We had an incredible stay! The location was absolutely amazing, with easy access to beaches, restaurants, and shopping-all just a short walk away. The property felt like staying in a hotel-it was incredibly comfortable and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The host was exceptionally helpful, responsive, and really sweet. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Cannes!

This is a beautifully appointed apartment for 4 people/2 couples. Lovingly designed with two excellent en-suites, a well-equipped kitchen , very relaxing living area and a lovely long terrace -which caught the sun the majority of the day - to luxuriate on. The coffee and croissants at Pain Paillasse opposite were an added bonus. Situated close to the old town and a short walk to the main square and restaurants ( can highly recommend both Astoux et Brun and Agnelli Zoa) bars and shopping. For some it might be a little noisy with all the french doors open but was no prob for us whatsoever. Loved Cannes; Loved this apartment. Will Return!

Our stay at this beautiful apartment in Cannes was absolutely perfect! We spent five nights here, and from the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The apartment was stylish, spacious, and impeccably clean, with stunning decor that made it feel both luxurious and cozy. The location was ideal—just a short walk to restaurants, and high-end shops. Waking up to the charming views from the room was a dream. Everything was thoughtfully provided, from the fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable beds that ensured a great night’s sleep. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a seamless stay. We truly loved every moment of our time here and wouldn’t hesitate to return. If you’re looking for a beautiful and relaxing place to stay in Cannes, this apartment is a gem! Highly recommend.

Pros Perfect location, the place is very clean and has all you may need. Cons Not much privacy the the shutters are open, if you are a solo traveler you will have difficulty finding a parking in order to get the garage remote from the apartment, having said that the duct that there is a garage is a great +

Maison très agréable, un peu dans son jus mais bien équipée et très agréable (chaise haute, lit parapluie, jeux de plage pour les enfants) Le domaine est très calme, super vacances !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, la maison est très confortable et très bien située. Nos hôtes ont été d'une grande réactivité concernant nos différentes questions. Nous le recommandons.

Having a garden and upstairs terrace looking out to sea is a huge plus to this house. The nearest swim point at 3 minutes also fabulous, beside Le Moure Rouge cafe. The bed linen is absolutely divine. We liked the fact it was 20 mins fast walking to Cannes centre, or a frequent bus service up to 9pm, along the lovely sea front. We used Uber to get home from town in the evenings. Pascale was very helpful, great check-in with her.

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour. Le logement et l'endroit correspondaient a nos attentes. Logement décoré avec goût , fonctionnel, terrasse très agreable en septembre. Petite plage bien fréquentée. Nous n'avons pas vu Laure mais la communi cation a été facile . Nous recommandons.

Wonderful apartment and hosts! Spent a month here with my wife and children. The apartment is spacious with loads of storage space and a fully equiped kitchen. Frank and Pascale provided all the baby equipment that we could possibly need, including toys for the girls. The whole apartment has a feel of quality about it which many apartments lack. We truly felt at home here. The house itself is situated in a lovely gated garden. It was perfectly safe for our little girl to wander around on her own and is ideal for kids’ bikes or scooters. Whilst staying here, I spent a week working. Wifi was great with comfortable desks. Mougins is a fantastic jumping off point, not as busy as Cannes and you can quickly get out of town. The 5 minute walk to the local bakery is a treat! We must also mention our brilliant hosts, Frank and Pascale. They were friendly, helpful, fantastic with the kids and genuinely interesting people that we enjoyed chatting too. They made the stay even more memorable. 

We and the whole family had a good time. The house was spacious, appropriate for small children. The swimming pool was great for the children. The surrounding area has many places for walks and views. The host was kind.

It was exactly what we thought. Great stay. Loved it. Will definitely use again. 5 star.

Great communication with Alan. The apartment is small but everything is thoughtfully designed and well executed. It has everything you need. There’s a great balcony with a view of the garden and the sea — I think that’s a big advantage in the summer. Very close to Saint-Tropez and the amusement park. Overall, excellent value for money. I definitely recommend it.

Un séjour incroyable ! Cet appartement a vraiment dépassé toutes les attentes. La vue depuis le logement est absolument incroyable , un véritable délice pour les yeux. L’appartement lui-même est lumineux, spacieux et décoré avec goût, créant une atmosphère apaisante et agréable tout au long du séjour. L’hôte a été exceptionnel : très réactif, toujours à l’écoute et disponible pour répondre à toutes les questions. De plus, elle a été flexible concernant heure d’arrivée, ce qui a grandement facilité pour organiser la venue au logement . Je recommandons vivement ce logement ! Bonsoir Flo, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement impeccable avec une vue mer à couper le souffle. Très calme à part les trains et les avions (On s'habitue avec le temps). Je recommande vivement cet appartement car je n'avais vraiment pas envie de repartir en Normandie. Un grand MERCI Flo pour cette semaine inoubliable. Nous pensons revenir ultérieurement. Der Aufenthalt in Claras Appartement hat uns sehr viel Freude bereitet. Die Anlage und die Lage der Wohnung waren für uns perfekt🌼. Der kleine Balkon von Claras Appartement ist ein Kleinod und wurde unser Lieblingsplatz. Die Ausstattung war für uns vollkommen ausreichend und alles vorhanden um einen entspannten Aufenthalt zu haben. Wir würden uns freuen, wenn wir zurückkommen dürfen😊.

Sehr sympathische und freundliche Begegnung mit Jean-Yves. Die Kommunikation schriftlich wie auch persönlich hat sehr gut funktioniert. Im Kühlschrank haben uns Köstlichkeiten erwartet, so dass wir für den ersten Morgen nichts kaufen mussten. Das Appartement ist modern und sehr schön eingerichtet, wir haben uns auf Anhieb sehr wohl gefühlt. Die grosse Terrasse bietet eine wunderschöne Sicht auf das Meer, einfach grandios! Der Strand, Restaurants und Bars sind vor Ort, das Auto braucht man nicht. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr leise, was bei der grossen Hitze ideal zum schlafen ist. Es gibt bequeme Betten und die Zimmer bieten eine gute Grösse. Dieses Appartement können wir bestens empfehlen. Danke für alles, Jean-Yves.

Frederic was very friendly and let us check in an hour early as it was pouring with rain ..the view from the balcony was exceptional .. A little tight room wise with 3 teenage daughters and all their luggage and make up!!! but apart from that we all loved it at Frederic’s and none of us wanted to go home..I would definately come back it was great value with all the amenities around you could need ..I liked being out of the centre of Cannes it was only a 30 min walk.. wonderful choice of beaches…open market everyday I could go on.. worth every penny..
