Not a lot of new building options for this area and none for this price and location. In the heart of St Andrews. Quick walk to virtually everything. Designated parking a big plus, even the most expensive hotel in the area doesn’t have parking!

This is a well-appointed, modern apartment. It was a very short walk to cafes, restaurants and shops. I can highly recommend this property.

Fantastic, comfortable apartment with the best location and view in town.

Our hostess was Amanda, and she had asked if we were to be there for a special event. I said it was our 60th wedding anniversary. We were met with a splendid bouquet of flowers, and a bottle of wine. Quite unexpected, but very much appreciated. The situation is perfect, so is the flat. We visited the theatre and the cinema. The indie cinema is really good, comfy and spotless, with a lovely cafe etc. The theatre is a lovely place too, again with a friendly cafe and bar.

We had a lovely stay at Caroline’s place! It was super clean, cozy, quiet, with every amenity we could ask for!! The location is perfect for exploring Perth and surrounding area and we definitely highly recommend it!!! We absolutely plan to return! Thanks so much Caroline!!

Enjoyed a great short stay at Harbour’s Edge. The apartment was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed as a family of 4. We loved the central location and the view out the front was spectacular. Would highly recommend a visit.

Great place to stay - Spacious, clean, with all the amenities we needed. Very easy walk to the railway station (trains direct to Edinburgh) and maybe 5 minutes longer into the centre of Edinburgh. Would stay again.

This lovely and cozy apartment is ideally located on High Street within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, bakeries, and bars. The apartment is quite spacious and is the kind of place you can actually live in, not just stay for a couple of days. It is light and bright and thoughtfully laid out. The bed is very comfortable with nice linens and there is an extra bonus of a full bathroom with a tub and a shower in another "dressing" room. The living room is not furnished exactly as shown with the striped couches; instead there is a wrap-around couch, which is better, and an armchair, a great setup to snuggle in and watch Netflix on a cold and windy day (which there were many in December!) The kitchen is quite nice but there are a few missing items e.g. no wine glasses and only 2 bowls, but I still hosted a small dinner party for my friends. Overall, a great place and I recommend it highly!

Caroline’s place was incredible. We had such a wonderful family Christmas and the area is wonderful. The view from her apartment is incredible. We would any any time go back again.

Fabulous apartment - everything finished to such high spec and everything has been thought of. Extremely clean and pristine and very well equipped. We all loved the spa facilities and very comfortable beds. Very centrally located, walking distance to Perth centre and some nice restaurants. Lawrence was a fantastic, responsive and accommodating host. We would definitely come back. Thanks for a brilliant stay :-)

Great apartment. It's located a short 5 min walk to the main town, and only a 8 min walk to the Old Course. The apartment is very spacious, with high ceilings; light and bright. Each room can be made up as a double bed, or 2 single beds. There is even a pullout couch in the main living room if needed. Gary provided some tea, coffee, sugar, and a few other items in the pantry if you were going to cook. There is everything you'd need kitchen wise; plenty of plates, bowls, and utensils. I highly recommend this rental if you are headed to St. Andrews. I hope to be back to the area again, and I'll definitely be booking this apartment again.

Marie’s flat is a fantastic place to stay for a visit to Perth! Convenient and centrally located yet quiet with private parking it offers everything you need for a short stay, The standard of the flat is excellent and it is spotlessly clean. Thank you so very much Marie!

Hannah's place was perfectly located for spending time in Perth, right in the centre but also quiet. She was quick to respond to questions and her place was exactly what we needed whilst spending time in and around Perth. Parking was right outside so easy to unload the car too. All in all, if you're looking for a base to explore the area and yet still have access to all the restaurants within walking distance in the evening then this place is great.

Stunning apartment! Lots of space. Lovely extra touches like White Company toiletries and a bottle of Prosecco. Communication excellent. Fabulous location, would definitely go back.

Dawn's place was recently renovated and worked very well for our short stay. Conveniently situated on the outskirts of Perth we were able to easily visit local sights such as the Black Watch Museum and Perth Museum. Further afield, but still close enough for day trips are Edinburgh and the Cairngorms.

Loved my stay at this apartment. I felt right at home and there is everything you need in this pristine apartment. The host Jill is lovely and met me when I arrived to explain everything and give recommendations for the area. One of the best Air BnB’s I have stayed in and I will definitely be back. Great location for the beaches, town, local attractions and the railway station is right across the road . Didn’t want to leave ! Thanks Jill for hosting me at short notice.

An ideal location to explore St Andrews from. Check in was easy. The flat was cosy, clean and comfortable. Communication from Gary was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved our stay in this place. It’s in a great location and has everything you need for a stay. Don’t think the pictures do it justice. The extended kitchen was a stand out feature. Margaret was very helpful and provided clear information. There were a lot of helpful leaflets in the premises for things to do. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again in future

Fantastic apartment in the heart of North Berwick, ideal for golfing groups and families alike. Plenty of local shops, pubs and restaurants with easy parking. Well worth the stay!

A super spot to relax and enjoy the view! Very comfortable and handy for walks and eateries. Loved it!

What a fabulous place. It’s a really grand, wonderfully located property with lovely views and a great garden. Jill’s communication was first-rate and we really appreciated the really well-stocked kitchen. Highly recommended!
