An absolutely amazing experience staying at Sere Ni Ika. The location is perfect and the house itself has everything you need. The housekeeper, Loata, and her family were beautiful hosts and looked after our every need during our stay (including cleaning the house, changing the beds, doing our laundry). Loata cooked some lovely Fijian meals for us and helped to organise unique experiences for us (like cooking a traditional lovo!). Would definitely recommend staying at Sere Ni ika - we will be returning for sure!

Spacious and comfy house in a great location, close to reataurants and resorts for food and drinks options. 10mn drive to Sigatoka and 10mn walk to a nice little coffee shop. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating to our requests and would recommend.

What a special gem in SavuSavu! The place is clean and spacious- large and equipped kitchen, cable TV, bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and big beds, plus AC. The architecture is stunning- wood and glass. The property is right on the road yet feels secluded and private. A 2 minute walk to an accessible coral beach to take out a kayak or snorkel at high tide. Host, Jeff, and property staff, Maria and Osea, are kind, thoughtful and accomodating. The location is fairly remote, particularly if you don’t have your own car, but still very worth it if you’re prepared with groceries and things to do (or just relax). I’d recommend this accommodation to any and all looking for a large, private place well worth it’s value.

Nick and Abinesh’s apartment is a good place for the price. The location is very convenient, close to a bus stop and many shops. There is also a McDonald's and Damodar City Mall about 15 minutes away on foot. The ocean is within walking distance, which is nice. The apartment is spacious with two bedrooms. It has air conditioning and fans, so it is comfortable in any weather. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils and appliances, making it easy to cook. There is also a TV with Netflix for entertainment. The area feels safe, with grilles on the windows and several locks on the doors. The street is busy, but the noise is not a problem inside. Taxis are easy to find, and the ride to the city center costs about 5 Fijian dollars. Nick was a helpful and responsive host. He answered all questions quickly and explained everything clearly. He also helped with check-in and made sure everything was fine during the stay. Overall, this is a comfortable and practical place to stay in Suva.

Brian’s place overlooks Maui Bay with lots of outside areas to enjoy the excellent views. The location is perfect for exploring the Coral Coast. The beach in front of the unit across the road is small during high tide but you can walk a mile during low tide. The pier is fun to jump off for a swim. Enjoyed our stay at Brian’s and highly recommend a visit.

We are a family of four adults living across three continents. We travel extensively and often use Airbnb, and Chris's house is truly one of the best we've ever stayed in! It’s simply amazing. The house combines all modern amenities (e.g., each of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom, a fantastic coffee machine in the kitchen, etc.) with the charm of a tropical paradise, far from the hustle and bustle of big cities. The highlight is the stunning veranda with its breathtaking view—calm blue seas and unforgettable sunsets. From the backyard, you have access to your own small beach, where you can step straight into crystal-clear waters and explore a private coral reef. The snorkeling here was some of the best I’ve ever experienced! We also enjoyed excellent scuba diving at the nearby Rainbow Reef, which is easily accessible from the island. There’s a top-notch dive shop just 20 minutes away from Chris's house. We will definitely be back!

Wow!! What a fantastic adventure it was. Our 3 kids were in tears leaving (12, 11 and 9). The friendships made with the other kids will have a lifetime impact on my kids. Special mention to 12 year old Mo, who we wish we could bring home with us!! What a treasure he and the other kids in the village are. Our kids even spent a day at the school. Pa is nothing other than a true gentleman, who is a true master of his domain on this island and the life he leads there. Think of it has having a 24hr personal guide. You will never get that in a resort! The location of the island is nothing other than spectacular. The house is beautiful. It’s set back from the beach and it’s a small trek, but it’s in a beautiful little lush space surrounded with Pa’s family. To get the most out of this adventure, you need to immerse yourself into the family and the island life. Don’t sit back like you’re in a resort. We will definitely be going back.

