Loved staying here and really enjoyed the growth of a suburb like Gardenvale So close to the water and a short train ride to the heart of the city. Fantastic and can't wait to stay again.

Aurelie's home was a wonderful place to stay. Clean and well positioned in the Melbourne suburbs. Great communication from host on arrival and departure. Nice touches of a welcome gift and message. Couldn't fault.

Beautiful house, had all the amenities we needed. Close to the Showgrounds (we were visiting for equitana). Secure and safe. Very quiet street. Fantastic value for money. Maria’s house is beautiful, and certainly very spacious! Everything is incredibly comfortable, and it has a very relaxing atmosphere. The garden is huge, with a beautiful oak tree, and would be lovely to sit under in the warmer weather. It is in very quiet area that is close to Maling road, and would be easy to get to the city from. Maria is lovely to communicate with, and left us a little treat! We would thoroughly recommend staying here! Thank you :)

We absolutely loved Rebecca’s place! It is filled with character and has a wonderful outdoor entertaining area, perfect for the whole family. The house has plenty of natural light and has all necessary amenities. We also loved the location as it was just around the corner from many wonderful restaurants, coffee shops and the pier. Fantastic location in central Melbourne and getting around

This apartment is great value and such a lovely kid friendly space. Host is super responsive and helpful. We would love to stay again next time we are in the city.

The place is centrally located and easy access to bus, tram and metro services. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Anthony is a very helpful host. Enjoyed my stay.

This was my second time at Zhiyue and Shouline's great apartment. I was really comfortable again. My stay, this time, coincided with a hectic period of exams and assessments (I am a student from the UK) so it was so nice to return to the apartment where I knew it would be quiet and I would be able to study. The apartment has everything you need for a cosy stay - it is a real home-from -home. As always, everything was spotless. The location is fantastic! Shops and restaurants are immediately at hand, as well as trains and trams but inside the apartment, it is very peaceful. Thank you again, Zhiyue and Shouline - you are always very kind to me. I'm sure Ill be back!

What fabulous hosts and an equally impressive Airbnb. Felt right at home - John and Jeane provide so many little extras - like extra towels, sauces, cooking ingredients, not that we used them but what a considerate thing to do, also lots of toilet rolls and things that other airbnbs do not usually have. They were also lovely to deal with and their place was absolutely spotless. They also provided stuff for our toddler - including toys and games, hugh chair etc. which made our stay much more enjoyable. We had a great trip and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property.

was able to stay for four nights with five people very comfortably. I've done this trip to Melbourne multiple times and found the price paid for the space and location to be the best I've had in comparison to some big name hotels. the ability to stay somewhere like this with all the amenities of a home as required is well worth the price. would definitely look at staying here again for future visits.

Our family had an excellent stay at Faye’s apartment. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. The central AC was appreciated by all after long hot days of exploring the city. Faye was easy to communicate with and we enjoyed the location. Would definitely recommend!

This apartment is one of the best we have stayed in. Spotlessly clean bathrooms and kitchen, all the necessary kitchen requirements, comfortable furniture, big TV, nice long balcony. It's very quiet at night. The location was perfect for us - ten minute walk to shows at Crown and the Lume, plus all the restaurants along Southbank. Straight across the street is a big Woolworths supermarket. Our only issue was finding the car parking space but Meary has said she will give detailed instructions for that in future. All the communication with Meary has been with a very quick response time and she is a lovely person to deal with. I highly recommend this property.

This is a comfortable apartment for a stay in Melbourne. Close to amenities, the tram is directly across the road. Offers secure carparking. Supermarket only 5 minutes walk. Quirky decorations and art in the apartment make it much less a bland hotel room to be a fun place to stay.

Spacious 2 bedroom condo with off street parking. Crystal clear instructions and was as pictured / described.

Colin was an excellent host. Communication was great, he even opend the appartement for us prior to the usual checkin time. We had a perfect week at his place and can absolutely recommend it.
