Had a lovely stay at Annette and Fred’s place - the location was great, the house was fully stocked and the hosts were extremely responsive when we had questions. Having a hot tub and gas fireplaces were an added bonus for spending the evenings admiring the views.

We loved this home. The area was great and near everything and the street was nice and quiet for the area. The home was immaculate, the care to maintain this home is obvious! Next time we are in San Francisco, this will be our first choice for lodging.

Stayed here for 3 nights and our only regret was not booking for longer. Chuck’s place is the perfect getaway retreat in Bolinas. I’d describe it as quaint, cozy, rustic, clean and just right for a couple of people. Hot tub and outdoor shower are private and easy to use & the views from the deck are unmatched. During the stay I accidentally locked myself out of the house and Chuck was super responsive to help me out. Would 100% return.

Quiet, peaceful, beautiful garden, responsive host, ample street parking. Definitely worth the price. Plus there's a hot tub you can use after the end of a long day or before the start of one like how we used. MINUTES away from bars, restaurants, and shopping in Oakland. Great location. Thank you so much for the comfortable stay!

I'm tempted to only say horrible lies about this place, because I want to keep this gem all to myself. But I can't think of a single negative thing to say about this place. The location was gorgeous, the interior design was beautiful, and the hot tub in the middle of the redwoods was just the cherry on top.

This Berkeley hideaway is tucked into a wooded neighborhood, providing a restful and quiet space to relax. It is still close to Berkeley for entertainment and hiking, and Tilden Park and the wonderful botanical gardens are just 6 minutes from this location. It certainly is a place we'd enjoy visiting again.

Felt like it was just lke my home accept they have a hot tub that I used almost every night during my stay also had a beautiful garden. Is very quiet and relaxing.

This is by far the best Airbnb I've ever stayed at. The apartment is gorgeous, cozy and comfortable. Beautiful (and Bay Area themed) decor and a fully stocked kitchen which is always so nice to have. They even had basics in the fridge for us and coffee and tea. There were also sweet touches like menus for local restaurants, guidebooks and history books for the Bay Area, which were so helpful to have! They really know their audience. The backyard garden was a dream and just walking to the entrance was so beautiful every time. We came in spring and the flowers were so fragrant! The house is close to lots of great places for coffee and food and super convenient for bus and BART. And finally, the host! Paula was so lovely! She was super responsive over text from the start. We also got to meet her in the backyard! Staying here was a total treat. I would highly highly recommend and will definitely book again next time we are in the Bay Area!

overall we really liked ramils place. it is very spacious and we loved sitting out on the front porch while the kids enjoyed drawing with chalk on the sidewalk. it was in walking distance to lots of great things including a great little coffee shop (lazy bird) and a playground. they had lots of amenities for people with kids including a stroller for us to use for longer walks. parking was really easy. the kitchen is huge and was a nice place to drink our coffee while the kids ate breakfast. kitchen was decently stocked but we ate out most nights. the only downside was the noise from upstairs. towards the end we were used to it but the first few days it woke us up/surprised us and felt very bothersome. however, I think we would stay here again despite that (and I'm sure we were plenty loud downstairs too). ideally there would be no upstairs noise but for the size, comfort and cost of this Airbnb I'd say it's worth it.

Nancy's place was beautiful and perfect for a family vacation! She was very communicative, providing recommendations for local eats, and very responsive whenever we needed help with anything. Her home is very comfortable with lots of amenities (tea, coffee, snacks, water bottles) and a fully stocked kitchen. The home is in a peaceful neighborhood and nearby to lots of restaurants. A wonderful stay overall!

The house is in a great location and perfectly suited for a relaxing visit to the area. Great walks right out the front door and downtown Half Moon Bay is a quick drive or even a walk.

I enjoyed my time at Audrey’s place. They are centrally located and the backyard is a beautiful place to work or unwind. Audrey, Jordie, and the pups were very friendly and hospitable. I would highly recommend their place for any guest visiting Oakland.

This house is an absolute gem! It’s so cool, fantastic environment, beautifully decorated with everything you’ll need. It’s smack in the middle of amazing redwood trees, walkable to town and close to so many activities. The hosts are equally great, so friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t have changed a single thing. Our kids are already asking when we can go back!

