If you are planning on spending more than a week in Rome but do not want to reside in any tourist area, look no further than Antonia’s absolutely fantastic home in Garbatella!!!! The bedrooms (three!) are all spacious and well-lit. The bathrooms provide everything one needs, including a washing machine! We cooked several of our meals in her well-appointed kitchen as it contained everything one needs, including a huge refrigerator by Italian standards and a dishwasher! The BEST part however is Antonia herself! Fantastic communication throughout our stay and the most generous of persons, even dropping off fresh Italian pastries one morning! 5-minute walk to the metro; fantastic cheese and meat shop around the corner; 12-minute walk to the train 🚂 station and all in a vibrant neighborhood of true Italy!

Fidias home was perfect. It is near the Piazza del Popolo, walking distance to the Prati neighborhood. Approximately 11 minutes to the Spanish steps. The home is clean and spacious, very comfortable. We had a rainy day on the trip and we were happy relaxing in the living room. The bedrooms are large and the beds are very comfortable. Fidia was very kind and responsive. She arranged transportation for us from the train station and to the airport, which made our trip even smoother. Overall, our experience was wonderful, and I can't recommend Fidia’s home enough for anyone visiting Rome!

We enjoyed our stay at Germana's place! We loved the location, walkable to everything in the Trastevere neighborhood and about a 25-30 min walk to the Colosseum. They provided coffee, tea, a snack, and a small bottle of prosecco which we appreciated! It was also well stocked with shampoo, a hair dryer, and iron, and a closet with hangers.

A fantastic apartment in a great location, next to the Pantheon. A lovely space to have as a family or a group. So many places to eat on your doorstep and you can walk easily to everything that Rome has to offer. Andrea is a superb host, who was waiting for us as we arrived and explained all we needed to know. Andrea provided a comprehensive list of recommendations and was always responsive whenever I messaged. Thank you Andrea for making our stay so easy.

Stefano’s place was absolutely amazing! We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more. The location on the 6th floor offers stunning views that are truly unforgettable. I especially loved the hot tub and terrace, where I spent every evening relaxing. The place was spotless, and they even let us drop off our bags the morning we arrived. I give Stefano’s place 5 stars, and we’ll definitely book again when we visit. It felt just like home!

El apartamento se encuentra en una zona muy tranquila, a 5 minutos de la estación San Pietro y con paradas de buses muy cerca. Tiene varios supermercados a 5 minutos y muchos restaurantes por la zona. El vaticano se encuentra a 5 minutos. El apartamento muy confortable amplio ideal para familias numerosas. El único pequeño detalle fue la calefacción, la cual solía funcionar en horarios de la noche y madrugada, pero no durante el día (a tener en cuenta para días frios). El anfitrión muy respetuoso y atento, siempre predispuesto para resolver las inquietudes.

انا سعيدة بختياري شقة ماريا تريز شعرت أني بمنزلي كل شيء متوفر ومقدمة الخدمة رائعة ، يوجد ثلاث دورات مياه كانت كافيه جدا لعددنا 7 اشخاص ، الحمام الاصغر فيها كان يمكن استخدام الدش كشطاف وهذا يعني لنا الكثير صراحه ، النظافة ولا غلطه الشقة غرفها صغيره لكن هي كذا الشقق بأوربا بصفه عامة ، الشقة دافئة كون زيارتنا بالشتاء لكن يوجد فيها مكيف في جميع المرافق

This apartment is amazing! It’s in a great location and in a lovely old building with a marble staircase. The apartment is spotlessly clean and very well-appointed. One thing which really stood out was that the main bedroom and bathroom are extremely spacious. It was a bonus having great outside space which we used even though our visit was in February. The communication from the hosts was excellent and the details provided regarding getting into the apartment were clear and detailed. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Eduardo ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat immer schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet. Die Unterkunft ist mit verschiedenen Bussen oder der Metro erreichbar. Ein Supermarkt ist auch fußläufig erreichbar. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und für zwei Familien war die Unterkunft super. Der Hund ist lieb.

Emanuela was an absolutely fantastic host! Friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment itself was spotless and smelled lovely! It was also perfectly located, being very close to the metro station (Pigneto - 2 stations away from San Giovanni) which made getting around Rome incredibly easy. While not far from the city center, we also loved that it was situated in a neighborhood with some fantastic local restaurants, bars and supermarkets that weren't overrun with tourists. Highly recommend this place for a memorable Roman getaway!

El apartamento está muy bien situado y comunicado para llegar a cualquier parte de la ciudad. El Vaticano está a 5 minutos andando. Sin duda, si volvemos a Roma, volveremos a este apartamento. Muchísimas gracias por todo Giuseppe!

