Quick trip to Defiance and this was a great place to stay!

Wonderful hosts (great communication and welcoming including writing our name on chalk board at entry). Convenient location off of the highway and provided parking was great. Coffee bar was hospitable touch. Terrific place for our family and very comfortable. Can't wait to come again!

This is my second stay here and I love it!! The couch is comfy, the bed and pillows are great! The tap water was honestly incredible as well lol. Great location, very cozy! A lucky catch if you get to stay.

We had the most wonderful time and we felt treated like royalty. Susan welcomed us to a kitchen full of goodies (fancy ones) and Christmas stockings! We already miss her place, everything was perfect! Thank you, Susan and Charlotte!

We had a wonderful stay with Rachal. The place was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Communication was effortless and the place was easy to find. It’s also within steps to a couple amazing food places (strongly recommend Angelo’s pizza; low key but hits the spot). Even so, the place was really quiet at night. Overall extremely satisfied and would recommend to everyone looking for a place to stay in the area!

Accommodation made last minute for a family emergency and Vanessa approved it immediately to ensure my family had a place to sleep! Would stay again if I am in the area!

Julie was an amazing host. She took the time to show us around the Armory and provide some history of the building. It was interesting learning how she found the property and its amazing design and decor. Very peaceful and comfortable large suite! Clean. I never wanted to leave. The towns people are very friendly. Went to Spengler’s and were made to feel like a regular.

We were in town for a wedding and this met or exceeded all of our expectations. Deborah communicated in a timely fashion. The home was very clean with stylish decor. The linens were plentiful. They had a nice coffee bar and the kitchen had everything we needed. Street parking was available. It was very quiet neighborhood..

The house was beautiful, well maintained and easy to find. It was close to our son, which was wonderful. Bluffton is a beautiful area. Jessica is very responsive and answered any questions that we had. I highly recommend staying at her place.

Wonderful, historic home! It's old built in 1926 i think, but everything is very functional, clean, and works great! Plenty of towels, love that!

We really enjoyed staying here. A family emergency led to us booking this place last minute, and it wound up being perfect — cozy and very quiet. It has a very well-appointed kitchen that we used to cook several dinners. Downtown is close enough to walk to. We’d definitely stay again.

I had an amazing experience with this host! The home was sparkling clean and instantly felt like my own cozy retreat. I can’t wait to return; this will definitely be my top choice whenever I visit family during my travels! The only thing that could make it even better would be having a few house items like seasonings available, as I had to grab some while I was there, but honestly, that’s a minor detail! It didn’t stop me from giving it a full 5-star rating. Huge thanks for everything! Can’t wait for my next visit!

2nd stay with this host and they never disappoint!

The house was clean and as described. There is a second bathroom in the basement. Communication was fast, responsive, and clear. Living room was plenty big and kitchen had space and clean.

We had a wonderful time at Deborah’s place. Very clean and comfortable with all the necessities needed for a comfortable stay. We look forward to booking again!

We had a great stay at Chris and Dawn's condo. The space was clean, well equipped and just as described in the listing. The hosts were very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. The view from the screened balcony was awesome. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed a relaxing stay! The condo was clean, cozy and homey with nice nautical decor. Beautiful sunroom with great water views, enjoyed coffee while watching the boats. My Best friend, of 30 years, and I live 1/2 way across the country from each other. So once a year we have a girls weekend 1/2 way towards each other, which happens to be somewhere in Ohio. This time we visited Oak Harbor and stayed in Muddy Water Properties. What an idyllic setting. the birds and wildlife that came up to the 4 seasons room in the quiet of the morning was so stress relieving. We had a wonderful time catching up, laughing, crying and observing the view. Thank you for a wonderful reunion from Iowa and Virginia

The Nashville unit was amazing. It was decorated so nicely, was spotless, so comfortable, and just so homey. 2 fireplaces, some welcome snacks, a comfortable couch, and great beds. What more can you ask for. We have stayed at many B and Bs and this was clearly one of the best. Thanks Ben and Virginia. They are great hosts.

Megan's place was clean and well stocked. Megan was easy to communicate with. The location is great for docking our boat right outside for our Lake Erie fishing trip. Convenient, easy access to the lake.
