Ficarazzelli-Bagni Italia : locations de vacances

Abbiamo alloggiato in sei nello splendido appartamento di Paola, che ha superato le nostre aspettative. Tutto pulitissimo e profumato, curato nei minimi dettagli e fornito di tutto ciò che è necessario in una casa. Inoltre, abbiamo usufruito del noleggio auto Appa rental car (suggerito dalla host) proprio di fronte l'appartamento ed è stata un'esperienza molto positiva, anche grazie alla signora Giovanna, gentile e disponibile. Quando abbiamo avuto piccoli intoppi, la signora Paola è stata subito a disposizione e d'aiuto, risolvendo prontamente. È stato facile comunicare grazie alla sua gentilezza. Ci ritorneremmo senza dubbio, consigliatissimo.

La casa estaba impecable y y tenía todos los servicios. La cocina estaba muy bien equipada. Las habitaciones tenían camas muy cómodas y aire acondicionado. Gabriele nos mostró la casa a nuestra llegada, estuvo mucho tiempo explicando todo, y siempre estuvo disponible. Lo único a tener en cuenta en esta casa es que el acceso es por una calle muy estrecha. Los coches pequeños pasan bien. Los coches anchos como el que me dieron a mi en el rent-a-car (un coche marca dr, que por cierto no recomiendo a nadie), pasan también aunque hay que tener cuidado. Por lo demás, la casa perfecta y Gabriele un anfitrión estupendo

We stayed as a group of 9 during the winter months. The Villa was beautiful, and overlooked the ocean (from a distance). It was peaceful and serene. Paolo kindly offered us access to his orange and lemon trees, which were amazing! He was a helpful host, helping order us pizza our first night when everything seemed closed. The large dining table and kitchen at the back of the house was perfect for family dinners. We used the outdoor BBQ (propane) and the indoor stove/top range - all worked well. We also used the fire pit and Paolo was kind enough to give us some firewood. The house is about ~20 minutes from Palermo by car, which you definitely need in order to stay here. If you don't feel like cooking, try Bragone restaurant (15 mins). Incredible pizza/pasta in the countryside. We stayed during a cold spell, so while there were lots of heat and heaters available, we were chilly at times because we had to balance the electric load just right to keep things running smoothly.

Wir waren im Juli 2024 in Mondello und hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub. Die Strände und das türkisblaue Meer waren atemberaubend schön. Die Ferienwohnung unserer Gastgeberin Gabriella war genauso schön wie auf den Bildern, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Terrasse spendet tagsüber Schatten und lädt abends zu einem Glas Wein ein – einfach wunderschön. Gabriella ist eine herzliche und liebevolle Gastgeberin, die immer telefonisch erreichbar ist. Ein besonderes Erlebnis war, als uns mitten in der Nacht die Haustür zugefallen ist und der Schlüssel von innen steckte. Wir riefen Gabriella an, und ihr Ehemann kam sofort, um uns zu helfen. Dafür sind wir sehr dankbar. Auch bei Fragen und mit nützlichen Tipps war Gabriella immer zur Stelle. Wir haben uns bei ihr sehr wohl gefühlt – besser geht es nicht. Roberto's villa is breathtakingly beautiful! We stayed as a family of all ages from kids to grandparents and everything was wonderfully thought out. Roberto was there to welcome us and his generosity was unsurpassed from helping with our first shop to local restaurant recommendations, we cannot thank you enough for making it such a wonderful trip! The pool was spotless and the layout great for a big group! The photos do not do this place justice. Would have loved to use the pizza oven, next time for sure...we cannot wait to return xx

We had a nice and relaxing time in the apartment: everything was as described. We and our children felt completely comfortable. Especially because of the quiet location! The apartment is bigger than it looks in the photos. Great location, close to the train and the beach, in the area there are shops and restaurants. Enzo turned out to be a very nice and helpful host, always in touch with us. Thank you very much for a very nice holiday in beautiful Sicily. See you in the future!

We had the best time here - Maurilio was so accommodating + friendly. He gave us great recommendations. About a 20minute walk to mondello beach, and about 20minutes in a taxi to Palermo centre - really easy to navigate. Villa was gorgeous - outdoor area was amazing with big pool, outdoor kitchen + dining area. Comfy beds, great shower! would recommend the villa to anyone. Thank you so much Maurilio!!

Mary ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, unterstützt von Patrizia und Antonina, die sich mit einer unbeschreiblichen Herzlichkeit um die Gäste kümmern. Vor dem Aufenthalt bekommt man ausführliche Informationen zum Haus, den technischen Geräten und vor allem auch sehr gute zu Aktivitäten. Klasse! Wir waren im Dezember da und hatten großes Pech mit dem Wetter. Der große, sehr gut ausgestattete Fitnessraum mit Kletterwand, Fitnessgeräten und Sauna hat uns über die Regentage hinweg getröstet. Hier gibt es auch einen großen Wäschetrockner. Nur der Kinobereich ist im Winter zu kalt, weil der Fitnessraum nicht wirklich beheizbar ist. Die beiden, nicht miteinander verbundenenWohnungen sind liebevoll und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Die Betten haben gute Matratzen und es gibt in jeder Wohnung eine Waschmaschine. Von der oberen wie unteren Wohnung hat man einen herrlichen Panoramablick. Tipp: Trinkwasser kann man bei einem Wasserspender in Ciminna abfüllen.