Come ogni anno la casa era molto pulita in più, rispetto allo scorso anno, abbiamo trovato il wifi piacevole novità!

La ubicación del departamento es inigualable, literalmente a una cuadra del Coliseo y muy cerca del todas las otras atracciones.. Pamino muy amable y el acceso muy sencillo. Ampliamente recomendable.

Ho alloggiato da Paolo 4 giorni appartamento molto spazioso e confortevole vicinissimo alla metro (20 m),Paolo molto simpatico e amichevole .Consigliatissimo.

Abbiamo soggiornato durante le vacanze natalizie, la zona è ottima, comoda per visitare a piedi l'intero centro storico di Roma, ma allo stesso tempo molto silenzioso. L'alloggio è dotato di tutto il necessario ed è confortevole per ospitare una famiglia di 5 persone. Giuliana è stata d'aiuto per qualsiasi occorrenza, spesso proattiva nei suoi consigli.

Espaço maravilhoso e muito perto de zonas principais como a Piazza Navona, Panteão e mesmo da Fontana de Trevi. Tem uma paragem de autocarro pertíssimo que nos leva aos restantes locais muito facilmente. Apesar de central, está numa zona mais calma e não cheia de turistas. A casa é pequena mas serve perfeitamente o propósito. Tudo muito limpo e organizado. Sugiro apenas tentarem aproveitar mais o espaço em baixo com uma secretária ou sofá ligeiramente maior. A Stefania é uma anfitreã muito prestável e sempre disponível. Recebeu-nos no espaço e deu-nos várias dicas de restaurantes perto. Este é um alojamento excelente.

Carmine und seine Frau haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Trotz Sprachschwierigkeiten haben wir uns sehr gut verständigen können. Das Grundstück wird von beiden super gepflegt, jede Ecke ist sauber. Es gibt kein Unkraut. Der Pool und die Umgebung sind auch sehr schön angelegt, sehr viel Platz. Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub. Vielen lieben Dank. Anja und Familie

A haven away from the hustle and bustle of Rome. Only a 15 min drive from the station where you can hop on the metro and be at the heart of the city in 15 mins. The house was really well equipped set in beautiful gardens that are perfect for relaxing in after a busy day. Licia was there to greet us and was welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable about the area giving us some great tips on what to do and where to go. Highly recommended.

We hebben 9 dagen in Carla’s geweldige woning en prachtige omgeving doorgebracht. De woning is volledig uitgerust en alles wat je nodig hebt, is aanwezig. De locatie van het huis is onbeschrijfelijk mooi. Vanaf het terras heb je een adembenemend uitzicht over de vallei en de omliggende bergen. Het zwembad was schoon en netjes, en voldeed perfect aan onze wensen. Carla was altijd bereikbaar via telefoon en Airbnb-berichten voor eventuele vragen. Via deze weg wil ik Carla bedanken voor deze onvergetelijke vakantie en de fijne communicatie. Dank je wel, Carla 🙏

Wow, what a place. Claudia's house is like a little oasis of calm with breathtaking views over Rome. We stayed with our friends with 4 little children amongst us and it couldn't have been better, the children loved playing in the ample garden and spent ages down in the little play area. The communal spaces outside were really lovely, it was just a shame the weather didn't allow us to use them as much as we would have liked! Inside, the house is spacious and great for multi-family living. Grazie mille Claudia, for allowing us to share your little piece of paradise.

We had a lovely stay at Cecilia’s property! Amazing view, big kitchen, bbq, pool; we had a wonderful time. The host was super friendly and responsive during our stay. Thank you so much Cecilia and Mariana!

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans le logement et avons été très satisfaits de recevoir des instructions claires pour venir et également les recommandations de sorties. Le logement est petit mais pratique pour 2 personnes et propre. Petit bémol la ventilation de la salle de bain impossible à arrêter la nuit qui était derangeante pour moi. Avec les bouchons d'oreilles pas de soucis. Nous avons surtout apprécié de pouvoir profiter de restaurants et autres hors du centre ville de Rome : prix beaucoup plus intéressants et nourriture vraiment délicieuse. Enfin les transports sont à une dizaine de minutes à pied du logement. Nous avons également eu le plaisir de croiser les chats et poule dans le jardin. Nous recommandons donc ce logement pour ceux qui souhaitent découvrir un endroit de Rome plus authentique et moins touristique.

After a stressful airport journey it was nice to meet Alessandro’s mother who welcomed us and showed us around the place. It is a very warm and intimate place - perfect for 2 people. The area has walkable grocery stores, restaurants and cafe’s and a beautiful mall within a 10 minute drive. Although it was nice to stay in February, I would definitely recommend visiting in the summer time :))
