepping into an art gallery, so many beautiful things to explore just in the property. The staff that works at the property were great and the breakfast was delicious. They even assisted us in finding a great tour guide that took us around Fes and showed us everything it has to offer. Highly recommend a stay here, it will definitely be an experience to remember!

Before we even arrived at our Riad, Mohammad was in touch with us, arranging a driver for our pickup. His sister then guided us to our Airbnb, and from the very start, everyone was incredibly welcoming. Mohammad also organized a guided tour for us, making our day perfectly planned. Nabila’s cooking was exceptional—out of our entire stay in Morocco, we couldn’t find food as delicious as hers. The Riad itself was absolutely beautiful. If I ever visit Morocco again, I would definitely choose to stay at their place!

Notre séjour chez Nicole reste inoubliable. Zakaria a été plus que parfait avec nous. Il était toujours présent et réactif pour nous aider ou nous conseiller. Le rapport qualité prix est parfait vu la taille de la maison et les services mis à disposition. L’emplacement est aussi extraordinaire. Bref nous recommandons !

Only to stay in this riad it is worth it to visit Morocco. It's the most gorgeous little palace with many floors, various bedrooms and living spaces and an enchanting garden with lemon trees and a small pool. The decoration is very tasteful and authentic with many original items combined with modern art. I've been in homes like this in my childhood, in my royal family grandparent's and their siblings houses in Iran, and this riad brought me back in time to those magical spheres. The 2 of us actually only used the bedroom, the bathroom and the terrace but it would be lovely to visit with family or friends and use all the gorgeous spaces of the house. I could also imagine this place as the perfect spot for staying longer and writing a book or working on a project. The breakfast and home cooked food by Khadija are better than in most top restaurants in all Morocco so it's actually a luxury to have a private restaurant at the casa. Khadija and her husband are very gentle and lovely hosts.

Lubna was an amazing host who put a great deal of care into both the place and her guests' comfort. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very quiet. It truly felt like a home away from home. If you ever need accommodation in Fes and find her place available, don't hesitate to book it. You won't be disappointed.
