TEN STARS for Gina's place!! I'm familiar with the Kirkland area and can say this is a perfect spot. It's also a great AirBnB. The unit is stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Things are where you expect to find them, and the place is spotless. The separate office area is exactly what you need to set up a workstation away from the living areas, and the neighborhood is very quiet. Parking is easy and convenient, especially for the area. I can't say enough great things about this place and highly recommend booking.

Had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean, exactly as pictured, and in a great location—close to stores and everything we needed. Communication was excellent, and the hosts were very responsive and thoughtful, providing clear instructions for everything. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

A very comfortable and pleasant stay at Jeremy and Rachael's apartment. For me, the location was ideal as I was visiting family in the area. (I previously lived in Seattle for years so was not sightseeing.) The apartment was exactly as shown and described and was stocked with thoughtful amenities and was warm and cozy. Very nice linens and loads of pillows. Wifi was excellent with no problems. Luke, the co-host, was extremely responsive, friendly and caring in ensuring everything was well. He really elevated the experience and I felt I was in safe hands. One guest mentioned the busy street but I live in a big city so it was not distracting to me and was quiet at night. Street parking could be challenging to find right near the apartment but that's typical in Seattle. Overall, a great stay and many thanks to the team.

We had an amazing stay at Alex’s place. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed to feel comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made it easy to prepare meals, and the cozy living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. Our visit was due to medical appointments/business trip and the location was ideal—close to my work office, UW Hospital and great restaurants. Alex was an incredible host, always quick to respond to our questions. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend Alex’s place to anyone visiting Seattle!

We loved our stay here, the apartment was spacious and clean, and everything we needed was easy to find. Amy was very accommodating and communicative. Would love to stay here again.

Dog friendly is an understatement. You can tell Rene is a fan of dogs. She had many amenities for the pooches, from towels, wipes, dog treats galore, down to having water and food bowls too. The home is located in a very quiet neighborhood where we were able to let the dogs out to play and go potty without any concerns. This is a peaceful home away from home. We spent lots of time relaxing and resting -- this place was exactly what we needed. We like to utilize the kitchen and cook while we are on getaways. Most kitchens have the bare bone minimal kitchen utensils and cookware. We had everything we needed, to include an abundance of different spices. And for those who are Pampered Chef lovers, she even has a few PC items. The bathrooms/bedrooms have plenty of supplies to include full-size shower needs. Tons of bedding and linens too. I love that, as lots of places give you only a couple of towels and such for your stay. It was nice not to rashon the linens. 2 thumbs up!

We had an excellent stay here. This place is perfect for two couples or two friends. Excellent hosts and perfect location. Near a park with great views and a short walk to Kirkland village with plenty of restaurants, shops, and activities. Highly recommend staying here.

Great communication. Very clean! Comfortable and quiet-even with a little road noise. I used the fan as white noise, but there were also earplugs provided. Thoughtful touch! We would stay again and recommend it.

5 middle-aged mom friends and I spent 3 delightful nights at the Dyer house. Here are highlights (and things I look for in reviews): *all beds were comfortable--everyone one of us slept really well *incredibly stocked kitchen--you know how you go to a house that "sleeps 6" and there are only 6 cups/bowls/spoons/plates/etc? Not here! We could cook and do dishes once a day and still have plenty in the cupboards! There was even a Crock-Pot and instant pot! *so much space for gathering and talking. The kitchen is huge and a breakfast nook like they have is on my dream house list. We never even used the giant downstairs space, the upstairs was plenty big. *squeaky clean--it's an older house but so well maintained. There are all sorts of charming nooks and crannies, it's quite delightful *Five minute walk from the harbor (which connects into miles of walkways) and the cute downtown area. This is the kind of house that I could raise a family in--so comfortable and unique. We'll be back!!

Really enjoyed my stay - nice value for a cozy, clean, well equipped, quiet Kenmore retreat. I’ve stayed in a few Airbnbs in the neighborhood, and Hui’s is the best. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful home and area. The space was so clean and everything was provided, from kitchen supplies to games for the family. There was a lot of parking space. Beautiful decorations to make the place like a home away from home.

This property is in the middle of BirchBay. Very close to the main restaurants and night life, with the beach and walk path right across the street from the townhouse.

Kristy’s place was perfect for a home base while skiing during the day. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to be comfortable! I would book here again in the future.

Such a great location and a perfect getaway place.

Great place to stay in Birch Bay! Dan and Sherri were great hosts, the condo was very comfortable and had a nice view of the bay. Very responsive and answered all our questions promptly and clearly. Would stay here again!

This place was super cute and comfortable. Annette’s place was very clean. This adorable spot was a 10 minute walk to all the shops and food and a 17 minute drive to Roche Harbor! Loved our weekend getaway! Stay here y’all! It’s worth it! Thanks Annette! 🙏😀

Really enjoyed our stay in Friday Harbor. The Spring Street apt was really lovely and very clean. Beds were comfortable. We didn't cook any meals, but the kitchen seemed well stocked. The location was good. A little outside the downtown area, in nicer weather we maybe would have walked (it is about a mile). I have seen some reviews that mention the airport noise, and this was hardly noticeable to us. Maybe it is busier in the summer, but there was not a lot of activity and I am guessing it isn't active at night.

Stayed here a few years back and it was just as nice now as it was then. Host responded quickly with any questions, easy access to Unit and parking. All appliances worked, fully outfitted kitchen, didnt get a chance to visit the pool for it was during near record cold. Quiet and secluded, Unit is in rear of building complex, no neighbor noise. Would recommend and will book again on next visit.
