Our stay at Carl’s place was fabulous!! We loved the area and the walkability was amazing. The Chase Center is down the street; it offers a beautifully designed green space right by the water. Carl was a delightful host and the unit was well appointed. We LOVED having Gus’s Community Market right next door. What a treasure!!! We will definitely return:)

It was our first time staying at an Air BNB so, we were pleased to find this place. We were centrally located in downtown, walkable to restaurants and shops. Our apartment was bright, spacious, and the kitchen and bathroom was clean with all the necessities. Although there was no doorman, the host responded to our questions very quickly. Additionally, the house manual they provided was thorough and covered almost every question that might come up. It was little bit pricey but, it did not take away from our enjoyable experience there.

overall we really liked ramils place. it is very spacious and we loved sitting out on the front porch while the kids enjoyed drawing with chalk on the sidewalk. it was in walking distance to lots of great things including a great little coffee shop (lazy bird) and a playground. they had lots of amenities for people with kids including a stroller for us to use for longer walks. parking was really easy. the kitchen is huge and was a nice place to drink our coffee while the kids ate breakfast. kitchen was decently stocked but we ate out most nights. the only downside was the noise from upstairs. towards the end we were used to it but the first few days it woke us up/surprised us and felt very bothersome. however, I think we would stay here again despite that (and I'm sure we were plenty loud downstairs too). ideally there would be no upstairs noise but for the size, comfort and cost of this Airbnb I'd say it's worth it.

Sues house was great, we really have nothing to complain about at all. The beds and couch were really comfortable, the kitchen truly had everything needed and the food supplies were really nice to have since we got in late and wouldn’t have time to get food for the morning. For us the location was perfect, walkable to Dimond park and our friends houses, the cafes and restaurants on Park (shout out to sushi park!). Scooter, Sues dog, was the icing on the cake. My daughter had to stop by whenever possible to pet him and get some kisses. We will definitely be back when we come to Oakland.

Megan's place is fantastic! It's like a beautiful hotel! The location is perfect with so many things in walking distance. It was very clean and Megan was very helpful and prompt in communication. Yes, you can hear people walking above, but it was never loud enough to be a distraction. If you plan on cooking, the kitchen is great but only non-stick cookware. Loved our stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this private Airbnb in Berkeley! The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. One of the standout features was the beautiful view — it made our mornings and evenings extra relaxing. We also really appreciated the air purifier in the unit — it’s the same model we use at home, and it’s rare to see hosts include one, so that was a nice touch. The kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything we needed (and more!), which made cooking easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a nice and well-stocked place to stay! Thank you for hosting us. 😁

This place is super close to Caltrain which made it very convenient. It’s very walkable to nearby shops, and we even rented e-bikes from the store a couple blocks away and found the area very bike-friendly. The train is pretty loud — I’m used to train sounds but it was louder than expected. Highly recommend bringing earplugs — I bought some on the second night and it was perfect after that. It is her primary residence so you’ll feel more like you’re staying at a friend’s house than at a curated Airbnb. Don’t book this expecting a hotel vibe — it’s someone’s house, so come ready to respect that.

Where to begin with Alan's rental! Spacious beautiful home with an enormous kitchen and a very modern gas stove. Another reviewer made mention of no coffee maker, but it was not the case when I rented. Super close to one of Alameda's main streets (Park Street) and a shopping area called The Marketplace, having grocery food stalls including a bakery and a coffee shop. Super convenient to public transit with connecting services to anywhere in the Bay Area. Also included is central air which kept the house cozy in either hot or cool weather. An enclosed garage for the front unit where I was staying, and off-street parking for the other unit. Alan lives really close and was on the spot with the few questions I had. And the Bathroom! Fully surrounded clawfoot tub with great water pressure. I cannot forget to mention the Toyo Washlet. Heated washing and drying to keep your tooshie ultra fresh and clean. And two words say i

Keren and Bejamin's house was the perfect spot for a staff retreat - especially during a massive rain storm over a few days of our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed for making full meals. The bedrooms were very comfortable, and the living room was spacious and accommodating for our small team to work together for the week. The serene setting of the house with large windows offering incredible views made our stay feel like a true retreat. There were tenants who lived below but we never heard or saw anyone so it felt like we were alone on the property. I would rebook our future retreats there without hesitation and highly recommend their home.

We were on a girls trip to San Francisco and we decided to book this place as it looked great and seemed like in a safe area. I’m glad we booked it and we thoroughly enjoyed staying at this place. Closely located to the airport and touristy locations in the San Francisco area with great views from inside and the outside of the house. Clean home with all the possible amenities. We enjoyed they had a pool table and a home theatre along with a piano in the basement. Very private and cosy house. I’d recommend booking them without a second thought

I greatly enjoyed my stay at Paulina's home. Her place is stylish, cozy and has quality amenities. At every turn I was pleasantly surprised at the mindfully touches she made to make my stay memorable. I arrived 3 days before Christmas, when I walked in she had a tree tastefully decorated and stockings hung by the fireplace with care. Christmas eve, carolers strolled the neighborhood and sang for us. Cooking Christmas dinner was enjoyable as she has the best cookware and a large dinning table with comfortable seating. The sleep accommodations were perfect, from the comfortable bed and pillows to the soft linens. I got to spend quality time with family and we walked to historic Dimond Park with its trails, creek, swimming pool and tennis court. The neighborhood is peaceful and there's coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. When I reached out to Paulina, she quickly responded. I felt at home. I've stayed at many airbnbs, but this is one I want to return to!!

I visit the Berkeley area often and chose Kate’s place because of the proximity to my destination. I enjoyed how private the Airbnb felt while still being so close to restaurants and shopping. In previous reviews others had mentioned the temperature of the home but I had no problems at all. As long as you follow the very simple instructions from Kate, the home is as warm (or cool) as you wish it to be. The soaking tub was so relaxing and sitting by the fireplace was the perfect way to end each day . I did not cook while I was there but can attest that Uber Eats and Door Dash found the home and door with ease. I would definitely stay here again.

My friends from Utah and Hawaii came to visit, and we have a very nice time at Jer’s house! The house its very clean and organized, and very spacious! The kitchen its a very organized, we able to cook and have a nice meals at the dining table. Jer send us all the instructions, we don’t have to ask anything, he is very proactive and professional! We really recommend this place! And definitely will be in our wish list to came back!

Riaz and Griffin were lovely hosts. The place was beautiful, comfortable, and a sanctuary! Everything far exceeded my expectations. Things like coffee, soaps, nice bedding and towels, and a fully appointed kitchen made it feel like a home away from home. The personal attention from the hosts was unheard of in my air bnb experiences. Wonderful people. North Beach is by far my favorite neighborhood in the city and I loved the convenience of walking everywhere again. I cannot say enough about this place. I hope to rent again!! It is by far my best Air BnB experience yet.

Max and Tony’s home is gorgeous — beautiful mid-century furniture, a sun-filled garden, all on a quiet and leafy street. It’s even more beautiful than the photos. Max and Tony are thoughtful and generous hosts with great local recommendations. Their dog Eddie is a sweetheart. This is the only place we want to stay in Berkeley.

Just had a great stay at Andi's beautiful home. Great location for our stay in SF - safe, central, close to many activities. Beds were very comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen was great for cooking meals in the home. Off street parking was easy appreciated. Andi was responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend Andi's place!

Great safe neighborhood location with lots of character. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants and shops and to Pier 33 to board the boat to Alcatraz Island (highly recommend that excursion). Enjoyed our stay at Ted's place and he is a wonderful host.
