We had a wonderful stay at The Courtyard! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Nicky was an excellent host, and the place was absolutely spotless. The home itself was incredibly comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect, allowing us to walk easily to all the sights and attractions we wanted to visit in York. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much x

Just returned home after a short break at low tide apartment, the apartment was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and beautifully furnished. It is situated in the centre of the town and just a five minute walk to the beach. This was our second visit to low tide apartment and we will definitely be booking another visit soon.

Lovely stay here, immaculately clean and space looks even better in person that photos. Loads of helpful recommendations for food and responsive when got in touch. Will be back in the future. Cannot fault.

My husband and son stayed for one night. They said the place was smart and clean, close to amenities, handy for Olivers Mount. Would reccommend.

The perfect place. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Really good quality mattress on the bed, and good pillows. The location is fab, set back from the main road in a courtyard so a one minute walk to town yet silent and undisturbed. Everything we could possibly need was in the house and if it wasn’t the uk in February we would have made good use of the private enclosed garden with decking and seating. Thank you - we will definitely be back xx

we had a short stay at the bungalow, stayed over the weekend for a family wedding. Everything was as we expected from the information, was lovely clean and spacious., with some personal, practical touches on arrival. it's a lovely place to stay and very accessible to the coast and lovely places to visit.. Denise is friendly and responsive . Would recommend and if travelling on that coast in the future would stay again .

We loved our stay at Lynn's house! Lovely little spot on a quiet street, close to the river as well, which makes for a nice riverside stroll into the city centre. Lynn was a very accomodating host, and if we ever return to York, we know where we'll be staying!

Lovely trip to Whitby. Elliot's pad is well equipped and comfy. My son mentioned it also being a great "hide and seek" house! Well located to walk into and around town. Elliot was a responsive host who welcomed us at the property. Would recommend.

Thank you for another excellent stay. This time we got to benefit from the coastal walks and open space straight out the back gate. Julie was a great help when my lad accidentally set off the house alarm. Within 15 minutes the alarm stopped and our day was saved as we had tickets booked! Brilliant hosting and was attentive that all our expectations were met through the break. Highly recommended and will come again if Julie will have us 🙂

Our stay at Louise's place was short due to the circumstances of our stay (funeral) but we found it very welcoming with comfortable beds - thank you for our stay

This is a great property for an extended grown up family with all bedrooms en-suite and plenty of parking space. It was in a good location, fairly quiet but close to a Tesco express and to the town centre. We used it as a base for a day trip to York which was a fairly easy journey of approx 30 minutes. The host Helen, was lovely and very quick to respond to any questions/messages.

We loved Fiona's House, was very well equipped, good location and very comfortable.

This was only booked for 1 night for 2 x employees working locally, lovely property in ideal location for working locally and Jonathan was a brilliant host and communicated well with all relevant information needed.

Very nice apartment. easy parking. good transport links with bus stop 100 metres away. place had all the comforts of home.nice and quiet to. Sule very responsive host. and sent us info for local restaurants things to do. Thank you for a great stay. we will return.

Stayed at this property with my fiancé as a birthday gift to her. I wanted somewhere central and cosy with plenty of attractions and activities to fill our day and that's exactly what we got. The home is so spacious and well kept, it had everything we needed and more. Just across the road from The Shambles which has great quirky shops, amazing food court and local market. Close enough that you're no more than a ten minute walk from whatever you want/need. Jenny was a great host, and an earlier check in was arranged with no problem. Clear instructions on the location and instructions of entry to the property. We would be more than happy to recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit the area, I know we'll be back in the future.

Beautiful clean high quality cottage, perfect for 2 people, greeted by John and Lyndsey, such friendly hosts without being intrusive. Very welcoming to receive a some vital items on arrival like wine, milk, bread, butter, jam and more. Fabulous location in a quiet village, can only hear the birds tweeting. Perfect for walking right on the cinder track. Two pubs within walking distance. Would definitely recommend. We will be returning there some day in the future. There were some initial issues which were sorted immediately when I contacted the host. Fab communication from the host. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend for families, our son absolutely loved it.

-Absolutely beautiful place in a perfect location. -Parking space was great to have. -We didn’t use the car at all as everything was so easy to get to on foot. Short walk to everything! -Beautiful view of the abbey from the table! Super clean and felt like home. -Shower pressure was brilliant! -Super thoughtful touches throughout and had to pack very little! -Val set up a little pirate ship for our boy to play with which he absolutely loved. We will definitely be back. Check in very easy with a key safe! The streets are quite confusing in the dark but was easy to find from the photos, we managed to fit our big car through the archway no problem. We will definitely be back & the parents in law are already about to book! Thank you for a lovely stay!

This is a lovely littlw place to stay at, host was very quick at replying and very helpful, she has thought of everything, she also stocks the place up on fresh milk, ornage juice bread and eggs which was a great little touch. We asked if we could have the travel cot, she went above and beyond and not only put the travel cot up, but left loads of different Blankets sleeping bags, baby towels and chnaging mat out for our little boy, which was just fantastic and is very helpful if youve forgotten somthing. Very clean and a lovely quiet arwa not far from the town at all. We would definitely use this place again.

Checkout your bearings in terms of parking location, which is definitely a premium in this area, being so close to the Minster. We had a big car which we managed to park okay but it's tight. Otherwise, we were in walking distance of all amenities and places of interest - a fantastic location. Would definitely book again.
