The place got amazing views, very peaceful and clean. Aziz is very supportive, friendly and always responsive. Easy parking and the location easy to find. The only thing can be improved is the downstairs bbq area where the host installed a camera as they got a depo room. It's a bit uncomfortable especially for families. Thanks Aziz for hosting us.

Manzara açısından gayet tatmin edici, gürültüden uzak bir konumda. Gelirken mutlaka yiyecek içecek anlamında hazırlıklı gelin çünkü yakında market bulamazsınız. Ev temiz ve düzenli, iki yatak odası var çift kişilik yataklar var. Ev sahibi çok yardımsever ve sıcakkanlı idi. Gün içinde ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şey mevcut.

Это точно лучшее и самое чистое место где мы отдыхали на морском побережье в Грузии! Дом очень удобно спроектирован, так что в окна видно прекрасный сад и горы, а море всего в двух минутах. Пляж очень чистый, вид шикарный. Хозяева Инга и Бесо - очень гостеприимные и спокойные, помогают во всех вопросах. Номера очень чистые, что редкость для этих мест. Я уже планирую следующий приезд сюда, хотя мы только уехали)))

Fantastic place to stay near Taksim! Incredibly pleasant ground-floor studio 2 blocks from main shopping street and bus stop. GREAT shower and clean, modern, compact place to stay. Mini-fridge and 2-burner stove top with all the kitchen storage space you could ever need. Large comfy bed. And convenient washer right in the space. I stayed just under 2 weeks and can hardly wait to return and stay again. Erfan was immediately availalbe for all communications. He worked with me on all check-in and check-out needs. A very gracious host. EXCELLENT value - can't beat the price for a beautiul space in the middle of everything. VERY HIGHLY recommend!!

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this dome! Everything was perfectly organized, impeccably clean, and maintained to the highest standards. The attention to detail was incredible, and it’s clear the host genuinely cares about creating an exceptional experience for their guests. The space was not only beautiful but also extremely comfortable and thoughtfully designed to meet every need. I can’t wait to return and will be recommending this place to everyone I know. Truly one of the best stays I’ve ever had!

It was a great pleasure to stay at Nino’s wonderful place. It is located up in the mountains and surrounded by beautiful nature. Perfect location for peaceful vacation! The house itself is very nice as well, it has enough place for 4 people, well organised, with air conditioning (which is useful in Georgia in the summer). The coolest thing about this location is the terrace! It has a fireplace, where you can cook and a cozy area around! The last but not least is the spacious pergola on the terrace where you can enjoy your freshly cooked meal despite the weather) Nino and co-hosts are extremely friendly and supportive. Gave us a lot of nice tips for the area. Our family expresses sincere gratitude to you for our amazing stay and wish you great generous guests in the future! Если в Лос-Анжелесе есть Голливудские холмы, то это то самое место в Батуми. Дом прекрасен! Недалеко от центра Батуми, в тихом районе, на горе, с собственным двором и ласковыми кошками, живущими исключительно на улице) В доме есть все, что нужно, очень чисто и в комнатах и в ваннах, хорошая сантехника, стабильная вода, на кухне есть все до мелочей! Гостиная потрясающая, с пятизвездочным видом из панорамных окон и очень красивым интерьером! Из спален открывается потрясающий вид на море и город. В ясную погоду и на горы! Мы приехали в Батуми в день, когда погода напоминала апокалипсис, но хозяева сделали все возможное, чтобы наше пребывание было максимально комфортным. Спасибо, Кристиан и Магда за теплый прием, у вас прекрасный дом, в который хочется вернуться!

I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation! The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was perfect. I truly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
