I had a wonderful stay, the view is spectacular . The cottage is cute yet roomy, has everthing you need and then some. From the fully stocked First Aid kit to the board games. They even had a volley ball net. IF your lucky enough to have a chance to stay here you will not be disappoionted .

Amazing Backyard, Very Cozy Home, Very Clean, Nice Decorations, and Easy To Follow Instructions. We had a great time relaxing here and felt right at home. It was also a bonus we were able to bring our dog. He had plenty of room to run, play, and relax as well. Would highly recommend.

This home was great for us, our daughter, son-in-law and six month old grandson, not to mention our Vizsla. We were visiting the Island for a family celebration in Babylon and this home was worth the 30 minute drive further east. Immaculate, well designed inside and out. And downtown Bellport a short drive to restaurants, coffee shops houses and shops. We’d return in a heartbeat - highly recommended.

A wonderfully relaxing, beautiful home to spend time with friends & family. The local restaurants in town are great and we also loved the Blue Point Brewery nearby in Patchogue. From the initial booking and until the end of our stay, David & Claire were great hosts i.e. very informative and responsive related to questions about our stay. We had a bedroom light issue and David was extremely responsive, and had his handyman come to the house to solve it, who couldn’t have been nicer! Would definitely recommend!

What an amazing home! Me, My husband and our dog spent a week there with another couple and their dog and it was absolutely the perfect home stay! Lots of space, bathrooms, towels, amenities, and even the most thoughtful additions like a Christmas tree and garland for the holidays! Got to use the hot tub which was perfect in a chilly day! Tons of entertainment throughout the home and they kindly had two sets of dog bowls for the pups! Will definitely try and stay again!! Thank you so much!

I was in Dion’s place with my family we really enjoyed the time we spent there,everything was perfect the pool was something that my kids enjoyed a lot, and hopefully we will come back again, for sure I totally recommend his house if you want to go and have a couple days of fun and relax thank you again Dion.

I have stayed at Jean Francois home several times. I always feel comfortable there. His home is spotless, easy to travel to, close to town, lot’s a great shops and restaurant’s and in a beautiful area. Jean Francois is also very friendly and responsive when I communicate. It’s a lovely space and I can’t wait to return!

The home was easy to find. The house was clean and relatively well stocked. The one cup coffee maker was slow, maybe clogged. We ended up buying an inexpensive coffee maker because of our big group. A laundry basket with clothes in it was accidentally left in the den. Bathrooms and surfaces were clean. It was a nice space for us to spread out. The patio around the pool was inviting.

The house is great. Plenty of room. Close to beach and bay. The market is a short 1 minute walk. The beach is a 2 minute walk. Chairs, umbrellas and beach cart are waiting for use. Great place. Greg and Sandra were very responsive. Looking forward to next year.

We had an untimely passing in the family and we needed someplace to accommodate my family last minute and Felix was very understanding and worked with us to make our family time stress free. The place was clean and spacious enough for is to gather as a family during a very difficult time. I would recommend staying here.

What an amazing host. Jenns communication is spot on. She is very accommodating and was understanding and went above and beyond for our family. In the unusual situation that we were in, not only that, but she provided us with additional garbage bags and toilet paper and other things that we needed in the home, most hosts do not do that. her home is very warm and Welcoming and inviting and made us feel right at home. If I could rate her three hundred stars, I would, she is truly and honestly, a superhost.

Wally’s place is advertised. More an old school beach house than a luxury stay. A bit no frills, but it certainly had what our group needed, and the location more than makes up for it. The design is a bit unorthodox (kitchen/living room separate from the rest of the house), but worked for us. Make sure you watch the video tour, as it provides a more accurate view of the house than the photos. ACs functioned, grill heated up, speaker connected, and always enjoy an outdoor shower. Easy 5 min walk from the ferry (less if you’re not carrying bags) and even shorter walk to the beach. Really enjoyed Kismet, just a quiet, friendly neighborhood and a nice break from real life. Wally was very responsive, making sure to touch base before check-in and check-out, and we were able to leave our bags on the porch after checkout to get some extra time on the beach, which we certainly appreciated.

This was our second stay here. Raphael and his wife are wonderful hosts! we love this cottage it's so quiet and peaceful. Beautiful grounds. Very clean and cozy place. Love the comfortable king sized bed. Great restaurants and shopping close by. Easy self check in. The heating and cooling system works great it's quiet and easy to adjust to your comfort. Great place for 2 people to relax and enjoy the serenity. I know we will be back again!

Location was perfect for us- easy to find and close to things that are important to us (family in area, beach, shopping). Fenced yard made bringing our little dog that much easier- especially during the rainy day! Kitchen was well stocked thankfully as we were cooking Thanksgiving dinner (but not well stocked in the casserole dish, baking tin department-- which is usually not an issue for most people!). Decent coffee was supplied with a Keurig. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. I liked that he didn't leave a long list of what we needed to do before leaving as that is often a hardship when trying to leave a house with kids before a long drive. I would definitely stay here again.

Christina’s place is a lovely cottage by the marina and walkable into town. The main loft bedroom and sitting area is spacious and comfortable. We stayed for the holiday with our adult daughter and we were all comfortable and cozy. She had her own bedroom on the main floor. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay while we visited our family over the holiday.

What a great house! This was such a beautiful, clean and large space to spend time with the family. We loved the pool and the large kitchen - which was well equipped. Location was fantastic - super close to town and the ferry. The living room with the large couch was our favorite - it was bright, airy and overall a great space for us all to hang out. Instructions were also very clear and easy to follow. Brian was a great host, he checked in to make sure our stay was going well and was super responsive. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Kathleen is an excellent host; friendly and responsive. The house is comfortable and roomy. We had plenty of space for our family to spread out for the week. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking gear, and the appliances are top quality. The beds are comfy with excellent quality sheets, blankets and pillows. There are also plenty of towels of all sizes. I highly recommend staying at Kathleen's place.

We spent a week at Joe‘s house and couldn’t be happier. The house, property, and surrounding area was amazing. Everything was super clean, and you won’t find a spot like this anywhere else. The master bathroom is incredible. Already trying to figure out how I can replicate that shower in my own house lol. would recommend this place 100%

This was a perfect stay for us. The house was just as described, clean and cozy. We walked to town and restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet. The host was friendly and quick to respond to any questions, gave clear instructions and recommendations for restaurants which we enjoyed.
