Jolie maison pittoresque sur les hauteurs de la ville avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes environnantes, située dans un quartier italien typique et charmant et également au bord de la nature. Elle est également très bien située pour visiter les lacs Majeur et d’Orta. La maison est certes ancienne mais dispose de tout le confort moderne. Ce logement est réservé aux personnes en bonne forme physique puisqu’après avoir gravi une petite pente pour y accéder, il reste encore des marches à monter !!! Cristina est très serviable, de bon conseil et réactive. C’est une adresse que nous recommandons vivement.

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt.

Une maison et un jardin parfaits pour qui recherche le calme dans un environnement magnifique. Très bien équipée, cette maison de famille est toutefois assez rustique et convient particulièrement pour la belle saison. Jardin spacieux, complètement privatif avec vue imprenable sur les montagnes et le hameau de Frasco. Spots de baignade loin des lieux hyper fréquentés accessibles à pied + départ de jolies randonnées faciles (Sonogno à 30min le long de la rivière et dans la forêt).

Marc war ein aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Das kleine Appartement liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und hat einen hübschen Garten. Ich habe mich wohl gefühlt.

Eine kleine Oase in einem ruhigen Tal - ein wunderbarer Ort um mit einfachen Tätigkeiten wie kochen und Haus wärmen (im Spätwinter) sich zu beschäftigen und im hellen Wohnzimmer mit einem guten Buch zu verweilen. Wir danken Naomi für die nahtlose und herzliche Kommunikation und können ihr Häuschen wärmstens empfehlen.

Soggiorno fantastico, la casa è molto pulita in una zona tranquilla e vicina al centro di Gravedona, raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti. Il giardino intorno all’appartamento è davvero ampio con una veranda carinissima per fare cene con gli amici e in compagnia. Casa accessoriata di tutto, Nicola, il figlio di Monica davvero disponibile e gentile, attento alle nostre esigenze. Soggiorno impeccabile lo consiglio per una vacanza relax !

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour pendant la période de nouvel an, avec en prime des feux d'artifice tout autour du lac visibles depuis les terrasses de la maison ! Catalda est accueillante et nous a très bien reçu. La maison est impeccable et bien agencée. Rien ne manque. Concernant l'accès à pied : il ne dure même pas 1 minute et nous montions facilement avec un enfant en bas âge ! Bref, tout était top. Sophie & François

Wij waren met een groep van 10 personen. Ook onze honden waren welkom. Het perceel is heel groot en goed onderhouden. De weg naar het huis toenis vrij smal, zeker met geparkeerde auto’s (iets om rekening mee te houden). De woning zelf komt overeen met de foto’s. Alles was zeer net. Allesandro was makkelijk bereikbaar voor vragen. Enkel de elektriciteit durft som eens uitvallen. Maar die kan je zelf terug opzetten. Deze villa is prijs kwaliteit uitstekend. Ligging 15 min te voet van het meer. 1u10 van Milaan. 1u15 ski san bernardino en 1u45 van desentis ski. Dit hebben wij gecombineerd met wandelingen uit de buurt. Wij komen nog een keertje terug!

Wir hatten eine sehr angenehme und entspannte Zeit über ein verlängertes Wochenende. Die Wohnung ist sehr grosszügig ausgerüsted. Die Terasse war sehr schön dekoriert und riesig. Werde diese Wohnung aufjedenfall weiter empfehlen!

We will definitely be back. We loved every minute at Alessandra's beautiful apartment! The beds were super comfortable (which is unusual for AirBNB apartments) and the apartment was nicely decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped with enough dishes and utensils so we didn't have to run the dishwasher all the time. There was even shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, Kleenex and paper towels for the entire stay (also unusual for AirBNB). Alessandra was super friendly and responsive. Can highly recommend!

Sehr gut gelegene Wohnung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten unmittelbar im Haus und gute Restaurants in der Umgebung. Bergbahnen, Bus und Wanderwege sind schnell erreichbar. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und eine wunderschöne Aussicht, die man auf der Terasse nach einer schönen Wanderung so richtig geniessen kann. Wir konnten die Zeit als Familie zu dritt sehr geniessen und kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank!

Die Unterkunft war super ausgestattet und Magdalena sehr freundlich un hilfreich. Bücher hätten wir gar nicht mitbringen müssen, denn die Auswahl in der Unterkunft war vielfältig und wirklich gut. Die Lage war für uns als Hundhalter ideal: ein Garten für die schnelle Erleichterung und jede Menge Möglichkieten in der Nähe das Geschäft zu erledigen und auch die Hinterlassenschaft ordentlich zu entsorgen. Wir haben diese Unterkunft für unseren nächten Aufenthalt in Liechtenstein ganz oben auf die Top-Liste gesetzt!!!

Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderschön und der Blick auf den Lago ist zauberhaft. Die Villa ist hervorragend ausgestattet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sabina ist eine großartige Gastgeberin und war stets für uns erreichbar. Herzlichen Dank!

The apartment is in a great location close to the ferry, and close to the central part of Varenna where restaurants and bars and grocery shops are. Also close to the Monastero gardens, and the path up to the castle. The apartment is large with 2 bedrooms, living area, outside deck area, kitchen, small porch, full bathroom. It is off the main street so is very quiet. At this time of year in November many places are closed so need to check what is open. The ferry across to Bellagio is well worth the trip with boats running almost every 30 minutes.

A bit unlucky during my stay since it was raining all the day long. The Airbnb location is quite close to train station. The apartment was well equipped and the only thing I might add is the heating. It gets quite cold during raining days and the temperature is only allowed at 20-21 ℃, which is quite cold during evening.

What a superb spacious apartment, fitted to a very good standard , the welcome drinks and bread were most appreciated The view from the terrace was amazing and the location was perfect, 5 to 10 minute walk to the supermarket,restaurant,shops and the ferry crossings. Verbania itself was lovely, quieter than Stessa but still had a good vibe. Isola Bella and Superiore were our favourite islands with restaurants bars and shops, whereas on Isola Madri you had to pay for the entrance to the palace and gardens and there was nothing else to do if you didn’t. The Saturday market which you could see from the apartment, was worth going to. Fiorella was an outstanding host and looked after all our needs. Would love to visit again.

Our stay at Andrea’s place was absolutely fantastic! Every detail was so well thought out that we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The self-check-in process was smooth and convenient, allowing us to arrive without any hassle. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. It’s clear that Andrea’s truly cares about the comfort of their guests, and we deeply appreciate it. If you are looking for a cozy and worry-free stay, this is the perfect place. Wir waren ein Wochenende zu Gast und kommen ganz sicher bald wieder. Der Kontakt mit Fikrete war sehr freundlich, wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt und der Ausblick auf den See ist traumhaft. Im allgemeinen wirkt die Anlage sehr gepflegt und trotz vieler Wohneinheiten genießt man Ruhe auf dem Balkon. Das Auto kann man auf dem Hof abstellen, welcher dich ein Tor gesichert ist. Ein Pool rundet alles ab und natürlich der direkte Zugang zum See . Bissone liegt etwas außerhalb von Lugano, sehr schön ruhig mit zahlreichen Möglichkeiten zum spazieren. Lugano ist aber sehr schnell mit dem Bus oder dem Auto erreichbar. Lugano besticht mit seiner Promenade und den zahlreichen Cafés und Restaurants. Für Wanderfreunde gibt es auch viele Möglichkeiten. Für uns war es bei Fikrete perfekt, von allem genug vorhanden, blitzsauber und praktisch/ freundlich eingerichtet. Vielen Dank nochmal und bis bald Familie Pfeiffer

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem idyllischen Airbnb in den Bergen bei Lake Lugano. Das kleine italienische Dorf strahlt Ruhe aus, perfekt zum Abschalten und Entspannen. Die umliegende Natur mit ihren Bergen ist atemberaubend, und es gibt zahlreiche Möglichkeiten für Wanderungen und Spaziergänge. Das Airbnb selbst ist makellos sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet – ein perfekter Ort, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen. Wer Ruhe, Natur und italienische Dorfidylle sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Great apartment, super clean, great scent, always smelled clean, throughout our stay, the bed linen was pristine as well as the towels. The view is incredible, I was left speechless when I saw it. The Tiramisù provided by the host, at my request, was 11 out of 10… ☺️ excellent! The whole surrounding building is also very nice. Would recommend again! Thanks a lot ☺️

Schöne,grosse Wohnung,Highlights waren die drei Balkone,so konnten wir die Sonne auch im November bis Nachmittags geniessen. Alles vorhanden, auch viele tolle Pflegeprodukte. Schöne,grosse Badewanne. Genug Platz in der Wohnung und viele Sitzgelegenheiten. Haben sehr gut geschlafen in den Betten. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Kurzdistanz zum See und einem sehr schönen Wanderweg entlang des Sees nach beiden Richtungen. Einkaufen am besten in Dongo,dem Nachbardorf. Die Strasse ist gleich vor dem Haus, vom Hauptbalkon aus gut zu hören.Wer Motoren mag, freut sich über Abwechslung und einige Highlights zum Anschauen, wer absolute Stille braucht,ist hier im Sommer wohl eher nicht am richtigen Ort. Wer die italienische Kultur und Lebensfreude mag,und dazu gehören auch Motorräder, der hat eine tolle Lage direkt am See mit phantastischer Aussicht.
