I’m tempted to write a bad review so more dates will be available when I’m ready to come back. This was our 2nd visit and it was great again. So much to do without leaving the house. Fishing, kayaking, volleyball, badminton, ping pong, foosball, fire pit, board games, etc. Great price too! The only problem this time was that the WiFi was a bit spotty, even after a couple resets. Probably for the best though! Looking forward to our next visit soon hopefully.

The place was great!! No issues. My son brought a friend with us, and the loft area was perfect for them. 2 teenage boys acting like they were kids again!! Definitely will be staying there again in the future. Thank you

An amazing place with an amazing view. Tim communicated from day 1 and was there if needed. Home had plenty of amenities that made you feel at home. Would recommend to anyone in the area looking for a great place to stay! Would definitely stay again if possible.

Dan’s home is lovely and clean. Well stocked with everything one would need. We enjoyed our stay very much! Great host, who was very responsive.

I can't say enough about Lisa's home! It had everything listed and more. The thoughtfulness in the little details made this the best experience we have had with an Airbnb. This home is beautiful and the amenities at the lake were perfect. Our family had a wonderful week and hope to do it again in the future.

We had a great stay at Bethany’s place. She was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The perfect peaceful location away from the city while still be a quick drive to all the area attractions. Would stay with Bethany again for future visits to the area.

We really enjoyed our stay. From kayaking to sipping coffee on the back porch, it was great. The beds were so comfy, and the kitchen was stocked with all the needs to make it easy to enjoy a cooked meal. We will return!

The cottage was very clean and in a great location. It is close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge while still being in a secluded location. The hosts were very quick and helpful with messages. We took them up on a few of their recommendations and were not disappointed! We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a Smoky Mountain getaway!

This is a great little house close to the lake for a getaway. The beach area was really quiet during our stay and is a short walk from the house. Just be warned, it is down a path with a section that is fairly steep, so may be difficult to carry all your lake gear to. The house was very clean and well stocked including a range of toys for multiple age groups which was a huge amenity. My only critique is the upstairs air conditioner (located in the master bedroom for the whole upstairs) did struggle a bit to keep up with it being hot and humid. The second bedroom was a little warm even with the box fan provided. Overall though, this was a great vacation getaway rental.

This home is in a gorgeous location right on the lake. There is opportunity to hang out outside or inside, depending upon weather. It was in the 30’s and rainy when we were there, the home was very cozy. It was too wet for the fire pit. The dock would be great for spring and summer hangouts. We fished by the lakeside on the last afternoon when the sun came out. Saw a couple of deer every evening and morning. Lots of restaurants, shopping, grocery nearby. The beds were comfy, linens clean, house was clean, heater worked. I would stay here again.

Gorgeous all around. We all agreed it was one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed at. Views from the house and access to the water and the outdoor dining area were splendid.

Unfortunately I was unable to make it due to a conflict with travel, however my sister, her husband and their daughter spent the weekend at the house and had a wonderful stay. They said the house was very nice, clean, in a wonderful location, on very beautiful property. Will absolutely book again when we’re headed to the area!

This is a great place. I think it is the 4th or 5th time we have stayed here. We will continue to do so for our bi-annual fishing trip. We never have any problems with the property.

This beautiful cabin was perfect for a large family! The view was incredible and the environment was welcoming and very clean! We especially loved the thoughtfulness of the s’mores kit for the kids! Russell was very prompt in responding and making sure we had all the details for our stay! The local grocery mart is about an hour away, so it was helpful he noted that in the description so we could stop and get all of our groceries before heading to the cabin. There were plenty of kitchen supplies, a clean hot tub, board games and a large dining table that the entire family could enjoy. The dock and kayaks were in great shape, great fun to fish! We look forward to visiting this home again. Highly recommend!!

This cabin is a true gem. The location is great as it feels quiet and woodsy but isn’t remote or hard to find. The cabin is well appointed, super clean, and comfortable for two couples even though we only used one of the bedrooms. The kitchen has everything you need and quite a few things you may have forgotten. I’d definitely recommend this cabin and being pet friendly is a plus. Our golden retriever thoroughly enjoyed it and the quick 5 min drive to Hemlock Falls.

Nicole is a great host! Everything was just as described and the sunsets at the lake were the best. Everything was well cleaned and we appreciated all of the amenities offered. She was very quick with her communication and even gave us some recommendations on where to hike!

We stayed here while in the area for Bronco Off-Roadeo, which was just on the other side of the mountain—this cabin was a much better value than the recommended lodging options! The cabin itself is fantastic. We brought our kids and my mom along, and there was plenty to keep everyone entertained—games and activities for rainy days, and lots to explore outside when the sun was out. A heads-up: it’s a bit of a drive to get back to stores or grocery spots, so it’s a good idea to stock up before heading up. Check-in was super easy, and while the 10 a.m. checkout felt a little early, we managed to head out on time. The internet worked well at around 20 Mbps down, which was great for streaming and handling any quick work needs. We honestly wish we had booked one more night. Thanks so much for sharing such an awesome place!

Roger is an exceptional host, he went above and beyond to assist us when there was an issue with our online booking. Cabin was very clean and had great views. Definitely plan on visiting again!!

This place is literally a treehouse on a lake!!! Just a beautiful cabin with so many games and water activities. My boys used the kayaks and I used a kayak for the first time. They started a fire in the fire pit. We BBQ and ate outside in one of the 4 beautiful balconies to be one with nature. This place is truly a retreat and somewhere to disconnect. We were able to hike in the community! We had some minor service issues that Corey addressed. This is a place to go and disconnect while being with family. The boys loved playing on the arcade!

Beautiful and cozy little place right on the river!! It was exactly what I was looking for in a weekend getaway. My husband and I enjoyed it very much!! The nice little patch of “green grass” and the levelness out front was perfect for our little Yorkie. I absolutely loved the decorating and how every inch of space was utilized so well! My husband enjoyed a moment of fishing off the deck and we thoroughly enjoyed the s’mores that were left for us! Sounds of the river were amazing; I really can’t say enough good things about this place. The location was perfect and 3 miles to get to everything in Ellijay! The extra special touches really added up and we would love to come back again sometime!
