Notre séjour s'est très bien passé .Simonetta et son fils sont extrêmement dévoués et disponibles à la moindre demande.Le logement est très propre et parfaitement conforme au descriptif. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez des amis et reviendrons avec plaisir.

Our group of six had an absolutely brilliant stay. Antonia was an incredibly responsive and friendly host and Adrian was also so helpful, coming every day to clean the pool and offer fresh eggs or any help we needed. The house itself is huge. It is charmingly rustic, very clean and has everything you would need. The views from the house and gardens are extraordinary. The pool is also very large and there are lots of activities (badminton, table tennis, visiting the donkeys and Ketchup the horse!) for in between sunbathing. It is a relatively remote location, but there is a supermarket close by and a wonderful cafe (Bar Ce) a few minutes drive away, which serves some of the best pasta and pizza I’ve had in a long time! Thank you Antonia and we look forward to hopefully returning in future.

We had a lovely stay at Cecilia’s property! Amazing view, big kitchen, bbq, pool; we had a wonderful time. The host was super friendly and responsive during our stay. Thank you so much Cecilia and Mariana!

il nostro soggiorno nell'alloggio di Giorgia è stato stupendo si trova in un area molto bella e tranquilla, le indicazioni dell'host ci hanno permesso di trovare facilmente l'appartamento. Abbiamo passato uno splendido e spenzierato finesettimana circondati dalla natura e dagli animali e siamo rimasti colpiti dalla splendida vista che si gode dall'appartamento. L'host è stato molto gentile e disponibile.

Kristina is an amazing host, the rate of response to any question is first class. The property itself is great with outstanding views! The pictures do not make justice to the view really, you never get bored of it from all side of the house. The 3rd bedroom is on the small side but fully functional, the swimming pool is really a splash pool (probably 5x2.5m) but perfect for a cool down in summer. There are quite a few public swimming pool around (the fiuggi golf pool is very recommended). The house is semi-detached but the neighbour (Ivanka & Luigi mentioned in the house manual) are very discreet if you want privacy but ready to help if any issue - the best of both world really! All round great rental & amazing host, thank you!

We had a wonderful family Christmas celebration with people coming from near and far and everybody enjoyed their stay at Francesca's place. She created the right atmosphere with Christmas decorations. The house is spacious and comfortable. Francesca's help was great! I recommend this house for anyone wanting to experience the country side of Italy.

Alloggio descritto molto accuratamente, corrisponde a quel che è. Ambiente grande, con 2 terrazzine, sala living, cucina, camera da letto e bagno, tutti puliti e curati. Nella casa sono presenti anche alcuni accessori utili (Alexa, Wi-Fi, Smart TV). Esperienza sicuramente positiva.

Simonetta è stata davvero gentilissima, la casa è fornita di ogni comfort, al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato anche l’acqua e qualche snack. Veramente una bella esperienza, se dovessi ripassare da Roma sicuramente mi rivolgerei a lei

An unforgettable stay in a cozy , beautiful home I had the pleasure of staying at this absolutely charming Airbnb, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, I felt right at home. The place is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed to ensure guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor space. Whether sipping coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening, the patio area offered a peaceful retreat with beautiful views. It's clear that the host has put a lot of thought into every detail, from the decor to the amenities, making this a perfect getaway spot.

Detailed check-in instructions provided by the host. Host was very quick to respond to any requests. Accommodation was exactly as described; especially liked the backyard porch. Short walk to all local sites. I would highly recommend to all travelers.

Unfortunately the "LOVELY BLUE" apartment was not available due to a breakdown however our host provided an alternate location that was very nice, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of rooftops in the surrounding area. The apartment was very affordable and a good location (walking distance to the Metro Subway Station, close to a Grocery store as well as a few restaurants in the area). The one bedroom / sofa bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was very well-equipped. The bathroom was clean and the shower was nice and hot. Our host was excellent in addressing the numerous questions we had as well as offering tips for travel and restaurants in the area. We would stay here again!

Lo spazio è curato nei dettagli e c’è tutto ciò che serve, il wi fi , asciugamani, coperta, fornetto e mini frigo con piccolo scomparto per il freezer.