Stayed 2 weeks with family of 5 (8, 10, 13). Absolutely gorgeous location. Caretaker family made us feel very welcome with unexpected treats. Having sampled a few of the eating establishments in Savusavu you could do worse than coming to a private arrangement for Maopa to provide meals for you! The wild pig curry (trapped by Joe) was succulent and delicious. Kayaks saw a lot of use, kids loved chasing crabs, beach combing and walking out at low tide to discover the marine life. I was glad to have kitted everyone out with diving gloves because the kids can and will pick up anything and everything!! If you are prepared to walk out at low tide (aqua socks recommended) you can see so much coral and fish snorkelling off the point. The water is beautiful and warm, and you can still do everything even when it's raining as the rain is lovely and warm. The caretaker family has friendly dogs who will keep you company as you wander up and down the beach, cats, goats, pigs, chickens and a rooster I couldn't quite warm to as he insisted on crowing at inconvenient times 😉 The kids got into feeding the pigs all the organic waste, and I think everyone felt a wrench at leaving Scrappy behind. Waikona is a lovely place to stay and we will have fond memories of our time in Fiji. Note that this is the tropics, and that means there will be bugs. We had all the doors open to catch the beautiful breeze, but you'll want to close everything up before you turn on the lights inside. Turn off all lights at night and all will be well. Personal repellent a must. There is also no wifi at the house, best to get a local sim and data from town (about 7FJD / week) Also, be advised there is no taxi rank outside Savusavu airport, so best to contact Joe to arrange a taxi beforehand as it gets tricky to nab one given there's no single number to call for taxis. Waikona is about 30min away from Savusavu by car, so hiring a car is advised also. We used James Rental and can recommend it

We had a wonderful time here . I had read some reviews mentioning the air conditioning issue, but honestly, I don’t think it’s necessary to have AC in the lounge. The large ceiling fan worked perfectly fine. Just make sure it’s set to turn the right way! It’s all part of traveling—experiencing different things and not sweating the small stuff . The location is great too, as it’s close to both Nadi and Ba. Also, we found a fantastic restaurant called Miki’s. Definitely try their BBQ lamb or Kokoda! Highly recommend!

We had such a wonderful time the week we stayed. I cannot say enough about this place to justify its beauty. The house has huge doors with screens that can open up most of the house if wanted. We slept with the air conditioner the first night and preferred the breeze with a fan the rest of the nights. The views are incredible. We could sit out all day just in awe. It’s very private and I felt very safe. The house keeper, Nora, greeted us the first day and was easy to get a hold of if needed. She is extremely kind and welcoming. Jason made everything so simple with detailed instructions and pictures. He communicated very well in preparation for the trip and throughout. He included tons of recommendations about the island. There are plenty of things to do. We were able to pack quite a bit in each day if wanted. The locals are very friendly. Even just driving down the street people wave and smile. If you plan to visit the Hidden Paradise of Fiji, you will be very pleased to stay here.

Was a beautiful place to stay was a super quick and simple solution when my flight was cancelled on new years eve. Fijian Local Ben was awesome and made an enjoyable experience during a stressful time.

We had a great stay at the Villa! Everything was perfect, very clean and comfortable, million dollar view from the deck and the pool was great to cool off and enjoy the view. It's a short walk to town for restaurants and shopping all very near by. We will definitely be back again!

Isabel & Koro’s Air bnb was amazing 🤩 There were 8 of us and it was so nice that each room has their own bathroom & Toilet plus a seperate toilet for the living area. Aircon in every room made the heat in Fiji bearable. TV had Netflix, prime and played our rugby games we wanted to watch. Overall it was amazing, Koro was very responsive to other needs we had that came up. And was so handy having washing machines & dryer. We didn’t leave Fiji with our dirty laundry. lol The location is central to everything in Nadi but also private so that was perfect. 100% recommended it! And the price was within our budget and cheaper than other places with less facilities to offer.

We loved our stay at the villa. The home was lovely and exactly as described. Our only issue was the airport transfer when we needed to fly out of Fiji. They arranged it for us but it never showed. After an hour we had to flag down two random cars to take us to the airport. Otherwise, our stay was lovely. It's an awesome location and the home was great!

Felt like what was advertised and what we signed up for. Private, quiet and felt secure within the gated resort complex. Plenty of nice quiet beach and easy safe swimming. Good pool as an alternative to the sea. Well appointed rooms and bathrooms and great Air Con in every living space you needed it. Made for good sleep which was important to us. Plenty of indoor and outdoor living spaces to spread out in. Attentive onsite hostess Silipa who was there every day and looked after, pampered us and helped with local knowledge and being able to organise things for us. Had underestimated the drive from Nadi airport as hired a car but worth it when we got there and would return, perhaps with some of us planning to arrange a little local plane to fly into the small airport which is literally across the road. Overall a great place for extended family, a couple of families or up to 4 couples to relax and unwind.

From the moment we arrived, Natasha made us feel so welcome and at home. The house was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed. We even got a lovely welcome basket with fresh fruit - it was such a thoughtful touch! If you're looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay in a great location, look no further. We would certainly recommend this property and hope to return soon!
