Dryden Cottage, Whitby Harbour - Beach side

This cottage is all about the view! Beach-side location at the base of the 199 steps - perfect for exploring the beautiful historic town of Whitby. Browse in the eclectic independent shops and sample the finest seafood in the local eateries. Walk up to the abbey, stroll along the piers and collect fossils from the beach, take a ride on the steam train to the neighbouring villages and explore the moors. Please note due to the beach side location of the cottage, there is unfortunately no parking.

Only a short walk away, north & south bay, open air theatre, cricket ground, wonderful pubs, relaxing restaurants, and cute little cafes ensure you can ditch the car with off street parking in our garage. Filey Bungalow

Feel free to send queries if the minimum stay or any other factor does not meet your needs and I will try to accommodate your request. The bungalow is in a superb location within Filey and is ideal for visiting the Yorkshire Coast. Easily accessed by car and public transport. Once there you really don’t need a car, as the beach, shops, parks and cliffs are all within a short walk. There are lots of bars and restaurants, as well as visitor attractions in nearby Scarborough and Bridlington

Only a short walk along the promenade to the harbour, town centre, the new leisure centre, restaurants, and Bridlington Spa. Ideal place for exploring the fantastic things the East Coast has to offer, catering for couples, families, and all ages and abilities, ideal for walking, cycling etc to enjoy a coastal holiday.

Cargate Cottage

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly cottage. The cottage sleeps 4 people comfortably with a King size bed in the master bedroom complete with a sea view. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds. There is a perfectly formed family bathroom complete with a bath and overhead shower. A well appointed self catering kitchen opens onto the living/dining room again with a panoramic view of Filey Bay. A travel cot and high chair can be requested for the smallest of our guests.

Sandside Retreat

Sandside Retreat is situated in the heart of Whitby’s Old Town, at the foot of the iconic 199 steps leading to the Abbey. ; whilst tucked away for peace and quiet. Just a stone’s throw away from Tate Hill Sands, harbour, shops, restaurants and bars. Sleeping up to 3 guests, it features a cosy living room with separate kitchen/diner. There is a private patio which overlooks the sea towards the East Pier. Unlike many cottages to the East Side, there are no steps leading up to the cottage.

Located on the historic Quay Street, a quaint cobbled street directly behind South Bay and is one of the oldest properties in Scarborough.
