From the moment I first messaged Matthew about staying in the house to the end of the trip and closing the door for the last time we couldn't fault our experience. Matthew has been quick to reply, friendly and very accommodating with our needs. The house itself was beautiful inside and out, easily accommodating 3 families and enabling us to cook and eat together in luxury! I really can't thank you enough for such a wonderful time, it will stay with us all for a long time, so much so that we all want to come back again next year!

Our stay was brilliant, with the space having everything we needed in terms of comfortable bed, spotless bathroom and well equipped kitchen. It was great being able to come and go from our own entrance, easy checkin and all very private. The EV charger was a huge bonus and we will now especially look to stay at places that offer this function. Tara was very responsive and friendly. Will definitely stay again when we next visit our friends that also live in Hayle.

A fantastic stay and the property was exactly as described. Spotlessly clean and really well equipped. The location is great. A few minutes walk from Newquay Town Centre and less than 10 mins walk to Fistral Beach through the middle of the golf course on a traffic free path. The host responded within an hour on both occasions I contacted her. I can’t fault anything. Thanks for a fantastic stay. Highly recommended.

After staying in many Airbnbs I think this was one of the cleanest, nearest, full of goodies and warmly presented homes I have been in. Comfy beds, cleanest of bathrooms and amazing spaces. Loaf of delicious bread, eggs, fresh milk, cookies, butter and homemade jam and other teas and coffee and condiments. Amazing. Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable.

We were 4 Adults with a baby down in Perranporth for 3 days, for a family funeral. The Beach House was just what we needed to recover from the 6 hour journey from Essex and the cosiness made it feel like home from home. It sits at the bottom of a hill, with the town centre and beach just a 5/7 minute flat walk. Communication from Vicky was very informative, friendly and proactive if we had any questions. I would recommend this property and will be looking at coming back either later this year or next year sometime.

Sarah’s place was a lovely getaway from civilisation for the weekend. My children and dog absolutely adored their stay and found it a very wholesome weekend! Close to local towns and supermarkets and board games to play! Would definitely recommend anyone to stay! And definitely will visit again.

Our stay at Jon and Victoria’s place was a dream. Beautiful views, peace & quiet and a stunning property - we couldn’t have asked for more. The property itself had everything you could need for a short stay - just like a home away from home and it was beautifully presented. We took our dog along with us and he was obsessed with the outdoor space - plenty of room for him to run to his hearts content! Jon and Victoria were both great - extremely helpful and super quick to respond to messages. Fab hosts! We will certainly be returning to Jon & Victorias - already planning for next year!

Realy nice holiday home. Lovely holiday park even better home. Nice and modern. Host was really nice and was really responsive to any queries we had.

Beautiful converted stable, warm, cosy & extremely clean. Every eventuality catered for & a lovely welcome pack with milk, cookies & crisps. Perfect if you are looking for peaceful surroundings with lovely scenery and walks. Short car journey into the nearest town. Nicola was super friendly & helpful. She greeted us when we arrived and popped by to say goodbye. Perfect host !

Very clean and spacious, home from home. Literally 10 min drive from Fistral Beach and the town center. The area is very quiet and peaceful. Definitely would stay again.

We had a lovely stay at Kirsten and Bens flat. Loved the view and the beach themed decor. Had everything we needed, spacious and perfect location. The hosts are absolutely lovely and very responsive. Really recommend this place and will be coming back!

We visited the place over New Year's period. It is very quite place. The house is amazing and very clean. In great location to go sightseeing. We managed to use the pool which very clean. Highly recommend the place.

We had a lovely week in February at Emma’s lodge. It’s great and very homely place, extremely well equipped kitchen, too. Stunning views and outdoor space. Emma gave us lots of local recommendations from eating out to things to do. Perfect host!

What a lovely stay we had! Location was great 10 minute drive to both Newquay and Perinporth. Cabin was clean, tidy and cosy. Tina was very friendly and quick with responses - we made better time than planned and were even able to check in earlier which was so convenient for us. Scenery was lovely and peaceful which made the host tub that much nicer - Lovely host - hoping to visit again soon!

We had a lovely short stay. We arrived late after a long journey arriving at Bristol airport. We felt relaxed and at home straight away. The cottage is very clean and the kitchen well equipped with everything you could possibly need.

Came down for a family wedding nearby and location was perfect for us. The farmhouse was cozy, welcoming and spacious. The beds were comfy, so much so we all overslept on checkout morning. Facilities, especially in the kitchen were ideal for us. We would love to come again, next time for longer so we can explore the local area more thoroughly and probably with the dog who missed out this time. Thanks for having us to stay.

Ship-shape, efficiently designed. We were greeted in person by our host and with a packet of delicious ginger cookies and written note of welcome. Tricky but sufficient parking spot right at the gate to the cabin.
