Financial District, Manhattan : locations de vacances

Place was fantastic and met our needs. The host was very responsive, even late at night. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. The host was very thoughtful and even placed a new baby playpen in the unit after we informed her that we had a baby with us. Highly recommend.

The location is right near the subway so easy to get around all of NYC. Great shopping and fantastic restaurants close by. Coming from Sydney Heatwave to a NYC winter ( we got snow for Christmas! ) meant our kids were really cold. After a phone call to Sergie a second duvet was delivered the next day. We loved all the local suggestions and felt really at home.

Aankomen in de accomodatie na een lange vlucht voelde als thuiskomen. Gezellige studio met alles wat je nodig hebt en meer. Het extra bedje was ook opgemaakt voor onze zoon. Er was koffie, thee, zeep, shampoo, conditioner, kamerjassen, oordopjes, oorstokjes, enz. Veel extra´s dus, zeer leuk en je hoeft dit dus niet meer mee te zeulen in je bagage. De buurt was ´s nachts erg rustig en toch ben je dichtbij Manhattan. Op 14 minuten sta je in de Path terminal die je in 20 minuten naar hartje Manhattan brengt. De eerste nacht hadden we last van een tikkend geluid, dit bleek de verwarming te zijn. Die zet je dus best af. Ons verblijf verliep voor de rest perfect. Dianna reageert ook snel bij vragen. De perfecte host!

John’s place is absolutely amazing. The location is perfect! It’s at the entry to the beach and walking distance to fun surf shops, coffee shops, happening restaurants, stop and shop and even a Dunkin’ Donuts. It’s easy to ride into the city. The ferry was our favorite part of every trip to and from manhattan! The place is super spacious and comfortable. John is friendly and helpful and gave us tips for local restaurants and even suggested what ended up being our favorite - sunset trips on the ferry! He was extremely responsive and available if needed for anything. I can’t wait to come back with the family. We had the best time and John and his place were vital to that experience!

The place was just perfect for a short get-away from the city. Walkable to the beach. You can even see the ocean. Walkable to a good coffee shop, and restaurants. The kitchen has basics, so we could make breakfast. The family upstairs is definitely loud, and I don't think there's much insolation, because you can see the washing machine running, and people showering. Also when it's windy the whole house squeaks. But a couple of earplugs solved that, and the proximity to the beach more than makes up for it. The hosts are also very friendly and responsive!

Very welcoming! This place gives home away from home, and is located super close to the beach. The host is absolutely amazing, and accommodating. His communication skills are top tier! I recommend this place, and I will definitely book again if available.

We have stayed here several times. The Cottage has everything we need and Micaela has always been responsive to our questions. The location is quiet and easy to get to.
