A lovely cottage with everything you need and some lovely additional extras including a grocery package, robes in each bedroom and of course the hot tub. The technology was great as was the record player with all the LP's.

I had a fantastic stay at this charming cottage! The setting was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The highlight was definitely the hot tub—soaking under the stars was an unforgettable experience. The cottage itself was cozy, well-equipped, and spotless. The horses and chickens added to the feeling of a countryside retreat. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a tranquil getaway!

Our stay was fantastic. The house was beautiful and kitchen was well stocked. We loved the private garden with hot tub and it was so quiet and peaceful! Fabulous weekend at a beautiful place

3 Railway Cottage is a fantastic base to explore the amazing beauty of North Yorkshire. The cottage is located a 20 minute walk from the centre of Pickering but is in a really quiet and private location. The only exception of course is the opportunity to wave at the heritage railway trains that pass at the back of the cottage a few times a day which is really amazing, especially if you wave from the comfort of the hot tub! I can’t recommend this location highly enough, it is a really comfortable and well equipped cottage in a fantastic location - what more could you ask for?

We would definitely recommend this Air BnB, it is in a very private and peaceful area and the BnB itself was very clean and tidy. Upon arrival we were met by the host, who messaged us earlier on in the day to give us clear instructions on how to get to the correct location. The host introduced himself and showed us around the Air BnB, explaining how different amenities within the BnB worked, which made for a much more comfortable stay. The host was very kind, polite and welcoming, and was very happy for us to contact him incase there was anything we may need during our stay; he was also very helpful when recommending the best way to access the city centre from the air BnB. Many thanks to the host.

An absolute gem! We’re a bit fussy, but can honestly say this place was our favourite Airbnb ever. Charming village and surrounds and the cottage was exceptional. The little luxe touches (nice Champagne, for one thing) rounded out the perfection.

Don't just favorite Darla's book it you will not regret it Darla's is absolutely amazing everything u need there already there from bikes,crafts and games absolutely brilliant location for getting anywhere on the East Coast if u want to visit other places that's if you actually wanna leave. we stayed for 2 nights which felt longer it's the perfect place to get u away from the rat race that's called life and just switch off and trust me you will feel refreshed and ready to go again thanks Carol and Bob love Steve, Cheryl and of course Ruby and buddy dog say it was wooftastic

Lovely cosy cottage: extremely efficient boiler under full guest control. All rooms a generous size, everything in good working order, broad range of kitchen gadgets, today & relaxing outdoor space at the back, all well-maintained. Really felt like home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Annette’s cottage. It was perfect for what we wanted. We explored Robin Hoods Bay, Staithes, Whitby and Sandsend. We parked and Sandsend on one of the free spaces and walked to Whitby (7mile round trip with a little walk in the town too) One day we got the train from the village to Whitby and back. Requires planning as limited but was fun on the train! We also did a trip on the North Yorkshire Moors Railway. We had a lemon bun from Bothams and while there bought a Brack cake we then got some beer from the Whitby Brewery! We had a drink in the pub opposite and another evening we ate at The Eskdale - stunning food definitely recommend the food and restaurant was brilliant. Last night we walked down for a drink at Eskdale too. It was handy having a little coop. The bed was super comfy. We didn’t use the TV but was there if needed! Kitchen was ideal. We would love to stay again. Annette was a wonderful host too, very attentive and efficient.

Wonderful cottage. Very well equipped kitchen. Beds were very comfortable especially the double room. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and tidy. Extra touches such as tea and biscuits was a nice surprise. The location is right in the heart of Staithes with everything you would need within a 5 minute walk. We parked easily at bank top car park and walked to the cottage. Only suggestion would be the smaller sofa (non leather) isn’t very comfortable.

Arrived following Zoe’s instructions. The home was cosy and like home from home. The welcome pack was a thoughtful touch. I will definitely be returning, perfect house in the perfect location

Simply wonderful : we can not think of a single thing that was not 100%, everything exceeded our expectations. Definitely not a soulless corporate run Airbnb! The interior design was outstanding and individual without being overpowering, adding to the sense of calm that the location gives. Super clean throughout. Oh and the bedding, it was out of this world. Everything we needed was provided, the log burner a joy in the chillier evenings. Great walks and the bus stop is directly opposite (every 3 hours, check the timetable, the drivers don’t linger) into York.

We had a perfect weekend in Mark & Aaron’s place - it had everything we needed, was warm and cosy and the location in beautiful Robin Hood’s Bay is amazing.

Photos don’t do this place justice. Beautiful view from the patio looking out to the rolling hills and friendly horses. Great setting and surrounding fields make for a nice walk would 100% recommend this property. Also the eggs and fruit were a nice touch!

A wonderful couple of days away in a beautiful part of the country. The cottage was perfect for a relaxing half term mini break, we especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub with a fantastic view of Robin Hood’s Bay. Steve was a great host and supplied us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from local recommendations to fire logs. Couldn’t recommend highly enough, thank you Steve!

A beautiful cottage in a gorgeous location. The cottage was fantastic, very comfy, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. This location would be perfect for families with small children (or large, or none!). We have a 5 year old and this location was perfect for him, both from a safety and convenience point of view. I wish we had only known about this a few years ago, as it would have been ideal to take a toddler to and would have taken a lot of the stress out of travelling with a young child. The area around the cottage was lovely, we enjoyed walking along the stream at the bottom of the garden. The local town was also great and very conveniently located to the property. Emma the host was excellent, she was really proactive and provided us with a wealth of information on the local area and slightly further afield. We loved our stay and will definitely be looking to visit again in the future! Thank you.

This was our 2nd stay at Autumn Cottage and it was as good as we remembered. A great space for 2 people. The village pub is a couple of doors along the road and the owners and other customers are very friendly and were more than willing to offer recommendations of places to visit in the area. If we come back to this part of Yorkshire we would definitely stay here again

Fantastic place in a great location would highly recommend

There was so much space outside for the boys to have a game of badminton. The phone reception was not great but there the host provided a lot of games and books. All rooms were a good size and temperature control was really easy to use. Loved that the sink was big. Dishwasher and washing machine was really useful to have. Only 15 min to the park and ride to get to York city centre so good location

Me and my boyfriend had a wonderful stay! The space was clean and cosy and had all the amenities we needed, The location was great. Judith was friendly, responsive and really helpful I’d recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a great stay in Scarborough!

Had an absolutely fabulous time , it was a relaxing, chilling weekend and Sue was a fabulous host . The cottage was lovely , everything you needed was there and a great location with amenities less than 2 miles away. Definitely recommend this place . Thank you Sue. Ps local pub food delicious .

We had a fabulous short break here. The cottage was perfect for us.. homely and comfortable with everything we needed. The sea views from the bathroom were fantastic, and you’re right on the Cleveland Way path. It is quiet and relaxing, but only a mile and a bit to Staithes if the urge for fish and chips hits! Kathy was a very friendly and responsive host. We loved it, thank you!
