From the moment I first messaged Matthew about staying in the house to the end of the trip and closing the door for the last time we couldn't fault our experience. Matthew has been quick to reply, friendly and very accommodating with our needs. The house itself was beautiful inside and out, easily accommodating 3 families and enabling us to cook and eat together in luxury! I really can't thank you enough for such a wonderful time, it will stay with us all for a long time, so much so that we all want to come back again next year!

We spent a week at the house with several generations and it was absolutely perfect. There are basically two separate living rooms which was brilliant. Great that we had our own bathrooms and the house is in a fantastic location. Loads of space, kitchen worked well and would recommend the house for a group that has different needs to cater to. The hosts were very responsive and left good instructions.

A fantastic stay and the property was exactly as described. Spotlessly clean and really well equipped. The location is great. A few minutes walk from Newquay Town Centre and less than 10 mins walk to Fistral Beach through the middle of the golf course on a traffic free path. The host responded within an hour on both occasions I contacted her. I can’t fault anything. Thanks for a fantastic stay. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay and only 20 mins walk from the centre. It was extremely clean, spacious and value for money. The social areas and kitchen were very generous for space. Hot water and heated when required. Overall exactly what we were looking for.

We were 4 Adults with a baby down in Perranporth for 3 days, for a family funeral. The Beach House was just what we needed to recover from the 6 hour journey from Essex and the cosiness made it feel like home from home. It sits at the bottom of a hill, with the town centre and beach just a 5/7 minute flat walk. Communication from Vicky was very informative, friendly and proactive if we had any questions. I would recommend this property and will be looking at coming back either later this year or next year sometime.

We loved our stay! Beautiful and homely, with lovely outdoor spaces. Rooms were all comfortable, clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Simon and Saraya were friendly, gave helpful instructions and were really responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Such a beautiful place, great location, short walk to the beach and town. It did take me a few attempts and help from some local friends to find it but once you locate it, everything went smoothly. Check in was easy. Biz provided lots of information on the run up to my trip and there’s a handy guide in the room for everything else!

We loved our stay in Siobhan’s cosy annexe. It was bright, spacious and perfectly equipped for a holiday by the sea. We really appreciated the easy access to the local amenities and the sea. Can't wait to came back again!

Lou was a very proactive host giving very clear instructions. Really nice location just out of the bustle of Newquay but close enough to be a part of everything. Apartment had everything I needed. I'd definitely come back.

This was our first time booking an AirBnB and I needn't have worried. Marcus is a great host, very helpful and the property was exactly like the photos and description. It was in a perfect location for us, in a quiet part of town, but just a 10 minute walk to the town centre where there were some great pubs and Newquays beaches and harbour are also not far away. We found it very quiet in the apartment and weren't disturbed by any noise at all. We thought the Christmas tree and other decorations were a lovely touch and we felt at home and very comfortable.

Great self contained unit. Spotlessly clean and perfect for a short stay. Very easy to walk to the beaches and town. Parking for larger vehicles tricky but manageable. Caroline was very kind in arranging the booking at late notice.

As first-time Airbnb users, we were blown away by Kathryn's flat. It felt like a home away from home. Kathryn clearly put a lot of thought into making our stay unforgettable. We highly recommend her property to anyone.

We had a fantastic stay. So comfortable, clean, well presented home. yummy scones waiting for us, and a little milk which meant I could have a tea first thing in the morning! There were also dog bowls and a dental stick waiting for our pup. The addition of flowers in the house made it feel so homely and everything was so comfy. Watching the surfing from the balcony was a real highlight. Also, Marita is the ideal host! So responsive and friendly :-) We cant wait to stay again- everything was perfect!

Martha’s place is very nice a cozy. Local to the town as well as out of the way so you feel some seclusion. The apartment was clean and tidy with clear instructions with a handy welcome booklet. Handy free parking space which helped massively. Martha was very friendly and responsive and was a delightful stay. Finding the apartment was not very easy. I struggled with the instructions but found it eventually. It could do with some lighting outside to help navigate the steps but my phone torch worked just as well. I really enjoyed my stay as did my dog was really nice with plenty to do within walking distance and short driving distance lots of dog friendly beaches, restaurants, cafes and shops.

Lucy was a great host! The flat was spotless, she sent us super clear instructions to get to the flat. The parking spot, was a big plus!

Had a four night stay with my wife, children and parents, 6 of us in total. A great space for this amount of people for sure especially as the apartment offered 2 and a half bathrooms and two secure parking spaces. Place was clean upon arrival, and housekeeper Tracey was very friendly and welcoming as we did get in touch regarding a couple of things. Just for anyone who are fans of views to be aware of the only drawback was the scaffolding on the building which of course is temporary. It's currently partially obstructing the views from the apartment, completely blocking views from the dining area and slightly overhanging the balcony area, we were however made aware of this prior to arrival. Both Karen the host and Tracey the housekeeper were great at communicating, very friendly and accommodating where possible. We made Tracey aware the high chair wasn't at the property upon arrival and this was quickly fixed would recommend as hosts for sure and feel you can book with confidence.

We have had a lovely 5 day stay. The apartment was extremely clean and tidy with everything you needed and more for it to feel like home. The views were beautiful from every window and I spent most my time in the apartment peacefully watching the world go by. Perfect location with Fistral beach 4/5 minutes to the right and town 5-10 minutes to the left. Being dog friendly meant to the world to us and everything being so local and dog friendly made our stay so easy and enjoyable. We will definitely be back in the near future. Kristen was a great host. Right from the time of booking until checkout, Kristen was proactive in providing clear instructions to ensure a smooth check-in and comfortable stay. We stayed for 2 nights during New Year’s eve , the place was super clean, easily accessible with all the amenities required within kitchen, bathroom, games set, books to read. The aesthetics of the house were to the point and the house felt like home. Would recommend it to all.

The apartment was fantastic! It was extremely well-equipped, having everything you need for a longer stay. The views were tremendous from the front window, overlooking the sea. Nigel was extremely proactive and responsive that made us feel right at home, including a guide to outline all the local area has to offer!
