The flat is spacious for two persons. The views breathtaking to Hout Bay and in claer days you see Table Mountain. Jason and Candy Ann are great host and always very responsive. Jason goes out of his way to make the stay most comfortable and relaxed. We highly appreciated the warm welcome with fruits, milk and juice. We got offered daily cleaning service. I perssonally loved the uninerrupted view from the bed to the sea. The terrasse with the pool is big. You find lot‘s of privacy. The sunbeds are great. We had wonderful braais in the evenings as the place is wind protected. A nice surprise was the nesspresso machine. For cooking it’s for my opinion not ideal as the pans, pots are scratched and old.

The Lobster Pot was everything we expected - a rustic wooden home perched above the rugged shoreline and crashing waves of False Bay. An absolutely stunning location. Top the location off with a cozy three bed interior, comfortable beds, easy-to-use shower and kitchen, and there is little more we could ask for. Sue herself was a stellar host, kind and friendly, proactive up to check-in, and available if needed during our stay. We felt honored to stay here for our short stay, and look forward to a second chance one day in the near future.

10/10: We cannot recommend Jaco’s place enough. Perfect location - It’s a 2 min walk to the sea front, great restaurants, music venues and shopping in a walkable distance. The flat itself is stunningly decorated, and it is comfiest AirBnB bed ever! Great AirCon, and I have to mention the TV. So cool, it looks like a painting and the quality is very high. Lovely coffee machine, everything works as it should and everything needed is provided. I will stay here again when next in Cape Town. You’ll do so well to stay here! There are some building works out the front but the double glazed windows meant we didn’t hear anything. It’s very secure too, fob access needed at the front, and a gate in front of the door. There is also a parking space. I have not a single negative word to say.

Very nice modern and clean apartment. It felt spacious and provided all amenities and the bed was super comfortable. If you are staying in cape town as a tourist or for business I highly recommend this listing. The building staff were also friendly and helpful and the parking provided is perfectly located right next to the working elevators. Zero complaints from me.

Beautiful house in a great location. Ronalds neighbors were on hand throughout our stay to help with any queries and Ronald was very quick and helpful in responding to our messages. The house is a 10 minute walk from the sea and lots of great cafes and the house is beautiful and peaceful. We would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Really lovely place to stay. Diana was a really responsive host. A few issues with the wifi cutting out, and wished the kitchen had a few more appliances. But overall, a brilliant stay!

A perfect place to retreat to after exploring Kalk Bay shops and pools. 2 outside terraces that make the place sunny.

Carolyn is a wonderful host. They offer accommodation where all the needs of the guests are considered. They have provided privacy very well with a separate garden area. The house was very clean and tidy. There are very good restaurants and wineries in the area. Great location very close to Chapman's Peak and Nordhoek Beach.
