Appartamento molto spazioso e ben curato nei dettagli. Ci siamo sentite a casa. Gli host avevano lasciato anche alcune cose per la colazione (tra cui latte, marmellatine, crostatine ecc..) e per la pulizia. Non abbiamo dovuto pensare a far spesa perché c’era già lo stretto necessario (come il caffè per la mattina, il sapone per le mani ecc..). Nel bagno erano riposti anche kit per igiene personale molto apprezzati. Fabio e Monica sono stati molto disponibili, reattivi nelle risposte e cordiali. Una esperienza molto positiva!

Wonderful agriturismo in Italy! Great for day trips to Montepulciano, Assisi, and Lake Trasimeno. Beautiful surroundings and nice swimming pool. Great for a family!

The pictures actually don’t do justice to this beautiful property. We had two weeks here, as two families and we had absolutely everything we needed for a restful happy holiday. The views are out of this world. The peace is incredible. The farmhouse has a gracious rustic charm and the pool is so inviting. Pier kept in touch with us so well and is very responsive -if you get a chance tour the winery and eat at the restaurant it’s fantastic. Its located down a long bumpy track so go slowly but its worth the travel!!! 5 stars in every way!!!

Location splendida, sia architettonicamente, che per collocazione. Dalla meravigliosa terrazza si gode un panorama incantevole e rilassante. Il giardino e tutto ciò che circonda l'immobile è perfettamente curato e gradevolissimo. Eugenia è un host perfetto, sempre presente, ma discreto. Se amate la natura questa è una "base" perfetta.

A casa della signora Maria Francesca ci siamo trovati benissimo ci ha accolto il figlio persona veramente gentilissima.. Casa pulita e ordinata con tutto il necessario a nostra disposizione per non parlare del meraviglioso terrazzo dove abbiamo fatto una meravigliosa collazione immersi dalla natura respirando un’aria molto gradevole ritorneremo sicuramente ☺️🫶🏽 Grazie signora Maria Francesca 🫶🏽

We had a lovely and comfortable stay. Beautiful apartment surrounded by spectacular scenery. Photos for this listing doesn’t do justice to this hidden gem. Warm and hospitable hosts…one of the best we had! Deserve 6 stars! Can’t ask for more. We will definitely be back. A MUST stay in Umbria!

This is a wonderful cottage. It is SO beautiful. One of the things that I liked most about it was how quiet and peaceful it was. I particularly noticed this one morning when my wife and I were having breakfast, looking across the picturesque view of the valley and landscape. As we watched a flock of birds pass by, probably 1000 yards away, we heard a soft slapping sound. We realized that we were hearing the birds flap their wings. From partway across the valley. At night, you could hear the leaves fall. It is amazing how at peace and calm you feel when there is no background noise. It was magical. The house was beautiful too. It looks exactly like the pictures. I hope we get to return someday. The one downside is that this rental is far from restaurants. If you want to go out to eat in the evenings, there are two pizza places in Guardea (about 10 minutes away) and one restaurant near the train station in Alvianio (about 20 min away). That's it. Other dining options are 30+ min away.

Staying at Villa Santa Caterina was such a wonderful experience. Marie has a beautiful home with absolutely breathtaking views. Adrienne, the Villa on site host was amazing. She was on top of everything and quick to respond to any of our needs. I was able to enjoy a wonderful massage at the Villa. Adrienne scheduled our “home cooked meal” by locals Sylvia and Frederick that was amazing. The location of the Villa was perfect for the towns we visited, Siena, Assisi, Cortona, Pisa, Livorno, Lake Trasemino and Florence. We look forward to going back.