Paolo is a great host! He is very responsive and checked in with us regularly to make sure that we have hot water and sufficient heating, especially since it was the winter period. He paid attention to our requests and always acted quickly, e.g. when we asked to adjust the timings for the heating to be switched on. We are very thankful for Paolo’s flexibility and help 🙏 We felt comfortable and at home from the moment we arrived. It is a very peaceful and serene neighborhood, and the neighbours are friendly. There are also some cats in the area which is great as I love cats. Although it may be slightly far from city centre, the travel is not too bad. This place is close to Tivoli which we did a day trip to and we loved it there! There is a washing machine and drying racks for laundry which was a great help. The place is close to a LIDL and fruit stand, which is convenient for us to do our grocery shopping. There is everything we need here 👍🏼

abbiamo pernottato in questa casa solo per una notte, noi 7 amici. é stato tutto perfetto, dalla comunicazione alla pulizia. Roberto veramente una brava persona e molto professionale. abbiamo preso tanta carne in paese e grazie al mega camino ci siamo fatti una bella braciolata. grazie Roberto torneremo sicuramente a trovarti

Voto 9.5/10. Sono arrivato secondo la mia comodità e sebbene Alice non abbia immediatamente risposto al telefono (mi ha richiamato dopo 5 minuti), ho bussato al citofono ed è venuta ad aprirmi la sorella. Questa l'unica "pecca" del soggiorno. La casa corrisponde alla descrizione, c'è un supermercato a meno di 10 minuti di auto, è tranquilla ed ha tutto ciò che serve per cucinare. All'arrivo ho trovato una bottiglia d'acqua fresca in frigo (ne avevo proprio bisogno).

Host superlativo, casa d'altri tempi da lasciarti senza fiato, paesaggio, scorci e posti da visitare meravigliosi. Consiglio vivamente tappa al ristorante Zarthman, mai mangiato così bene, cibi preparati con amore e solo con l'utilizzo di materie prime del posto biologiche di prima scelta e vini biodinamici. Una spanna su tutti i formaggi gourmet, gli arrosticini con carne di pecora locali e la tenerissima pecora dei briganti tenerissima. Grazie, torneremo appena possibile

Was a great house, very private, Gabrielle was very responsive and helpful. It is very very quiet at night and very dark, so I suggest maybe bring a night light with you if you can’t sleep in total darkness. Very nice bathroom and kitchen and an easy private place to park. Over all very good. 5 stars.

We spent a month in Paolo's house with my wife and two little kids and we really enjoyed everything about that! Paolo was a great host and the house has everything that you can wish – well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom, AC and nice garden with a grill. As a parent, I also appreciated the reliable fence around the garden, which makes it safe for the kids. :-) The neighborhood is very calm and friendly, the shops, restaurants and bars are nearby and there is plenty places to visit around – the sea, Nettuno, Anzio,... And Rome's main train station is less than 50 minutes away by a comfortable and cheap train. I highly recommend Paolo's house to anyone, who wants a nice and quiet place to enjoy Italian sun, heat and comfort – for both families or smaller groups of friends. PS: The area is nice and warm even in November!

La casa era impeccabile, estremamente pulita e curata in ogni dettaglio. Soggiornarvi è stato come sentirsi a casa, un ambiente accogliente e confortevole. L’host è una persona gentilissima, sempre disponibile e attenta a ogni esigenza. Consiglio vivamente questa esperienza a chiunque cerchi un luogo dove rilassarsi senza pensieri

Ho soggiornato nell’appartamento di Giorgia con i miei famigliari nel periodo natalizio. L’appartamento era pulito e organizzato in ogni piccolo dettaglio. Sono presenti prodotti per la pulizia, l’igiene personale e quelli di base in cucina. C’è una bella terrazza attrezzata di tutto per stare all’aperto e da cui si vede parzialmente il mare.Un piccolo curato giardino dove poter lasciare la macchina parcheggiata completa l’appartamento. Anche la scala per accedere al l’appartamento è comoda e illuminata da luci che si attivano al passaggio. Lo consiglio con sicurezza.

La casa di Chiara è semplicemente adorabile! È esattamente come nelle foto e nella descrizione. C'è tutto quello che può servire in casa, in cucina così come in bagno. È arredata davvero con stile e ti fa sentire coccolato. A qualche minuto a piedi dalla piazzetta centrale del paese e in generale in una posizione strategica per visitare le meraviglie naturalistiche dell'Abbruzzo. Non abbiamo conosciuto Chiara, ma lei è stata sempre molto reattiva e disponibile nel darci tutte le informazioni. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare!

My wife and her mother stayed with my toddler for 3 weeks. Cinzia had baked a cake when they arrived and Cecio frequently brought them eggs and fresh vegetables from the garden. The apartment is clean and the garden is very well maintained. As hosts Cinzia and Cecio were super helpful, even organising a rental car which is necessary for trips to the town and beach. They had a lovely stay and would recommend this place.