I stayed here for a month and it was great, I highly recommend! As described and seen in the pictures. Annie was helpful and ensured I had everything I needed. I think this apartment is perfect for 1-2 people with a child or small/medium-sized pet. Clean and cozy with nice, warm lighting. The bed was comfy, kitchen was small but well-equipped, living room was roomy with a medium-sized couch, and bathroom more than sufficient. I loved relaxing on the deck as well! The neighborhood is hilly and beautiful, close to bus/ferry/restaurants/stores. Touristy downtown, but not as much in the immediate vicinity. I walked A LOT with my dog and enjoyed it, but the hills can be steep! Definitely a very safe area. The only “con” is, in my opinion, it’s just a bit expensive for the size. However, I understand it’s in a pretty wealthy neighborhood and am sure Airbnb fees/taxes account for a decent part of the cost. Suffice to say, this is a once-in-a-long-while stay for me. Hopefully that’s fair.

Das kleine Häuschen ist wunderschön, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wunderbar gelegen. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und von dort aus kann man viele verschiedene tolle Touren machen , ob in der Natur-Reservoirs, Meer oder in der Stadt San Francisco. Ich -wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und ich werde gerne wieder zurückkommen.

It was the perfect place for our family to gather over the holidays. Cozy but spacious with that back cottage providing a separate space for separate couple.

Needed a place for a few days… and fell in LOVE with this hidden gem!!! Amazing hosts- Lori& Mike are the best! They are friendly , helpful and inviting- while simultaneously giving privacy and space. Not to mention all of the amazing work they are doing in and for the community- check out their bio!! The accommodations were beautiful, peaceful and intentional. And CLEAN!! Every space well curated. Home felt like a hug- and was filled with treasures! Looking forward to a return trip!! It was an amazing weekend, Mrs. Jenny was very attentive she made the stay so much better for every guest involved even my daughter!!! She is the type of person you look for when using Airbnb! I loved the unit and will DEFINITELY be back again!

My family (parents, grandparents, and kids) stayed at this great waterfront home in March 2025. My kids loved the heated pool, hot tub, and kayak! We liked the well appointed kitchen and having lots of space to spread out across the five bedrooms. The only downside is that’s it’s a bit on the well used side and could use touch-ups here and there and one bedroom is a loft so we had to be aware of the noise level downstairs. That didn’t stop us from having a great time and using this as our jumping off point to the city (15-30 min depending on traffic) or North Bay for hiking, oysters, and wine.

Everything was perfect the house was amazing with its pool and hot tub… Everything mentioned was there but unfortunately the Air-conditioning wasn’t available for the first floor and the fans in the rooms where not enough for cooling. Lastly, Rahel the host was very welcoming and we had an easy check-in. Great communication she was very responsive to our notes…

We stayed at Sara's while visiting family nearby, but her home felt like a vacation in itself. The backyard is magical - we spent a fair amount of time there, swimming, grilling/dining, reading/napping. The backyard (and its myriad diversions) even lured our tech-obsessed teenagers away from their devices for extended periods. Everything was well maintained, no detail overlooked. We also enjoyed the access to a peloton bike and workout equipment. The interior was clean, organized, stylish but comfortable. The sunroom and small courtyard off of the bedrooms were great for yoga or stealing a quiet moment with a cup of coffee or book. Sara was responsive and attentive. Instruction booklet was clear and helpful. The stay exceeded our expectations. We hope to be back.

I rented Polina’s place for my daughter and toddler grandson during their visit to the area because my husband and I did not have room for them to stay with us. It was an excellent choice - a lovely well maintained unit on the grounds of Polina and her family’s home in the hills above Walnut Creek. Very peaceful area, yet close to downtown and transportation options. Polina was so kind and helpful, the unit has everything one would need for a short stay in the area. Highly recommended and a good value for the area.

We had a great stay—David was a fantastic host. The apartment was beautiful and exactly as described, and the location in the Mission was perfect. We loved our time here and would definitely recommend it.

We flew in to California from Arkansas on a Wednesday to attend a funeral on Friday and one on Saturday. Dale met us at the house and was very friendly and willing to help with any concerns that we had.He brought toilet paper,packs of new washcloths and body wash and I absolutely loved that.There were plenty of large clean white bath towels.The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots and pans and anything needed to cook with. The pantry was also well stocked but we ate out every meal.We only used the kitchen to make tea and coffee. He came and provided us with an extra parking pass for our guest.He offered to have the carpet cleaned while we was there but we opted to have the carpets cleaned after checkout.We was able to wash and dry our clothes with the washer and dryer in the garage.The beds were comfortable with nice clean linens and plenty of soft pillows.Check in was easy.We didn’t get to use the backyard at all because we was out and about every day.Roku TV’s in every room.
