The home was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Carol was a great host, friendly and always available to answer questions. Carol even kindly helped re-route packages that arrived for us after our departure. I would recommend the property to anybody looking to stay in the area or to be close to the surrounding areas.

I was in the area because my father had a stroke. Mark was so incredibly helpful and supportive throughout my stay. His brother and mother both helped me tremendously during a very challenging time! What an incredibly kind, compassionate and caring family. The house was adorable very well stocked convenient location with a beautiful walk to the river! Highly recommend.

We had a great stay! Ann Marie was super responsive, and the space was clean, comfortable, and just as described. It’s an easy walk to the beach and only a short drive to town. A perfect little getaway spot for a couple—highly recommend!

Terrific stay at Ellen’s lovely cottage. The house is warmly decorated and cozy. Amazing patio with outdoor fireplace and big gas grill. Fully equipped kitchen for gourmet cooking. The bathrooms are new and very clean. Lots of delightful and thoughtful little touches. A great base for exploring the North Fork!

What an absolutely gorgeous home! Staying here truly felt like being in paradise. The house itself feels so inviting; it took no time at all to relax and feel at home. Everything that you could possibly need is here in the house. Michael’s attention to detail deserves praise! This home stands out from all others because of the minor details. We needed a dog-friendly ranch style to home with three bedrooms and two bedrooms close to Sayville, where we would be celebrating Thanksgiving. I was lucky enough to find this rental which was clean, comfortable and ideal for our two-night stay. Adam was attentive and easily accessible via text. I would highly recommend this lovely home.

Clean , modern apt. Very easy to navigate with the technology. Staff very friendly and helpful. A bit noisy on street outside with traffic. Will definitely rent again with URBY, but request a courtyard side unit

The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area, and it was quiet enough for a relaxing retreat. The communication with Curran was excellent. Booked this for my mom visiting from the South , perfect location very close to shops and restaurants. The rental was clean and the host was very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely book again

Visiting my brother who lives in the area made Scott’s place a perfect choice I was able to utilize Scott’s living Area for business calls. Weather was cold but heating temp easily workable. Scott extremely friendly and personable too

Had 3 wonderful nights here, took LIRR in & back to Manhattan twice & was able to catch some Broadway shows between my concert at the local historic Paramount Theatre John was a great communicator!! A+++

We stayed here for 6 days and it was the perfect spot! She had everything we needed & it was a beautiful place to spend our vacation. Erica was extremely responsive whenever we had questions for her. We would definitely come stay here again!!

This was one of the nicest AirBnBs I've experienced. Joe was totally responsive. The space was delightfully charming. It felt like a Vermont ski chalet or a remote hunting cabin in the woods of Minnesota. The wood finish was very well crafted with a vaunted ceiling and beautiful hard wood floors. It included an excellent private bathroom. The space was roomy with a spotless kitchen, dining area, television watching space and a very comfortable bed. It was very near the highway and train for anyone looking for an easy commute to New York City. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

My husband and I have a wonderful time at the French Cottage. It’s a quiet place and we love it. Definitely worth the money.

This is a lovely home. We felt very comfortable there. The surrounding park was beautiful. We saw 5 deer one afternoon! It was very convenient to our family in Kings Park and to restaurants and shops.
