Convenient and tasteful studio apartment in a great location with a helpful host as well as a much appreciated parking spot. We also stayed here last year.

We needed a place to stay while we put our house in the market. This place was great, convenient and had everything we needed. Excellent communication with the host and although we had a minor problem, he proactively refined us to account for it. Overall great experience and loved the big wide open kitchen.

The hosts really anticipated the needs of our stay. The house had the most amenities out of any Airbnb I have seen so far. There were shower caps, plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, plastic bags, foil, coffee, a coffee maker, and more. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, plates, and almost any utensil you could think of. They took care of the small details. Each room was a good size and each bed was very comfortable. They host really invested in the experience and it shows. I would highly recommend this host.

A Great stay at Jory’s house - plenty of room to spread out and relax, as well as have nice family dinners and time to chat and play games. Great location near our family, as well as the very nice Manayunk Main Street and canal walkway.

Such a spacious, clean and perfectly located home. My colleagues and I stayed here while on business and it was a perfect location for us as we moved about the city. We received many fabulous restaurant recommendations and Mike was responsive to any and all questions. This is a great place for a group of friends meeting up in the city - lots of bedrooms/bathrooms and a fun place overall.

The unit was really nice and so comfortable for our group of 5. The kitchen was well equipped and all of the appliances including the dishwasher and washer/dryer were put to use. It was more spacious than I expected, had lots of useful closet space and was surprisingly quiet for such an urban location. I would book again.

We had an amazing stay. This apartment is beautiful. It was spacious with amazing decor. Love the fact that there’s 2 bathrooms. We got peace of mind with parking thanks to parking on the guest side using the guest pass. The TV is a great size, lots of games to play, it was clean. This BnB was a great experience and just what we needed. Thanks again!

We enjoyed our stay. The place was exactly as described and was very comfortable and modern feeling. Having access to the amenities on site were great. We had a few questions and needs throughout our stay which were responded to and handled promptly. We ended up extending our stay since we needed to and we're very comfortable. If we are in need of a long term rental again, we'll definitely consider staying here again.

Looked exactly like the pictures everything that was in the description was accurate. The place was very nicely set up smelt so good as soon as you walk in. Decorations all over which made it feel homey. It was my first time ever staying in an AirBNB and it was worth it. I got to spent time with my Bestfriend and was walking distance to stores. The host was very responsive and was very nice. I would also come back in the summer to enjoy the pool.

The location was awesome it was quiet and safe. We found parking out front and decided to Uber because the parking was tight at the location we wanted to visit. It bright in the morning but she left eye pads and earplugs I didn’t realize I needed for my boyfriend’s snoring. I would definitely stay again it was a great experience.

I felt so lucky to have found this apartment. It was absolutely beautiful and super comfortable and luxurious. The location was amazing, and Yoseph was a fantastic host. He gave perfectly clear directions and instructions and was there if I needed anything. Highly recommend!!!

My gang of friends agreed we’d happily come back here again - lovely setting & big driveway for parking; comfy bedrooms and generous number of bathrooms; well-equipped kitchen compared to most rentals; pleasant but unobtrusive decor; and short, clear host instructions. And it was so warm for December that we even got to hang out on the patio, also comfy & welcoming. I think the only things (and they were very minor) that we’d recommend adding would be conventional potholders, a few more sets of silverware, a couple more DR chairs, and a reminder sign about the step down from the kitchen into the DR. Overall, would definitely recommend!

Lots of space, easy check in process, plenty is accessible within a short walk.

David is a great host and this place is an excellent stay. Spent more time in Philadelphia and King of Prussia, but appreciated the myriad of restaurants around the area of the house. The house was clean and spacious and the pictures were exactly what came with the location. Check in and out was very easy and David was extremely responsive, even checking in to make sure that things were going well. I recommend this home highly as a place to stay and if I come back to the area, this is the first place I’m looking to stay.

Tom is a super host. He was very responsive and always in a timely manner! His property is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained! He even had a few snacks and drinks available upon checkin. We will definitely be back and stay at Tom’s place next time we go back! Thank you Tom!!!

Felt like I was in my own home. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook a great meal. The beds were comfortable. TVs had accuses to all streaming platforms. Helen was quick to respond to any questions I had. Would definitely suggest staying there. Much better than other homes I have rented in the past.

Orlando's house was everything, the backyard, the basement for my grandchildren was amazing. I was able to cook for an event that I was giving my daughter. It was 10 mins for the hall. Orlando, responded to my every need. The next time I am having an event with my family I will most definitely book with Orlando.
