Dot was a brilliant host. Incredibly welcoming and very communicative. She made us feel very at home and gave great recommendations. We’d 100% recommend this BnB for anyone else who’s looking for a nice, peaceful, and private stay in one of Melbourne’s most sought after areas.

Tim is a very good host and communicate at first place with all the advance instructions. He is next door neighbour and provide local recommended places and acrivities that was helpful. He is so flexible about check in time and check out time.

A lovely spacious apartment. The apartment was well appointed and very comfortable. Excellent location, close to restaurants, beach and shops.

Janette is a wonderful person , great communication and lovely house , recommended .

Margaret's place was clean and cosy. It's compact but it had everything we wanted for our stay. We were very happy with every aspect. Margaret is a perfect host who understands what guests need and is very responsive to every enquiry and need. We would definitely book again when visiting the Bellarine.

We loved the interior of the unit, outside needs improving. Sofia was very nice helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Access to beach could not be better.

My family and I had a lovely stay at Leigh and Rob’s apartment. It was convenient to get to the penguin parade from here.

After a small hiccup checking in, Richard and the team were super quick to respond to us, and super helpful. The house was lovely and clean, with comfortable beds. Great location with easy beach access at the end of the court, with a great spot for swimming. Cowes only a short drive away. I wold be happy to book with Richard again!

Our stay at Dune Beach House for our wedding anniversary was just perfect. The house was spotlessly clean and super comfortable with quality bed linen and furnishings, we certainly hope to come back again and spend more time relaxing

Really lovely little place, spacious and comfortable for the modest size. Short walk to Red Rock beach with many wallabies in the reserve. Kim was an excellent host and gave us great recommendations for food and attractions for our stay. Would definitely come back.

Great deal for the location, easy rules and check-in

Marisa was really helpful and.easy to deal with. the house was perfect for two families, with enough space for.kids and adults alike. it's hard to tell from the pics but it's bigger than we had imagined! definitely recommend for families looking for an affordable summer spot on the peninsula that makes you feel at home :)

We had 3 nights here and enjoyed our stay. It was in a good part of the island, easy accessible. Large home with everything you would need. Amazing water pressure and a comfy firm bed. This would be great for a family as it has a large outdoor area. We were able to get in early and leave a little later which was so convenient.

Loved staying in our group of six at Daniela’s house. Communication was seamless & Daniella’s instructions were easy to follow for check in/out. House is stocked with additional pillows/blankets to get extra comfy & lots of tea/coffee to use. Lovely stay 😊

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Andrea’s place! It had a games room, walkable to all the main spots in Rye. Andrea was awesome to communicate with and super friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend and will be back again!!

We loved our stay at Karen's place! it was compact, comfy and had everything we needed. Superb location, just around the corner from shops and cafes, short drive to the beaches (glorious sunsets), and a great place to launch out further afield. We enjoyed a Phillip Island Cruise, and the Peninsula Hot Springs. Karen was a warm and very responsive host, answering a few queries beforehand quickly and checking in that we'd arrived okay. Loved our little long weekend getaway, being minutes away from the stunning beach! The space is small and quaint with the essentials easily available. We hope to return soon!
