Our stay at the Sweet Retreat was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that Jennie puts a lot of care into making this space welcoming and comfortable. The place was spotless—the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in! And the homemade brownies and treat for our dog were such a thoughtful touch. The house was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, making our trip effortless and enjoyable. We really appreciated the minimal check-out requirements. It allowed us to enjoy every last moment of our vacation without worrying about completing a list of chores before leaving. The location was also perfect—convenient to everything we wanted to do while still being in a quiet and relaxing area. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend and would absolutely book again!

I stayed for only one night two years ago as I was leaving the next day with moving van to my home state of Indiana. One of the main reasons I chose Damon and Lisa's place is the fenced yard for my dogs. Well one night there was enough for me to want to return!! I thought that the stay of one night was a respite from packing for my move. Coming back for a week was dreamy! So comfortable and I love the unique touches. My mom loved antiques, so it felt like home to me. My dogs loved the yard! It was so nice to let them out so that they could explore on their own. And there was a crate to contain them if they had to be left alone in the house - something I do at home. You cannot go wrong with Damon and Lisa!! They think of everything! I plan on returning next year!

We really enjoyed the house and it fit all our needs! We visited family and enjoyed time together at the house. The play area across the street was a highlight for our grandchildren. We enjoyed having a campfire out in the back yard. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great experience at Ross’s place! The apartment was extremely clean and well taken care of. It is within walkable distance to downtown Dahlonega, which made for getting something to eat or stopping for coffee very convenient. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend!

I needed a place to stay for 3 months after my home in another city sold until my new place in Cleveland was finished. Rhonda’s place worked out perfectly. I was able to continue working from home. Internet worked perfectly. It was neat and clean and furnished so well. Rhonda and her husband were great and answered my questions promptly. So friendly. I would recommend to anyone.

Mary Beth's home was perfect for our family. With two young children, having the privacy of a full 2BR apartment with kitchen and laundry was perfect for us. There was also a stocked toy closet that our 3y/o loved. We spent most of our time in the area visiting family and offsite, but we would definitely stay here again!

David was a great host (Joanna was out of town during my stay)! He was very responsive & had suggestions for local eateries and parks. I was there for work and had a big pickup truck, so my designated parking spot was a tight fit. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again if I need a place for a week or longer.

This stay was great! There is lots to do in walking distance, and it is a short drive from other Chattanooga must-sees, like the walking bridge and art district. The space was nicely decorated, and the balcony is nice! There is a fire station nearby like many others said, but Lauren provided earplugs for convenience if it were to bother you. She also provided fans for white noise or for those who may want their room to be cooler, which was very nice! The rooms are on the smaller side, but the beds were comfy and plenty of pillows and blankets are provided! She also provided necessities such as plenty of towels, soap, and more!

Incredibly clean place to stay and very responsive host. I would absolutely stay here again. Not a far drive from nearby activities but just far enough to appreciate the peaceful location.

Chose this place due to the comfy looking furniture - wish there was a disclaimer that NONE of the reclining furniture actually functions. When you have a husband that loves his recliner and you want to kick back after a long day and put your feet up, you CAN’T. My other issue was there’s typed instructions to take out the trash before you leave but the can we were supposed to use on the back deck was filled to the top. We ended up searching the property and located a dumpster to put trash in. The back porch light also didn’t work which made taking dogs out at night down the back steps somewhat of a safety hazard. Messaged the host about the full trash can and the non functioning light and got zero response - we were there four nights and never got a reply. Other than that we did enjoy our stay and the location was convenient to the things we wanted to do, both in Tennessee and Georgia.

This was a nice place for a weekend stay! The place was clean when we arrived and exactly like the pictures. This place is very close to Pigeon Forge as well, like 5 minutes away with lots of things even closer than that. Matt was also responsive when necessary and has local and not as touristy recommendations. Great, well rounded place!

This was our second stay at Chad’s condo. It was perfect for us last year and remains that way. Chattanooga is a great city with lots to do and the central location of Chad’s place makes it convenient for walking and driving around the city and surrounding areas. The condo is well-furnished and the beds and furniture are comfortable. There is plenty of space for everyone to relax and it is so nice to be able to do laundry. Our family of four highly recommends Chad’s condo!

I have no words to describe what an amazing host Laura is—by far one of the best hosts I’ve ever had across all the properties I’ve stayed at. Her place is super cozy, well-equipped, clean, and organized. It’s also really close to all the key spots. The beds are super comfortable, and she was always attentive and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed for an amazing vacation. Can’t wait to come back soon!

Great location, as described in listing, perfect for a family of 4. Had all the little things we needed (even a full length mirror! I'm always surprised when bnbs don't have one). Highly recommend!

This was our first ever stay at an airbnb, though we are hosts, ourselves. It didn’t disappoint, as the space is really nice with comfortable furniture. Sadly, those awesome looking recliners were not working at the moment, but are probably fixed by now. The children with us loved the pool! Everything was just as shown in the photos! April was an awesome host, accommodating some special requests we had.

We love coming to Chattanooga and this is the perfect area for us. Jarrett’s place was great! We’ll be back. We had absolutely no problems everything was great!

The condo was a nice place to stay! I loved being up in the mountain and it was 20min route to town. Busy condo complex with lots of families. We could hear footsteps from the above tenants (kids) running back and forth. We would stay again!
